Nothing special. Both design and funcionality are fine for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the functions of this platform allow you to keep the client interested in your products or services, thanks to a behavior analysis of each one, in order to personalize a solid communication by email or the web. You can retain new or old customers and generate significant increases in sales. Its design allows an optimal and effective execution, which allows the campaigns carried out to be easily scaled and to reduce the time that you generally dedicate to planning or configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow when loading on mobile devices, it continually contains errors that make work and performance tedious within the platform. Due to this we contacted the support team and managed to solve the problems quickly. Good attention from the Moengage team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ur company now generates a personalized and solid interaction with clients thanks to the data obtained through the analysis carried out by this platform. We now have the ability to generate greater reach with email campaigns and retain users to generate a significant increase in revenue from completed sales. Compared to other platforms that we have used previously, we can say that the work we do and the quality obtained is thanks to Moengage, it has the best features and tools of its kind.

It is totally suitable for all companies, it is possible to perform a fluid work, generate reach with multi-channel campaigns and retain customers through important data with user behavior analysis, it is very complete and easy to use. Recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and it's easy to navigate and create campaigns ourselves. We're able to automate and track campaigns easily using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we're using Google Analytics a lot for analysis, it would be useful for us to have utm links added automatically. But in Moengage, we have to manually add the utm for all the campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we have our marketing tools separated into several platform. it's easier now with MoEngage to have all the channels in one platform. We are also able to use the funnel features to see drop offs and target the right customer immediately. mapping customer journey becomes clearer.

What do you like best about the product?
Vaasara adopted MoEngage after an exhaustive software selection . The vast features , ease of use backed by a competent and responsive team helped make the final positive decision .
MoEngage is a well designed and easy to use tool that provides real-time analytics and creation of multi-channel campaigns .Customer segmentation feature makes it easy to create and target customers in few steps. Some exciting features include geofencing capabilities and flow campaigns for complete automation of cross channel communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
few limitations and opportunity areas: currently reporting is a bit limited. Theres also a limitation in accessing data beyond 60 days that narrows the segmentation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase customer engagement and retention are the key focus . We are using MoEngage in targeting and communicating with our customers by setting up reengagement campaigns through emails, push notifications and flows. We have seen positive results in increasing our repeat customer base by segmenting customers based on user behavior, trends and funnels.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to schedule
- SMS connectors ensures messages are delivered
- The duplicate option for each campaign is probably the most helpful and time saving option
- The option to send when a user is active on the device ensures reaching more customers
- The customer support team is not just available round the clock, but is amazingly helpful and patient. Makes my experience with MoEngage all the more happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too early to dislike anything. So far absolutely smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling problems, delivery issues, behavioural targeting issues. We have stopped receiving complaints about too many messages or irrelevant messages because we are able to customise the messages to suit the target audience.

Must try before deciding as this could be a decision changer.

Great Engagement Tool with 360 degree insights!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the in-depth analysis of user behaviour and push notification engine the tool provides. We are able to see a good number of user activation using the tool. Another aspect that has helped is in the ease of segmentation and scheduling notifications that has helped us save time and increase productivity as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration is a bit complex to understand for the average marketer. Also heard that the integration guides are a bit too underpar when compared to the industry players.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing an uplift in our engagement rates. We are able to constantly keep in touch with our users with great effect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an app developer that is looking to uplift your user engagement, MoEngage is the right fit. In addition, the tool has a great UI and is easy to use for any position.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with great features like:

customer segmentation makes it very easy to create very targetted segments in just a few clicks.

Customer analytics with very good visualization helps in gathering quick insights on user behavior and campaign analysis.

Flow campaigns for complete automation of cross channel communication.

Ability to create a personalized email, push, and in-site notification with plenty of templates.

Very good support provided by the account manager provided a quick resolution for any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike all features are very good. Few improvements can be done on the UI side of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for customer retention by using cross channel communication - Sending personalized Emails, App PN, and using in-site notification.

We have achieved very good results in terms of increasing our repeat customer base by segmenting targeting customer with relevant communication to each segment

Good marketing automation tool with great features and it will make their customer retention strategy very efficient and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up push campaigns and flexibility in running queries. With the flows feature, I'm able to build on the entire user journey and make necessary corrections in campaigns whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity in creating segments in in-apps & SMS. Visualizations in funnels can be done better. Issues/Queries needs to be handled in a more systematic manner with more transparency and updates on the issue raised. It would be great if Moengage could share an ETA for resolving issues.

With flows feature, I'm able to create different journeys for different user behaviours thereby having a more personalized engagement experience for the user.
