What do you like best about the product?
We are very pleased with the suite of products we've utilized, which includes Web Suite, Web Push, Architect, Email, and Smart Recommender. These products are exceptionally easy to use. They offer robust segmentation capabilities that assist us in effectively targeting the right customer groups. The built-in templates not only help us launch campaigns more quickly but also inspire new campaign concepts, thanks to their accessibility. Additionally, the support and guidance we receive from Insider's Customer Support team, along with the comprehensive Academy documentation, contribute significantly to resolving any questions or concerns we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've encountered minimal issues as the products are exceptionally user-friendly. When challenges arise, their support and the Academy documentation have consistently assisted us in resolving any difficulties effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the segmentation features offered by Insider, particularly predictive segmentation, we successfully honed in on our intended customer groups. Smart Recommender played a crucial role in enhancing product discovery by enabling us to showcase AI-driven personalized product suggestions. Leveraging this tool allowed us to reduce bounce rates, amplify page views, improve conversion rates, and enhance the average order value through cross-selling recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
In our line of business accurate patient information is important and Insider’s CDP (Customer Data Platform) ensures we always have access to complete and accurate patient history making it our most favourite tool from Insider. Architect and Email are two other Insider tools we have been using and the results we managed to achieve have been unbelievable.

Architect – the journey orchestration tool by Insider tracks every possible customer touchpoint and using ready-to-use email and WhatsApp templates we ensure that our customers get to know the right offers, due tests and doctor follow-up visits on time. Also, running personalized campaigns for health check-ups is now easy and always a success. Our customer retention is up by 70% all thanks to Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ready to use templates are a life-saver, however industry specific templates like for us would be a welcome addition. However, we do understand that given the spectrum of industries Insider caters to they need to have solutions that can be applicable in many different scenarios. However, Insider has gone that extra-mile to come up with tailored solutions to address our unique business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to retain and expand our customers despite having the best doctors on-panel, state of the art medical facilities, and highly competitive pricing. Our biggest drawback was our inability to serve our customers the way they expected us, resulting in high customer churn. We got the Insider team onboard to fix this problem. The Growth managers at Insider suggested we use CDP, Architect, and Email by Insider.
CDP helped us gather all data at one place which enabled us to segment customers and run more targeted campaigns.
· Architect tracked every possible customer touchpoint and ensured we run a cohesive communication across all channels with our customers.
· Email helped us run a more personalized and targeted campaign ensuring better customer engagement.
With Insider we could significantly reduce customer churn and achieve a 70% uplift in customer retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Insider was a valuable experience for us. We used their SMS and Email tools, which helped us enhance our customer service. These tools allowed us to orchestrate a data-driven ordering experience.

The highlight was the ability to create attractive emails using the templates provided taking into consideration customer feedback and user preferences at various touchpoints to offer a genuinely unique, relevant, and personalized experience.

Additionally, the Bulk SMS and Single SMS features enabled us to instantly share real-time order updates with our users.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our line of business, delivering personalized and interactive content related to our items is crucial for our growth. However, we weren’t able to scale to our expected potential.
Insider's tools completely changed this. The Email tool's Product Filters and Search feature allowed our customers to filter and search for food items based on their preferences. This made it easier for them to find what they wanted and also enabled us to generate more relevant product recommendations.
The SMS event data boosted our SMS open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Our items now reach a broader user base, and our sales numbers are pretty impressive. Kudos to the Insider for making this a reality.

What do you like best about the product?
In the home and furniture business, it’s more than necessary to showcase products in a highly engaging and interactive way. Unfortunately, we were unable to achieve that. But after selecting Insider’s Architect, Email, and Web Push tools, things took a turn for the better. With Web Push, we could send tailored messages directly to our website users through their browsers. These messages were personal and perfect for keeping our website visitors interested. This exponentially increased our customer experience as compared to what it was before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider support team is always goes an extra mile to help us create tailored marketing strategies to ensure positive business outcomes. We are very happy to choose them as our growth partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us address one of our biggest challenge, low sales. Using Insider’s Architect tools, we were able to grow our loyal customers significantly as we've personalized customer experiences across the customer lifecycle and have provided them more reasons to continue engaging with us across channels, like the Template Library, which we used to create customer journeys easily. As a result, our website traffic went up, we gained more customers, and regular visits increased because users found value in our tailored campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely happy with the ROI that we received.
The flexibility of Smart Recommender algorithms and quick to deploy functionalities are really amazing.
The sheer variety of journeys that can be deployed using Architect is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the system is not completely there yet and there are some optimizations needed. But apart from that, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting unknown users with triggered messaging to bring them back into the funnel if they drop out during the 2nd and 3rd purchase.
There was an increase of 37% add to cart rate with Smart Recommender.
We achieved a 15x ROI in 2023 and we are expecting the same as we move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Architect tool's cross-channel journeys helped us engage our customers on their most preferred channels. The ability to launch such sophisticated journeys for different user personas across websites proved extremely beneficial for us, boosting our conversion rates by 5%.

Apart from Architect, we also used the Web Suite, Smart Recommender, Web Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools. The Web Suite stood out with its journey orchestrator. It enabled us to personalize campaigns using easy pop-ups. The messages delivered by these pop-ups were used to promote our products, generate leads, and encourage users to for loyalty sign ups
What do you dislike about the product?
The Web Suite's behavioral targeting allowed us to target customers based on their behavior on our website and mobile app. This enabled us to deliver more relevant and timely messages to our customers. Initially, understanding the entire process was somewhat challenging, but Insider’s support team assisted us throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool that consolidated all marketing channels into a single panel, which was easy to use and enabled us to create cross-website customer journeys with multiple channels. Insider’s product suite became a dream come true. They provided an easy-to-use platform suitable for multiple use cases. We had all channels under one dashboard, which empowered us with efficient go-to-market strategies and improved agility.

What do you like best about the product?
A tool or a technology is only as good as the team making it work. For us the best part about working with Insider is their brilliant team who makes all the magic that these tools create possible. The automotive industry is both dynamic and competitive in equal measure. Making the customer aware of any new launch is important in our industry to ensure sales and this perhaps was a big challenge cascading to many other issues like not getting enough bookings for a test-drive and therefore low sales. With InStory we could run stories on our website and app just like Insta stories giving customers a preview of our upcoming car launch generating the right buzz and excitement. Using Smart Recommender we displayed actual user reviews about our existing cars and shared suggestions with cars and features tailored to a particular user’s interest.
Eureka made discovering a new launch very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Architect tool allowed us to craft a customer journey from scratch by integrating starter elements, conditions, and channels. The personalization capabilities made it incredibly user-friendly. We could also save templates for future reference. In addition to Architect, we chose tools like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Eureka. Eureka stood out and played an important role in marketing our fashion brand and attracting new customers.
Leveraging these tools, we efficiently engaged a wider customer base in a shorter time frame, marketing our supplemental products and offering highly personalized experiences to our prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Insider’s product suite, we have boosted our growth tenfold compared to what it was previously. We are very happy to choose them as our growth development partner.

We lacked 1:1 communication with our customers on messaging mediums. Given that we are a fashion brand, WhatsApp is the preferred platform for sharing personalized product recommendations. This limitation of not being able to use WhatsApp for interacting with our audience was impacting our sales. Insider's WhatsApp tool came to our rescue.
