What do you like best about the product?
Moengage was useful in engaging users and driving conversation out of engaged users and creating segments and targe segment based on user requirements to improve retention .
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI based features will be helpful!
Reports to understand user path need to be improved.
Revenue capture in the flows reports helps to calculate roi and campaign effectiveness
Rest works fine as per my usage.

Moengage was useful in engaging users and driving conversation out of engaged users and personalisation of communication to create direct communication to connect user with a life style brand ..creating segments and targe segment based on user requirements to improve retention .

Great and affordable CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helps us in real-time analytics, user property and attribute segmentation. Using this segmentation and geo-targeting option, we can send them personalized notifications which have great CTRs. We can create default custom segments like users of one particular geo-location or users performing certain events and perform certain formulas on them and thus run push notifications which give us better results than running vanilla blanket notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base number of notifications always seems to be increasing but the clicks from notifications never increase, I can not understand the issue here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage to drive user engagement and revive cart abandoners or users who are in the last steps of their journey. With the help of MoEngage, we can segment users and devise cohorts based on their behavior. Using Recency, frequency, Monetary analysis we identify our power users and send them targeted and super personalized notifications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth exploring, they gave us good discounts while onboarding and the tech support during integration was amazing.

Amazing tool for sending real time notifications to different cohorts of users

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is MoEngage is beginner-friendly and super easy to use. The dashboard is clean and it lets us choose different events, put an and or filter and split them by different attributes. MoEngage also lets us monitor different user funnels and uninstall retention of various media sources and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us nearly 3 months for the complete integration of MoEngage and they did not waive off subscription charges for this duration and only gave us a grace period of 4 weeks. The response time of their support team is usually 48 hours so important things might get blocked because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage for User Segmentation and designing user journeys and setting automated notifications when users reach a particular step in their journey. It also supports rich media and sticky notifications which have a higher CTR than traditional Static notification creatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage is the perfect CRM Tool and the best in price range among its competitors. A must-have tool for marketing automation and user reengagement.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage offers the perfect solution for user re-engagement through the means of Push notifications, Bulk SMS to identified cohorts and emailers for dormant users. It aids the easy and code-free creation of user journeys and event-based mapping and user segmentation
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered that notification delivery rates dip along with the CTRs when the audience pool is larger which means essentially we are reaching out to a slightly higher volume of users at significantly higher prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage mainly to set up campaigns for sending blanket as well as promotional push notifications. It helps us drive effective growth and also help us to nudge users to perform certain core in-app events which are important for the Business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage is a great CRM tool and reasonable than others, definitely go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is intuitive and fairly simple to use. Creating campaigns takes minutes and analyzing user cohorts through the means of behavior, funnel, retention. It also helps us analyze acquisition sources. MoEngage offers user-level analytics, and also we can put a filter on user attributes like city, country, activity on app among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications delivered are sometimes higher than the number of devices we see on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage for web and app push notifications. It has helped us prevent user churn and also boosts our user retention. Campaign set up and analytics is easy and the custom dashboards depict clear performance of any split tests or other experiments that are being run.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes communicating CRMs to the users so easy and smooth. Be it any medium we want to push the notifications at, MoEngage makes it very handy.

What do you dislike about the product?
If one uploads customised links for the user base, then getting the click rate at each of those customised links should also be enabled at MoEngage.
Like it gives click rate info for common links it should give for customised Links too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of communicating our messages to customers over Emails, Whatsapp and SMSs, all of these are getting fulfilled.
These have increased the return footfall at our pages.
