Has helped me with my notes tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't look at my laptop anymore while the patient is speaking to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
That on occasion, the information that is scribed is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the HPI to be done for me. Allows more time face to face with the patient instead of typing.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me remember patients and the review reminds of talks we had. Raw transcription helps remind me of findings and patient reports. It reminds me vs dragoon where I have to remember everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always in internet zone so it remains in scribe status. Then I go back and send to EHR later. Probably my location. In the HPI it doesn't place everything like questions I asked

Automatic Scribing after I finish with the patient. Sending automatically to EHR.

More time listening to my patients and less time typing during visits

What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate, poor quality notes that I still have to spend too much time proofreading and editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was meant to free me from charting so that I could have more of a life, but it hasn't. I spend about the same amount of time editing their notes as I did writing my own.
Saving documentation time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DeepScribe can listen while I am completing my office visit and compile the information into chart form saving me precious time later while closing notes and helping me recall things discussed in visit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still am not as good at verbally triggering great documentation for the physical exam which has to do with me not stating the abnormal findings as clearly many times or feeling funny about stating something like you have "swollen anterior cervical lymph nodes" during the exam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me on spending many additional hours each week documenting office visits after they were completed and fixing them to include the many things discussed during visits.

What do you like best about the product?
Cuts down charting time. Very simple to use and get a response from my team when I have issues or need help navigating through something. Has been a great assistance in charting! Value the product and what it bring to the table in the arena of virtual scribing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect transcription from time to time. I usually email my team and let them know I keep seeing x, y or z "issue" they look into it and fix or give me advice how to avoid it happening in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down charting time by scribing the information I talk with my patients about. It is nice to also be able to reference back to audio and transcript if I forgot information we talked about I can easily go back and review myself.

I like that I can not have to take notes during my patient visits

I don't like how much I have to edit the notes before I an sign off on them

Having to multi task taking notes while consulting with patients

Does okay with clinic use as long as someone actually corrects the AI which you can tell is not all the time.

Greatly lacks in hospital or nursing home rounds, has to have the perfect environment

When brought to attention that the notes are lacking they do better job for couple weeks but they are back to lacking greatly again.

What do you like best about the product?
Capture everything from the encounter, it is time saving otherwise you forget many important things sait with the patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
They confused gender sometimes, so that the corrections take longer time, the same patient confused several times despite complained.
