Insider helped us elevate the customer experience on our webshop through effective A/B testing
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Insider namely for enhancing the customer experience on our webshop. We did this by using the web suite for both desktop and mobile. By conducting a/b tests we were able to collect customer data. Based on this data, we could see whether or not a certain functionality worked for our webshop. Besides, Insider has a user-friendly interface, handy segmentation tools, a helpful customer support, and extensive analytics that help us with data-driven campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two of our tests were unknowingly offline for a while due to the implementation of a new functionality on the page where the test was also running, which disrupted the test. Fortunately, with Insider’s support, we were able to resolve the issue and relaunch the test successfully. Overall, we’re very happy and satisfied with Insider!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helps optimize the customer experience by enhancing both desktop and mobile versions of the webshop. It enables testing of website features through A/B tests, allowing us to identify which functionalities work best. By utilizing customer data, Insider empowers data-driven decision-making, ensuring that campaigns are based on real insights rather than assumptions. Additionally, its intuitive segmentation tools enable us to effectively target specific customer groups, making campaigns more relevant and impactful.
These features benefit us by improving user engagement, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring that our strategies are efficient and tailored to the needs of different customer segments.

The initial phase required some time to get everything up and running, but the investment was undoubtedly worthwhile.

It took us some time to understand how to integrate cross-channel campaigns with Architect.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider for Web Personalization. We are big fans of Instory solution which allows us to show our latest products, best sellers, offers and more in the form of clickable Instagram stories on our website itself. We also use email, SMS and web push quite a lot and we like the email recommendation solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been good for us if Insider's search product was introduced earlier and we could have used Insider's Eureka instead of another vendor for search personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider made our integration easy and seamless, allowing us to connect all our Shopify stores in just minutes. It’s truly plug-and-play—within no time, we had all our customer data, custom attributes, and properties readily available in Insider. The fact that you can also use multiple products in the same automation journey like email, SMS, on-site and whatsapp truly adds value to our business and to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be the integration side of things. Our tech stack is quite big so we didn't expect to have native connectors to all of them readily available. However, our Onboarding team were super proactive and helped us with our integrations tailored for our business use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of management (everything under the same panel, all the data in one place). Before we had to switch between apps and dashboards to create our email campaigns, SMS campaigns, A/B testing campaigns, etc. This wasn't efficient and Insider helped us overcome that challenge.
Data silos was a big challenge for us too. We couldn't find an easy way to 'merge' and consolidate our data in one place, to get actionable insights that we could take action on.
