One of the best personalization tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, equipped with some powerful features for customer engagement & personalization

Up until now, everything is working fine. The previous difficult problems were supported quite quickly. So I have no comment on this issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success manager and the team helps a lot if we have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the dashboard, we couldn't do any comparison within 1 click. We have to adjust the timeline between this month to elongate the range between months

Tracking the data and onboarding experience through push app and in-app experience
Decent CRM Product
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to sync with Amplitude. Also the backward integration with amplitude where it can send events to amplitude so that we can track whether a user opened an email or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very clunky. Campaigns can go down unexpectedly. The analytics dashboard is not super user-friendly. The templates are okayish. But love the spirit of Account manager to handle the complaints.

Mostly CRM relationship. Trying to nudge users via in-app notification to keep them on the right path. Improving engagement and stickiness of the product via emails.

In general, MoEngage is easy to use.

- We are still waiting for some functions: content api (push notification); sending push at the best time (best time for each person)

- System sometimes works unstable, such as:
+ I set each user will receive 1 event-triggered push/ day, but somebody still receive more than 1
+ In 1 triggered push, I set the Minimum delay between two messages is 4 days, but just after 1 day, user can receive the same message.
+ Little bit complex integration with other tools.

Ease of use is very good.

Product features take time to be built from the time of my request which can be frustrating.

Ability to reach out to our members through notifications etc and see the data of their behaviour on the app.

The part where you can send personalized messages to users based on their activity within your app / website. Moreover, user affinity, that give unique insights.

user paths with in the app. that feature still needs alot of improvement.

personalized messaging based on in app activity, that boosts engagement with in the app. retains the user for longer period of time and increases conversions.
Mo engage is Great software for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a retention associate, so I can do my all retention activities through MoEngage. I have migrated to MoEngage one month back from another CRM software. Now really I can see the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features they can improve better. one is definitely the UI, actually is some completecated to use when compare to rest of the CRM software. so it could have more user frendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is communication. One of my major difficulties was the delivery rate issue when I user push notifications. with MoEngage i got high delivery rates.
