What do you like best about the product?
The Insider team is very productive and their level of support is unmatchable. When we first started using their Web Suite tool, our team faced some challenges in getting comfortable with the system. But their team worked real hard to help us understand their product. Once we got the hang of it, there was no looking back. Everything became easy and seamless. We were able to personalize our customer journeys for different personas using Insider’s dynamic segmentation capabilities, user and product attributes. The responsive banners enable us to adopt a single template for both mobile and web personalization, making it convenient for us to launch a multi-channel campaign. The results? Our conversion rates skyrocketed, and ROI increased by 10X.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike, perhaps adding more creative visualizations to the Analytics Dashboard could enhance our understanding of campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to deliver our users the experience that we wanted to. One can call it dull for them. But results changed after implementing Insider’s Web Suite and Segmentation. Now, with Insider's tools, we can target user behavior and predict their preferences. As a result, our website's page experience has improved, and visitors and customers are spending more time on it.

Our users find shopping delightful, thanks to personalized banners and product recommendations that have reduced the website's bounce rate. And it’s pretty obvious that it increased our conversions and revenues, but it mostly improved our customers' loyalty towards us. And it was a big achievement for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless workflow between the tools has been a driving force for us in using Insider to its complete potential. Though we were skeptical at first, we trusted the process and initiated our marketing campaigns with our primary focus being user experience.

The Web Push tool from the suite was an absolute game changer for us. While we expected a marginal spike in our ROIs, we were pleasantly surprised to see a 31x return, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Besides this, the ease with which we were able to integrate the tools into our workflow was amazing. All of this culminated in us achieving our goal.

As we continue on our journey with using the tools from Insider we are certain that the business impact will be positive and we can't wait to see how much better it gets for us.

The journey has been fantastic and we can’t wait to use all the tools in tandem to create excellent customer experiences. We would definitely recommend Insider to others.

Growth supplement brands as an industry see an approximate 7% growth rate year on year and are estimated to increase by 2% over the next few years. Cutting through the noise in the marketplace is an objective we aim to fulfill by delivering outstanding experiences for our customers. Insider’s tools have allowed us to do just that!

Our Web Push conversion rate was 7.24% resulting in a considerable increase in revenue. Today we are better positioned with tools from Insider that allow us to centralize our data and interact with customers at different stages, resulting in high retention rates as well.

What do you like best about the product?
What impressed us the most was the combination of CDP and AI-driven tools. Their actionable CDP unified data of our customers from multiple channels such as websites, mobile applications, and social media and gave us a 360-degree view of every single customer.
This combined with their templates for campaigns using WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Eureka has helped us connect with our customers in a meaningful way. These campaigns are AI-driven which helps our business eliminate weeks of manual effort and guesswork at every point of our customer personalization journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run multiple campaigns to date with the Insider team and we are happy with the results of each and every one of them. We would recommend them to any retail or other businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improper UX was a major concern for us and one of the primary reason behind our low customer engagement. By leveraging the Desktop Web by Insider we were able to beautify our website and make it user-friendly by updating its information architecture. With the help of WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Eureka we were able to deliver seamless, consistent, and personalized experiences to our customers.
The growth team at Insider also suggested a great strategy of sending personalized push notifications regarding price drops which increased our add-to-cart rates by 37.8% and improved our customer retention rates by 58%. All this was made possible in a short period of time and I’m thankful our brand got in touch with Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using WhatsApp, web push, and Eureka by Insider. The Web Push in particular is our favorite thanks to its web push throttle speed feature. The notification delivery control in case of throttle speed lies with us, which means that when we launch a series of web push messages they do not get delivered to the recipient one after the other. The control over when these messages will be delivered lies with us. Web Push thus enables us to convey the information to a user at the right time. The WhatsApp tool by Insider with its deep segmentation capabilities helps us design highly personalized and targeted WhatsApp campaigns. The ready to use conversational WhatsApp templates and the ability to add a CTA helps build a strong connection with the customers. With Eureka product discovery has become very easy for our customers.With all Insider tools combined we saw a 46% uplift in our customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer variety of ready-to-use templates for both WhatsApp and Web Push and the ease with which we can launch campaigns is truly commendable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The modern-day customer uses more than 2 communication channels to connect with brands these days and as a business one needs to be available on all of these. With Insider we could launch a successful WhatsApp marketing campaign and connect with our customers where they are most comfortable. Being in retail we offer a large variety of products and often two variants of the same product (premium and economy). With Web Push we could target the right audience for the right product and Eureka made product discovery a seamless experience for our customers. As a result we were able to achieve a 49% uplift in user engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Insider was a great experience. We used their Email, WhatsApp, InStory and Eureka tools. We were looking for a tool that could enhance 1:1 communication with our customers, and their WhatsApp tool worked wonders for us. Thanks to WhatsApp Business Service Provider feature we quickly approved our templates and improved their quality with template quality ranking.

