What do you like best about the product?
Insider's mobile app suite including app push notifications helps us re-engage users who have dropped off and bring them back into the app. The pre-built templates make it easy to set up targeted campaigns.

Their Email product has improved our email deliverability and open rates. The drag-and-drop editor makes creating engaging email campaigns effortless. We love our relationship with the Insider team. They have provided great support in getting us set up and seeing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
A combined pricing model for WhatsApp, Email and SMS would have been nice to optimize our budget across channels. But the individual products provide great value to compensate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase engagement and revenue from our mobile app. With Insider's app suite we have increased app push reachable by 20% and re-engaged dropoff users.
We also fixed our email domain reputation issues and have increased email open rates by 7%. This has led to higher conversions.

Customer success team that’s super helpful always
We particularly wanted to focus on running promotions to drive higher conversions and retain our users on our web and app. We were able to do this with Insider’s products and this helped us achieve a 21X ROI over the past half year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there’s no one place to track all our campaigns and it’s results, analyzing the overall impact of the partnership became a bit difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to utilize all of our existing user data and segments through a native integration between Insider and Mixpanel. This has made the process of targeting the right user on the right channel with Insider communications seamless and effortless.

Favorite product - Architect for cross-channel personalization messaging through journey automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would have liked to get started immediately with more products and campaigns but our bandwidth issues meant we had to go step by step. We’re planning to use Insider products more over the coming months and years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ran a campaign through Insider targeting users before their subscription end date to incentivize them to renew their subscription, this lead to an increase in customer LTV.

We engaged users through acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns. Increased user subscription rates and upsold existing users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a great cross-channel engagement solution. The tool not only has powerful self features but also powers seamless collaboration with other vendors. We utilize the Call an API function within Architect to connect with our pre-existing SMS vendor to send messages to users based on Insider's data and inputs. We connect this to other channels like web push, app push, and in-app
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I can recollect having was with understanding the capabilities of the products we started to use initially because it’s a large product to get accustomed to immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary objective was to capitalize on the influx of new users on our website and engage them effectively. By leveraging Insider's expertise, we were able to navigate the app-heavy landscape to successfully activate higher volume of users - this had a strong direct impact on revenue. Our partnership enables us to continue to innovate and acquire and retain users, giving us grounds to expand our presence into more diverse markets knowing that we’ll be able to capture the interests of our users there too by using Insider’s solutions.

The team has been really helpful with strategy planning, executions, and recommendations from active performance tracking & technical support support. Overall, I am very happy with the services provided by Insider & team.

One major challenge we had was maintaining growth after the return to offices post-COVID. Insider brought innovative solutions, particularly in the form of cart abandonment web pushes and web social proof techniques to help us boost sales. By leveraging Web Push notifications and onsite cart reminders using Insider's CDP, we were able to effectively drive customers down the sales funnel, with a sense of urgency while building credibility. This not only increased conversions but also instilled confidence in prospective buyers, helping them make informed decisions.

Also, Insider's collaborative and proactive approach has helped hugely streamline our marketing campaigns, allowing for real-time customisation and agility. What do you like best about the product?
Insider has many features and channels that are very useful for digital marketers in achieving the desired goals. One of the features that makes it easier for us to run ad automation is a complete journey architect with a large selection of journey templates.

In addition, Insider also allows us to request custom templates and custom tracking parameters that can adjust our needs, considering that each industry has diverse needs, of course this is an important factor.

Excellent service and fast response from the Insider team are also very helpful in terms of integration and problem solving if there are problems using Insider. The Insider team also regularly brainstorms with us and provides suggestions to get maximum results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider is a tool that is quite easy to use and understand with various advantages when compared to other similar tools, but in our opinion there are still things that can be further maximized, such as bugs and some features that are less user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our team is focusing on customer retention and wants to run re-marketing campaigns for several audiences with more specific targets, Insider allows us to realize this.
The custom segments feature in Insider provides a large selection of audience criteria and parameters by default and custom parameters that we request. In addition, we can also maximize the use of custom segments for other advertising platforms.
Currently, with a more specific target audience and utilizing other features in Insider, we can reach more potential customers so that we get more conversions and additional revenue from the advertising strategy that we run.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Conversion Suite and Smart Recommender tool, we gained complete autonomy over our marketing campaigns. Furthermore, our website UX has never been better. With Insider's segmentation, dynamic content, user attributes, and product attributes, we truly individualized customer journeys for different personas, uplifting our AOV by 11%.
