What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a unified shopping experience across web and mobile while improving customer engagement. Insider’s Web Suite helped us personalize product recommendations on-site, while Web Push re-engaged users with timely alerts on new arrivals and discounts. Our mobile app became a high-converting channel with AI-driven segmentation and push notifications. Since implementing Insider, we’ve seen a significant increase in returning customers and higher conversion rates.

Initially, we faced some technical issues with the product. They took the feedback and resolved it within a day.

We lacked a customer engagement strategy. We used Eureka and Smart Recommender to help customers refine their search results and address their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the features that we have used till now, web push notifications and responsive banners have changed our business dynamics. Now it has become very easy for us to customize content for the users on our website with personalized product recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dashboard is too detailed for us. We would like to see more graphs to catch the right information quickly.

Web Suite helped us personalize the browsing experience, while Architect automated follow-ups and retargeting. What do you like best about the product?
I feel Insider is a powerful tool and helped us in addressing various challenges in the past month. I just love the fact that the Insider team is so supportive and suggested that we should use AI-powered user segmentation to personalize our home page for different audience segments. We are delivering a tailored experience for every customer who is visiting our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration was smooth, and the Insider team prepared onboarding personalized to our business and needs. But it would have been great if we could complete the onboarding a little early.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the last quarter, we were using a solution that has IT dependency and needed tons of designers and developers to provide an online personalized experience to the customers. We switched to an Insider solution, and it was a smooth transition. We managed to scale online personalized experiences within a month. The team used pre-existing web and WhatsApp templates and sent tailored prize drop notifications. Our time-to-value has positively impacted.

Though Instory helps us create engaging content, with the volume of content we need to create, it takes more time than we had initially anticipated.

We wanted to maintain brand authenticity while capturing customer attention. We faced challenges in keeping shoppers connected to our brand amidst a vast array of choices. Many visitors felt overwhelmed, leading to indecision and abandoned carts. By implementing the Web Suite, Smart Recommender, Instory, and Eureka, we reinforced our brand's identity and simplified the shopping experience.

During onboarding, the email warm-up process got slow, so we had to be strategic to ensure key campaigns went out on time.