Additionally, the WhatsApp commerce feature substantially boosted our sales.

The highlight was the real-time messaging, which allowed us to exchange instant messages with customers on WhatsApp. This enabled us to offer immediate customer support and engage with customers in real-time, leading to an increase in our CLTV and a boost in engagement rates.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the CDP, Architect, and Mobile App by Insider and Mobile App is our favorite hands down. It totally transformed the look and feel of our mobile store front. InStory’s attractive visuals ensured customers spent time exploring our store. The pop of attractive discounts at checkout using Smart Overlays ensured higher average order values.
Customers finally started spending time on our app, enjoyed the immersive experiences of the newly revamped storefront using Insider Mobile App and our bounce rates reduced by a whopping 90%.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease with which one can use Insider tools is simply amazing. Absolutely no tech support required and campaigns can be launched with the blink of an eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile storefront was not the most appealing and user-friendly to say the least. We were rather embarrassed and no wonder the bounce rates were extremely high. This is when we asked Insider to step in and take charge. First they suggested we use the Mobile App channel to make our mobile store appealing and user-friendly.
Next we leveraged the Architect and CDP to centralize all customer data at one place and track the entire customer journey. This helped identify the loopholes and plug them. Our bounce rate slashed down by 90%, average order value increased, and our customer engagement was at an all time high.

What do you like best about the product?
The growth managers and support team at Insider is the best thing we liked about Insider. We kept adding new products to our catalog every 15 days but were still experiencing high customer churn. This is when the growth managers suggested we use the Customer Data Platform, Architect, and Mobile App by Insider. Architect tracked the customer journey across all touch points and helped us run consistent campaigns across channels and improve visibility.
The CDP helped us get a 360 degree view of all customer data at one place which was siloed earlier and identify the triggers behind the churn. Using the Mobile App we were able to fix the pain points and enhance user experience. Within a month we saw a significant decline in customer churn and a 28% increase in customer retention rate.

Being a retail business, we have a wide array of products, new product launches every fortnight, and really great deals to offer our customers. But despite so many things going good for us our customer churn was a bit too much and that hurt. This is when we approached Insider and they helped us solve the most pressing issues systematically one at a time. First they suggested implementing CDP so that we could have a single source of customer data which was earlier siloed.
This helped us identify the triggers that lead to disengagement and subsequent churn.

Next was the Architect, which tracked all customer touchpoints. We soon realized that our mobile store front did not deliver a user-friendly experience and customers often failed to find what they were looking for.
This is when we utilized the Mobile App tool by Insider and transformed the look and feel of our mobile store front and there has been no looking back since. Our customer churn is at an all-time low, in fact insignificant and the customer retention is up by 28%.

What do you like best about the product?
Transforming the ordinary into extraordinary is our belief and Insider’s very capable tools have delivered to us what we do for your customers. Amongst the many tools available our marketing team has seen a significant change in terms of workflow. Our GTM strategies have been implemented with ease making us vouch for the service Insider provides.
Communication being an integral part of marketing has seen a dynamic change, the ease with which it is passed on is so effective and allows us to understand the lifecycle of our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
With implementation and ease of use being a breeze, there’s nothing that we don't like. We have found Insider as a company, to resonate with our values and will constantly engage with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like every other retail business, we lacked an omnichannel strategy which inadvertently affected the customer journey. While we are still working towards getting there, we can see a large improvement in the way digital assets from the marketing team are being managed. The team has moved on to be independent and can effectively focus on business strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Offering world-class services and products has always been our founding principle which is the reason when we experienced a customer churn, we contacted Insider. Their team worked closely with us to deploy personalization strategies across various channels such as websites, mobile applications, and social media

Our customer’s shopping experiences were stagnant before with our cart abandonment rate at 81.22%. The goal was to improve the shopping experience and Insider, through their personalized campaigns using WhatsApp, Smart Recommender, Email, and Eureka delivered a frictionless and personalized experience for every customer. Our cart abandonment rate decreased gradually to 18.4% helping us to make a significant impact on our business this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best part about Insider is there’s no need for any tech support to implement the tools and launch campaigns. We are now no longer dependent on tech teams to deliver stellar customer experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were many casual buyers on our website who were cart abandoners. They would add items to the cart and would disappear. With Insider’s customized messages through WhatsApp and Email, we inspired the buyers to continue their purchasing journey and more. With these personalized messaging strategies that created an urgency to drive sales, we turned our casual browsers into return customers.

Eureka made discovery of products and ongoing offers very easy and with Smart Recommendor we suggested them complementing similar products and offers based on their past buying behavior. With Insider’s Smart Recommendor we have been able to deliver product recommendations that were too good to be turned down by the customers. This cross-selling and upselling strategy increased our AOV 3X in just 4 months.
