Fantastic customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is a great tool for marketing communications. The ease of tracking open and click rates and a user-friendly dashboard are great. The account reps are always extreamly responsive and helpful. We sent out about 1 email campaign a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inabilty to track the actual database of email accounts we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying our most engaged consumers.

Easy to use email marketing platform with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage offers all the capabilities of a complex email marketing platform but has a great, simple user interface. Their support team does an excellent job of getting clients onboarded within a timely manner and continues to follow up after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things throughout the platform that could probably be made easier, especially if you're used to a more basic esp like MailChimp or Campaign Monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage saves us time when building and sending emails with their user friendly email builder.
I've been using Moengage since 1 year and it's a delight using the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using MoEngage for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the capabilities and performance of the platform. It’s a comprehensive tool that has significantly streamlined our customer engagement efforts.
Apart from their tool I would like to shoutout to their CSM team. They are very professional and ready to help anytime even they are on vacation

What do you dislike about the product?
I rate MoEngage very highly overall, as it’s been an excellent tool for our customer engagement needs. However, I’ve noticed that when creating large flows, the platform sometimes experiences lag. On occasion, this lag has caused us to lose all our changes unexpectedly. While MoEngage offers an auto-save feature for campaigns, I believe implementing a similar auto-save functionality for flows would be a valuable improvement. This would prevent any loss of work and enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve noticed that it currently doesn’t support multiple CTA templates on WhatsApp. Once this feature is added, it will significantly enhance our ability to personalize communications and offer customers the convenience of calling and purchasing directly from a single message.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimal intervention once it has been integrated. Event integration is awesome you can get live events and analyse the same through their dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some android devices might not get notifications which should be solved.

It helps us solve the marketing part with users so that the users get to know deals which are running and it helps to increase our sales.

MoEngage offers amazing services, including the support team and the Account handler. The Account handler helps with all integration aspects which is good. The Features available to work on are amazing & proper detailed information on each feature is available. They are always ready to explore new options and friendly enough to help with every problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything until now in MoEngage.

MoEngage is helping out in various aspects, A/B Testing of the Campaigns, Execute Whatsapp Campaigns, RCS Campaigns , Email Campaigns, Flow Optimization , Customer journey flows, Analytics , Flow of Customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from first hand experience, Moengage is the Best CRM platform. Their features, UI design, the product overall is user friendly with access to multiple form of communication. Their team is also always there to assist us in any road blocks and update us about industry trends/ new features etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moengage is an amazing platform, however it's only available in the desktop version. A mobile version could also be helpful here.

Moengage helps in customisation of our marketing communications. Along with that, it offers us segmentation of our TA and ease of execution. Another great feature is we can always look at the numbers to derive insights from our campaign.

The UI is so easy to understand and simple. Ease of implementation and integration with other tolls and their Customer support is very good.

Some features are only restricted to only some capaigns or flows.
