it is very nice to use and earn.

overall i like everything on your XOXO that you have almost all the application to covert our earning into vouchers as well as in the bank also. it is very easy to convert.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing to dislike, but I would like you to suggest add some more option in xoxo like phonepay or google pay or bank transfer. so whoever wants to convert their points in to cash,they can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems I had solving with Xoxoday Compass like when my points got stuck while transfering. Your whatsapp service is very useful to solving our problems and it is easy too. They are helping us ASAP.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all this XOXO is a really simple to use platform for a layman person with minimal technology knowledge.
1. First of all its super easy to login just by putting mobile no and OTP. Also OTP process is very smooth.
2. Points are shown at top so its visible very easily.
3. I like one thing that a lot of options are available for differnent type of GVs and in different denominations.
4. Also ordering is also easy through using our Points and also many payment methods are available.

Its not about anything not liking ... but I say its needed to be improved or which we as a user want.
1. When we purchase anything then it should by default select the Points which we have. And only if points are not available then Payment method should be shown.
2. Also we need some other option than Cashfree for getting Cash into account as it charges Whooping 5% which is a lot.
Only these two are which I thought need to be improved.

It is definitly helping to send digitally the GV Points to many number of people. Also it saves logistics and other related expenses. Also sometimes people receives it in time or late.
So its very much value addition.

The process of tracking contests and working hard to achieve milestones as per the provided contest from the company is the best part of XOXODAY it helps to improve our performance.

sometimes it is not working and sometimes it shows wrong points that gave us little happiness but after some time all pointes vanished from this app that is a little bug that should be removed from that app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to track our and our team contest money in the form of points which is easier than writing a mail to hr for contest release dates and time so it helps us and our advisors for incentive.

this is a good app for anyone who is not happy with email threads for knowing the result of a contest that person should use this app.
