Great Way to reward/gift the employees

What do you like best about the product?
How one can buy out of endless range of brands without having to think of complicated TnCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The order delivery gets stuck while redeeming vouchers in the evening, after working hours are over. Which is okay but would be ore helpful if a pop up suggests the same before one places an order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an employee i feel my employer is solving a problem by offering us a great way to buy things that we wish to by at any given point of point without us having restricted to a particular brand or product category
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to place an order during the business hours of xoxo. They do have customer support that would help you regain the points however why get into such hassle?

Customization that can be done on all the catagory.

Loading takes time, I think you ppl need to work on that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it best that it's very easy to use and also most of the shopping platform sites are covered to redeem coupons as per our choice. Also very user freandlly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, most of the requirement has been coved as per user need. So there is nothing that I can dislike. everything has been coved properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect, motivate, align, and engage employees, channel partners, sales team, and consumers with our engagement, rewards, commission, and incentive ...the attention so fast that they gave me and so efficient to the problems. In addition, the page is super easy to use, the expiration time of the gift codes is ..

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I like or best part of this app is GUI. Easy to use and understand. Also, I like the way to calculate or the correct way of incentive points assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but I would recommend concentrating on new updates and customizing the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I have taking fallow up with my senior for performance ratings or incentives. But, now I can track my all incentive or rewards from one place. Also, I can track my current position on the leaderboard.

Everything in software good website designing easy to log in and log out feels good to use that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing when you guys talked about dislike, it feels bad because it's nothing to be dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
we get to enjoy the incentive we receive from our company from recognition to rewards, it helps us do more and actively participates in any company activities and more
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some features that we miss before that we hope you can put back in the option of purchasing, and that is the "gcash". it is easier for us to use the incentive we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we don't usually participate in the company activities, but when xoxo compass came, it became more exciting and we are now anticipating any games where we can receive a reward, even on birthdays we do receive a point that we use on xoxo
