What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage offers amazing services, including the support team and the Account handler. The Account handler helps with all integration aspects which is good. The Features available to work on are amazing & proper detailed information on each feature is available. They are always ready to explore new options and friendly enough to help with every problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything until now in MoEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is helping out in various aspects, A/B Testing of the Campaigns, Execute Whatsapp Campaigns, RCS Campaigns , Email Campaigns, Flow Optimization , Customer journey flows, Analytics , Flow of Customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from first hand experience, Moengage is the Best CRM platform. Their features, UI design, the product overall is user friendly with access to multiple form of communication. Their team is also always there to assist us in any road blocks and update us about industry trends/ new features etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moengage is an amazing platform, however it's only available in the desktop version. A mobile version could also be helpful here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage helps in customisation of our marketing communications. Along with that, it offers us segmentation of our TA and ease of execution. Another great feature is we can always look at the numbers to derive insights from our campaign.

What I like best about MoEngage is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform that makes it easy to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns. What do you dislike about the product?
While MoEngage is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The platform's reporting capabilities, although robust, could benefit from more customization options to better tailor insights to our specific needs. Occasionally, the system can be a bit slow when handling large datasets, which can be frustrating when working under tight deadlines. Additionally, while the platform is generally intuitive, there is a slight learning curve for new users when navigating more advanced features. However, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall benefits the platform provides.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so easy to understand and simple. Ease of implementation and integration with other tolls and their Customer support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only restricted to only some capaigns or flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage is solving our daily marketing comms problem by automating most of the comms and creating journeys we save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Since the integration from the backend is enable, it is wasy to send campaigns using milestones. Exporting and Importing is easy and helps me send campaign fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier the support team was slow but now its fine. Sometime the dashboard is too slow and campaigns doesn't run in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push with different versions using AI.
Segmentation is easy.
Journeys are good

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about Moengage the way they are optimizing their products everything is commendable.

Personalization was the major challenge for us and Moengage provides an exclusive Feature named Dynamic Product Messaging which has helped us in personalizing Push, and WhatsApp Campaigns.
