What do you like best about the product?
Not just one, there are couple of things that we liked about this platform:

1. The integration was not at all challenging. In fact, the customer support and account management team made the process hassle free.
2. To every marketing and growth related business problem, Insider has got a solution.
3. Understanding each product might take a while in the beginning but one can easily get a hang of it once they start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our journey with Insider has been exceptionally smooth, seamless, and successful. While we initially thought that the integration process would be time-consuming, with the support and guidance of Insider’s growth managers and customer support team, we were able to integrate all the channels quickly. We are delighted that we chose Insider as our growth partner. It has truly helped us provide our customers with an experience that boosted our conversion rates and enhanced our business's bottom line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given that the travel industry is highly competitive, our primary aim was to win the price war and bring back churned users to our website, transforming them into paying customers. After understanding our core objective, the account managers at Insider suggested we use their Architect tool, an AI-backed customer journey orchestration tool that could help us identify the best communication channel to reach a particular target customer and engage them.
As recommended by Insider’s growth consultants, we also utilized this channel to notify our target customers about offers, discounts, and add-ons at discounted rates, leading to increased conversions, Average Order Value, and enhanced business profitability.
The team also advised us to leverage other channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and SMS to re-engage churned and existing customers respectively through personalized yet promotional messaging across multiple channels, including sending exciting coupon codes. This strategy helped us upsell related add-on products to users who had booked a flight ticket with us.
With these implementations, we observed a 10.4% spike in the conversion rate and a 12X boost in overall business ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we had a vast volume of customer data available with us, we were on the lookout for a tool that’s capable of unifying data on a single level. That’s when we got to know about Insider as a solution that’s capable of solving all the problems that marketers and growth managers face. After using Insider’s tools like CDP, Architect, etc for some time now, we are happy that these tools offer marketers the ease to collect and collate data on one platform, providing them the convenience of reaching out to a wide set of audience in a short span of time. From integration and implementation to execution and result monitoring, we’ve been impressed with every aspect of Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that a single tool isn’t just enough to cover everything. However, when we came across Insider, we were blown away with the remarkable capabilities of its growth management platform. While initially, it did take some time to understand and integrate different tools and channels, it wasn’t too challenging or time consuming because Insider’s support team was readily available to guide us at every step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a platform that could automate cross-channel marketing efforts and help us streamline and personalize our CX. Since we were struggling with data silos across different platforms, we needed a solution that could unify our data and enable us to build 1:1 experiences for our target customers. That’s when we found Insider, a Growth Management Platform that’s CDP tool offered us the fastest TTV without the support of IT teams. As suggested by team Insider, we also leveraged their Architect tool, an AI-powered customer journey builder that helped us track journeys for each customer throughout the browsing session. What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Within a few weeks of implementing Insider’s product suite, our customer click-through rates and lifetime time value were at an all-time high. We can confidently recommend Insider as the best growth development partner in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't able to effectively leverage cross-channel marketing automation for our campaign growth. However, with Architect's cross-channel journey orchestration, we easily engaged our customers. The Architect tool was straightforward to use due to its intuitive UX and dashboard, allowing us to map our engagement plan for different customer touchpoints seamlessly.

Furthermore, Insider's A/B testing enabled us to use machine learning algorithms to determine and direct customers to the winning path variation over a specified time duration automatically. What do you like best about the product?
As a travel business, our primary goal has always been to drive higher conversions through our website rather than simply obtaining clicks. Before using Insider, reaching a larger user base was challenging. However, after onboarding Insider, their account managers and growth team recommended that we utilize their WhatsApp marketing solution. And guess what? We succeeded in delighting our customers with superlative experiences.
By using their WhatsApp tool, we were able to send out promotional messages on one of the most-loved messaging platforms, alerting customers to discounts and offers on travel. While we recognized that WhatsApp is a crucial communication channel in today's times, to ensure that we don't miss any of our customers, we decided also to use their SMS and Email channels to provide discount updates. These strategies boosted our on-site conversions by 25% and ultimately increased our revenue and growth.

In the beginning, the platform seemed a bit difficult to understand since there are a number of products in their product suite. But their support team is super helpful and enables us tailor our marketing strategy to ensure positive business outcomes.

With just one platform, we got everything we needed in terms of acquiring, engaging, and retaining our customers while also generating greater return on investment. What do you like best about the product?
Insider's support teams are the most humble, knowledgeable, and proactive individuals we've ever worked with. Based on their suggestions, we opted for the Web Suite, Mobile App, and Recommendation tools. The personalized recommendation engine enabled our business to offer suitable products, content, and experience suggestions to our customers across all channels.
Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, the system analyzed customer data, including browsing history, purchase history, and demographics, to understand their preferences and interests. We used this data to better understand our customers' behaviors and recommend relevant home and furniture products to them. This positively impacted our items sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are more than happy to recommend Insider to brands looking to improve their marketing campaigns. We're very satisfied with our choice to go with Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer conversion rates were not satisfactory. We couldn't convert our website visitors into customers. We reached out to the Insider team and explained the problem. What do you like best about the product?
The ability to deliver personalized experiences across channels based on unified customer data and AI. The powerful segmentation allows us to target different user personas throughout their journey. Insider's intuitive journey across Web, Mobile, Email, Push and WhatsApp makes engagement seamless.

The highly accurate product recommendations optimized by AI have significantly grown our cross-sell/upsell revenue and reduced cart abandonments. We're able to optimize campaigns using Insider's detailed analytics and attribution reporting which provides a 360-degree customer view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve in navigating the platform due to its vast capabilities was quite hard at the beginning. However, Insider's customer success team ensured we overcame this quickly through training and support. The only other aspect is the lack of more out-of-the-box messaging templates, but their template editor makes customization easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problems Insider has helped solve is low website conversion rates and high cart abandonment. Their website personalization improved the on-site experience and helped us influence visitors better. Insider's exit-intent and gamified opt-in templates also helped drive subscriber conversions. What do you like best about the product?
Insider's email tool is the best in the market. It's super convenient now for us to create email campaigns using the tool's modular email editor. It's just dragging and dropping elements like coupons, real-time timers, and recommendations. Apart from the email tool, we also used Insider's SMS and Mobile app. Both devices are working great, and we are delighted with the way we can send personalized messages to our customers across messaging channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s CDP's Identity Resolution Management feature impressed us the most. By identifying and linking customer data from multiple sources, it created a unified customer profile for us. This enabled us to obtain a complete view of each customer and their interactions with our brand.

Using the CDP, we can now stay on top of data collection, gathering customer information from sources such as email addresses, phone numbers, and customer IDs.

This has made our management considerably easier. In addition to the CDP, we chose the Architect and Email tools, and neither failed to impress us. We experienced a significant increase in our business ROI as our marketing operations became more streamlined.
