Clinical AI agent has gained accurate patient transcripts and delivers faster documentation

What is our primary use case?
We have built an AI agent for clinical healthcare in Scotland and we are using DeepScribe for piloting it in the clinics to record the patient's conversation with the doctor.
What is most valuable?
DeepScribe's best feature is transcription. What sets DeepScribe's transcription apart from other solutions is its accuracy.
DeepScribe has impacted my organization positively through faster and more accurate transcription. DeepScribe has provided our AI agent with clear raw data to work with. DeepScribe is at least 20% more accurate compared to regular tools, and its speed matches that of other tools.
What needs improvement?
I wish DeepScribe had more speed. I chose a rating of eight because DeepScribe does not have speed as a competitive advantage compared to others. DeepScribe has accuracy as its competitive advantage.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using DeepScribe for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
DeepScribe's reliability is good and I have not experienced any downtime. DeepScribe is stable in my experience.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
DeepScribe's scalability can handle increased usage if my needs grow.
How are customer service and support?
DeepScribe's customer support is really good. We reached out to them for SOC 2 and other certifications, not for technical issues. I would rate the customer support a 10.

I have seen a return on investment with DeepScribe.

DeepScribe's pricing, setup cost, and licensing are affordable.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing DeepScribe, we evaluated other services on Amazon for transcription, but those are not used in the clinical and healthcare sector. We evaluated meeting transcription tools from Recall and Attendee. This is something we are doing for the first time.
What other advice do I have?
DeepScribe is really helpful for transcribing clinical-related conversations. Regular transcription tools do not work as effectively for this purpose. My advice to others looking into using DeepScribe is that it is one of the best transcription tools for clinical healthcare. I would rate this review an 8.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for DeepScribe is care. I have to transcribe Booker audio as a specific example of how I use DeepScribe in my daily work.
What is most valuable?
DeepScribe offers a translation service that is valuable for my work. The quality of the translation service is what I appreciate most. DeepScribe has positively impacted my organization by speeding up the time to market. It saves me about 10% of my time and affects my daily tasks significantly.
What needs improvement?
I believe X can be improved to enhance DeepScribe.

DeepScribe helps with medical prescriptions in my hospital to reduce the time required for documentation.
What is most valuable?
DeepScribe's best feature is its ability to translate all requirements into text forms. When DeepScribe translates all requirements into text forms, we use it to maintain all patient clinical information with complete medical details and signals.
DeepScribe has impacted my organization positively with better accuracy, as it reduces a significant number of errors. Accuracy has improved, and we have decreased errors by 30% since using DeepScribe.
What needs improvement?
I believe that DeepScribe could be improved by adding a human-in-the-loop component to the process.

What other advice do I have?

What do you like best about the product?
Transcript is available. so is audio available.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything else sucks. it removes pertient findings and plan. and puts things in the wrong sections. It puts objective and assessment IN the subjective. I would state objective findings outload and it will not replace it in the objective section. making it seem like I am contradicting myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save me time... but i spend more time editing my own work.

The AI generated transcription notes provided by DeepScribe have proven to be quite reliable. The solves concerns and provide guidance on avoiding errors.

There are gaps when capturing relationship details. It does save time on charting records the system benefits from customization options.

DeepScribe allows me to establish personalized connections, with my patients. It fosters trust increases connections and elevates the standard of care.

What do you like best about the product?
The team provides useful advice to prevent them in the future. The transcription process itself is highly impressive. DeepScribe consistently improves its interface through updates. They give the best customer support. Time efficiency is the most reliable thing in this software. Don't need to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
DeepScribe does save time in charting, but I still find myself spending a significant amount of time editing notes for accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepScribe resolves communication problems between doctors. It is providing facilitates face-to-face conversations. This positively impacts our business by enhancing care quality and satisfaction levels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I don't have to feel like I have to note something or it'll be lost/forgotten. It gives me the freedom to engage more face-to-face with parients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors, such as wrong pronouns.

I don't have to start the note from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results are inconsistent. Sometimes the info on the note has nothing to do with behavioral or mental health. The note itself is missing big categories and I have to add in the categories on every single note. Sometimes there are lots of words and other times not even enough to consider it a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it listens for relationship information but sometimes it does not. I think you are on the right path and then the next note is void of mh content.

What do you like best about the product?
My patients will at times speak to things that I may not have caught during the visit that lends itself to differential diagnoses. I am very happy to have this in the room with me
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing that needs to happen, however, the support staff are very responsive and take the time to understand and fix problems that arise. There aren't a lot of mistakes, but they do happen

Allowing me to spend more time talking to the patient than charting. I am better able to listen to patient's concerns and capture the important details that a patient may be speaking to
