Managed to retain more users with Insider’s Personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Insider was really useful in helping us consolidate data from both our website and mobile app together. This was possible through their CDP that brought all the customer data and interactions into one place to build unified profiles. We were able to use this data to build customized journeys for different customers across channels like email and SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like a few more use cases that are travel specific.

What do you like best about the product?
We use a plethora of tools by Insider such as Web Suite, Mobile App, and Recommendations. Picking a favorite is tough and honestly unfair as all of these have brought with them some truly unique abilities to drive more sales. We were already market leaders in our primary product category, but we wanted to get a larger share of the pie in the complementary product category as well.

With Insider, we could achieve this, thanks to Insider Smart Overlays. We were able to bring in spotlight a complementary product to the product the customer was about to purchase with a good deal and deep discounts. This ease of discovery resulted in a 20% rise in average order value. We finally achieved what we had set out to achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through a plethora of features of the Web Suite and Mobile App was a bit overwhelming to be honest. But Insider’s team were extremely helpful and walked us through every step of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were market leaders in our primary product category. But our vast range of secondary products was largely going unnoticed by our customers despite great deals and competitive pricing given the quality we had. We soon realized that many a times customers didn’t know that such a product exists. For example, you pick a book we have a number of throw options to go with it, however since we never promoted or marketed it we were unable to sell it.

This is where Insider stepped in and saved the day for us.

By using their Web Suite and Mobile App we were able to categorize and showcase our various products in an easy to discover manner. Through the use of magic banners we could highlight our various product bundles, discount offers, and more. Insider Smart Overlays ensured customers got irresistible deals for related products just before checkout and they added those to their basket.

What do you like best about the product?
When we started our marketing campaign, the main aim was to target our messaging-first audience through channels like Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Based on the Insider's team's suggestion, we adopted WhatsApp, SMS, and Email tools. Working with their tools was a great experience. Insider is not only the best for their top-quality product but also because they offer excellent knowledge and support. This can help you achieve your goals faster than others.

Delivering personalization on messaging channels was challenging for our automotive business. With Insider's Single WhatsApp message and Triggered messages, we could craft various personalized campaigns to guide our customers throughout their shopping experience. The Email Modular editor is unique on its own. Creating email campaigns was never so easy. What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Onsite tools, we created a persona-based customer journey that generated six-figure revenue for us each month. Other than Onsite we also used Web Push and Smart Recommender tools. From the very first month of using the coupon sidebar template, we witnessed a significant increase in conversions. The responsive banners enabled us to adopt a single template for both mobile and web personalization, making multi-channel campaign launches extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider team was really helpful throughout our entire marketing journey. They were highly responsive and proactive in addressing our queries. We were struggling with innovative ideas for our campaigns, but our new account manager assisted us with new ideas for future concepts, especially as we approached the peak season.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s user-based recommendations ensured that we showed the most relevant products to our visitors. Before using Insider, we manually built trending product recommendation carousels using our Google Analytics data, which was time-consuming and not dynamic. However, the Smart Recommender completely resolved this issue.

With the Smart Recommender, we implemented winning cross-sell and up-sell strategies that improved our AOV and cart size. Moreover, the Smart Recommender engine enhanced product discovery by presenting users with items they would likely appreciate. By using different AI algorithms on various website pages, we saw significant positive results.

What do you like best about the product?
We’re really happy that we’ve been able to build consolidated cross-channel experiences using Insider, especially Architect. We’ve managed to tighten communications by making it more personalized across web, app, email, and SMS. And we’ve been able to create and launch campaigns so quickly with their pre-built journey templates that are already there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like more pre-built templates that are particularly customized for our industry but we’ve been able to use their generic templates a lot to create campaigns faster.

What do you like best about the product?
As a travel brand, it was essential for us to establish a strong online reputation to ensure our users trusted our services. The most effective way to achieve this was to engage our website visitors across various channels personally. Therefore, we selected Insider's Mobile App, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools. The Mobile App catered to our mobile users in a way we never imagined. Its in-app recommendations feature is very precise, utilizing users' browsing and purchase history to suggest offers most suited to their preferences. What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Insider's tools is seamless. Switching from one tool to another is a cakewalk. Its compatibility with the existing business system is also commendable. We selected their Web Suite, Web Push, and Architect tool and the experience was magical.
Architect was the best of all. It allowed us to effortlessly design cross-channel campaigns. This tool transformed our customer experience, enabling us to craft personalized campaigns across various channels at scale.

Insider has been proactive in addressing the major challenges we encountered on our website and helped us to realize our primary objectives. We are more than happy to recommend them as an overall growth development partner.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's product suite offers the best marketing automation experience in the industy. Its four-dimensional approach examines every aspect of campaign needs and responds appropriately. We acquired their Email, SMS, and Mobile App tools. All these tools integrated seamlessly with our existing business systems and operated without a hitch.

The standout tool was the Email. It greatly enhanced our email campaigns. We accessed over 40 pre-built email templates, including AMP, price alerts, welcome emails, and more, speeding up our campaign launches.
