What do you like best about the product?
Mo-engage Analytics & DPM Features help us automate Campaigns and analyze the same.

These Features have provided us 7x growth after automating campaigns and doing personalization.

Their customer support Team & CSM are available 24*7 for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about Moengage the way they are optimizing their products everything is commendable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization was the major challenge for us and Moengage provides an exclusive Feature named Dynamic Product Messaging which has helped us in personalizing Push, and WhatsApp Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredibly powerful CRM tool, allowing power users to create very customized user flows and automations.

Their account management team is superb -- incredibly responsive and very dedicated to helping their clients succeed.

Their product and tech team do a great job of soliciting customer feedback and incorporating that feedback quickly onto the platform. I am really impressed with how quickly they can add new enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's designed for power users so offers a lot of flexibility and customizations along a large number of dimensions. This brings with ith a pretty steep learning curve. However, it's absolutely worth spending the time to get to know its functionality, because you'll get a lot of ROI for your time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is a great platform that helps us target and automate campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to grasp for a newbie. When I joined my curent organisation, I learned MoEngage's interface in less than a week, which greatly enhanced my work adaptability in new organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
My current organisation is active user MoEngage since a long period of time but whenever we face any issue we have to wait for support from moengage team

Moengage is one platform for all type of marketing campaigns so we donot have to switch to several other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is great since it makes it easier for me to understand customers. It does an excellent job of gathering all the data I have and producing insightful analysis then i can utilise those insights to craft experiences that each user feels unique about.
It's quite convenient to be able to categorise customers according to their preferences and behaviour with that i can design ads campaigns that effectively target each demographic.
Overall MoEngage is a useful tool for any marketer looking to create a sense of specialness and loyalty in their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact that MoEngage is designed to provide campaign optimisation and AI-driven insights.
I've discovered that the AI falls short of expectations. It should use more accuracy and customisation upgrades to really live up to its claims.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is really stepping up to take on the issues of digital marketing. It functions similarly to a complete solution for organising campaigns, tracking performance, and engaging customers. It is simple to maintain consistent brand experience across all platforms when we have all these resources in one location. Also the data analysis is excellent and provides me with useful insights into what customer wants.

What do you like best about the product?
Moenagage provides in-depth analytics on user's behaviour in the app which helps us improve our campaigns & our product overall. For eg: Using Behaviour & funnel analytics on Moengage, we were able to identify that our clients prefer to analyse a stock before placing their orders, which made us change our order placement journey from direct redirection to now routing the user via the company analysis(Quotes) page.

Moengage also allows hyper-personalisation by use of various user attributes which enhances the customer's experience on the app.

Also the customer support is usually pretty quick at helping us with our issues/queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tools being provided do not seem to be well trained yet, and sometimes throw random responses, this could be improved.

There are issues related to certain channels like In-app which is an important channel for us.

Flutter support must be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-channel marketing: Reach customers across various channels like email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and social media all from a single platform.

Customer segmentation: Group customers based on demographics, behavior, and interests to tailor messaging for better relevance.

Customer journey mapping: Visualize the entire customer journey across different touchpoints to understand how customers interact with your brand.

What do you like best about the product?
- Data Analysis is very easy.
- Support is superb.
- New feature request are delivered pretty fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are a lot of issues related to In-App campaigns which needs to resolved at product level on priority as it is the most useful channel for my business.
- Flutter support can be improved.

More relevant communication: MoEngage helps us understand your behavior and preferences. This allows them to send messages and promotions that are more likely to interest you, instead of generic blasts.

Improved customer experience: By understanding user journey, we can anticipate our needs and provide a smoother experience. This could mean things like receiving helpful tips at the right time or getting personalized recommendations.

Reduced marketing clutter: MoEngage helps us target you with the right message at the right time through the right channel. This can lead to less overall marketing communication, making it less intrusive for you.

I liked the way it integrates with any CRM and softwares.

Moengage needs to add some AI features with autosave of flow, campaign and email templates

Most of the leads we acquire never respond to our phone calls so we send them automated emails, whatsapp and SMS.
