It's a lazy crappy AI scribe.
What do you like best about the product?
Transcript is available. so is audio available.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything else sucks. it removes pertient findings and plan. and puts things in the wrong sections. It puts objective and assessment IN the subjective. I would state objective findings outload and it will not replace it in the objective section. making it seem like I am contradicting myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save me time... but i spend more time editing my own work.

The AI generated transcription notes provided by DeepScribe have proven to be quite reliable. The solves concerns and provide guidance on avoiding errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are gaps when capturing relationship details. It does save time on charting records the system benefits from customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepScribe allows me to establish personalized connections, with my patients. It fosters trust increases connections and elevates the standard of care.

What do you like best about the product?
The team provides useful advice to prevent them in the future. The transcription process itself is highly impressive. DeepScribe consistently improves its interface through updates.They give an best customer support.time efficiency is most reliable thing in this software.Don't need to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
DeepScribe does save time in charting I still find myself spending an amount of time editing notes for accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepScribe resolves communication problems between doctors. It is providing facilitates face-to-face conversations. This positively impacts our business by enhancing care quality and satisfaction levels.

It doesn't code and bill the encounter for me! LOL!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I don't have to feel like I have to note something or it'll be lost/forgotten. It gives me the freedom to engage more face-to-face with parients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors, such as wrong pronouns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time and helping me have more complete notes
The results are inconsistent and don't have behavioral or mental health content.

I don't have to start the note from scratch.

The results are inconsistent. Sometimes the info on the note has nothing to do with behavioral or mental health. The note itself is missing big categories and I have to add in the categories on every single note. Sometimes there are lots of words and other times not even enough to consider it a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it listens for relationship information but sometimes it does not. I think you are on the right path and then the next note is void of mh content.

What do you like best about the product?
My patients will at times speak to things that I may not have caught during the visit that lends itself to differential diagnoses. I am very happy to have this in the room with me

Some of the editing that needs to happen, however, the support staff are very responsive and take the time to understand and fix problems that arise. There aren't a lot of mistakes, but they do happen

Allowing me to spend more time talking to the patient than charting. I am better able to listen to patient's concerns and capture the important details that a patient may be speaking to

What do you like best about the product?
Deep Scribe is easy to use, offers quick turnaround for dictations. It becomes stronger and more accurate the more I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pronouns are not accurate for the dictation.

Faster turnaround for documentation and transcription .

That I don't look at my laptop anymore while the patient is speaking to me.

That on occasion, the information that is scribed is not accurate.

Allowing the HPI to be done for me. Allows more time face to face with the patient instead of typing.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me remember patients and the review reminds of talks we had. Raw transcription helps remind me of findings and patient reports. It reminds me vs dragoon where I have to remember everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always in internet zone so it remains in scribe status. Then I go back and send to EHR later. Probably my location. In the HPI it doesn't place everything like questions I asked

Automatic Scribing after I finish with the patient. Sending automatically to EHR.
