A good logging solution for native applications

What do you like best about the product?
Crash reporting , ANR and OOM are one of the best features about Embrace. The overall dashboard is pretty easy to use. And implementation wise it's easy too. There're not too many configurations to be done, so integration was quiet easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is not the best that I've seen, also some of the features like network logging can be done way better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an eye for developer like me to see what is going on in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
User Session Deep Dive:
One of Embrace's standout features is its ability to provide a detailed analysis of user sessions. This deep dive allows developers to precisely pinpoint issues, providing invaluable insights into user behavior and potential pain points.

Moments Feature:
Embrace’s Moments feature makes it possible to tracking of abandonment rates and incomplete user interactions on specific pages. This functionality is instrumental in identifying non-crash issues, allowing developers to proactively enhance user experience and boost user retention rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Embrace could improve is in providing more flexibility for data filtering. The limited options for filtering data can be restrictive, hindering the ability to create comprehensive dashboards or gain a holistic, bird’s-eye view of the app’s performance. A more intuitive and customizable data filtering system would enhance the user experience significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the phase of encountered an issue that very specific and not really obvious. Previously our approach is to have a back and forth discussion with developers and our users to get the information as much as possible. With Embrace we are able to dig deep dive about our users just by user id using user session on Embrace.

Easiest way to get a comprehensive picture of mobile application health!

What do you like best about the product?
The relative ease Embrace provides to create a comprehensive picture of application health is fantastic! Embrace has become an integral part of my everyday routine by helping to provide a quick way to view user experience and be able to quickly (and with very low effort) dig into and understand the various problems our users might face (not just crashes like other products!). Beyond the tool itself, my interactions with the embrace team have been extremely positive with a lot of great conversations and useful feedback they've been a great partner to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a huge boon to my workflows if Embrace had its own mobile app to make it easier to track errors/application health wherever I am. I am often all over the place and would love to be able to just pop open the app and look at curated dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embrace is a great companion in ensuring the creation of a positive user experience by providing (and meeting) a high-quality bar only achievable by the great tools provided by embrace!

What do you like best about the product?
Great product, very thorough with countless ways to track vital data in our apps. It's been life-saving many times over for finding and debugging critical issues. Incredible support as well; they are willing to listen and make changes in their product as needed if it helps our company. Definitely recommend!

We have not run into many downsides so far, and they have been quick to address any issues or concerns that have arised.

Reducing ANRs and improving mobile experiences

What do you like best about the product?
What we truly appreciate about Embrace is its remarkable ability to identify and resolve ANR errors in our mobile game. With just one release, we experienced a significant reduction of approximately 30% in ANR errors, thanks to Embrace's intuitive and straightforward ANR reporting tool.

Furthermore, the support provided by the Embrace team during our platform evaluation was exceptional. Their assistance enabled us to quickly and effortlessly achieve tangible results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is not unique to Embrace, we have encountered an instance where the Embrace SDK caused a crash in our app.

However, what sets Embrace apart is their exceptional support. They promptly addressed the issue, answered our questions without delay, and provided thorough follow-up. Moreover, the resolution for the problem was implemented quickly and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Troubleshoot and resolve the root causes of issues causing ANR errors
-Identify problematic devices and weigh the overall impact

This has allowed our team to prioritize what issues are most important and has significantly increased the mean time to resolution for our engineers.

Embrace has also helped us monitor app startup time and verify improvements as we push items to production allowing the team to be more confident in their releases.

A Truly Mobile Monitoring Platform

What do you like best about the product?
As a mobile team we have used a few and looked into many other mobile monitoring platforms over the years, and Embrace has easily been the best tool we've used yet.

Our main goal was to find a platform to monitor crash rates, but once we saw all of the other features & tools that came along with a easy to use crash reporter, we were sold. We have been able to identify & debug issues we never would have been able to before using our old crash reporter.

We have only been using Embrace for around 6 months now, but we've seen great improvements to the SDK & dashboard in that time. The Embrace team has also been extremely responsive to questions or reported issues & have been a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better support for multi-app accounts; a unified dashboard for multiple apps would be great. More Slack integrations would also be nice-- for example outputting daily crash rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing Embrace has brought to us is the user session concept and being able to really dig into them. Whether your looking at a crash, network failure, or log being able to look at sessions tied to that helps tremendously in the debugging process.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives excellent metrics from a Real User's Perspective, not just underlying backend system metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more easily tie it back to DataDog metrics, but I know that is something that is being looked at!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us resolve our crash problems and now alerts us to potential problems early because we see how users are being impacted.

With limited or unstable internet access, it causes disruptions in accessing real-time data. The embrace platform also has certain limitations too, in terms of frameworks.
