What do you like best about the product?
Including Email and SMS with personalized messaging that converts, was a huge challenge for us. When we came to know about Insider as a Growth Management Platform and its excellent track record of helping businesses from various industries achieve their marketing goals, we were really impressed with the platform’s capabilities.

To begin with, we decided to leverage the solutions that could help us communicate with our customers in a more personalized and efficient way. After understanding our requirements, their team recommended we use their Architect tool to test the journeys, see how they would operate and how customers would receive the messages. After getting a hang of it, we decided to use the channel to reach out to customers across different messaging channels including Email and SMS nurture them and notify them and notify them about the offers on electronic products in real-time. Happy to say that we achieved excellent results. We observed a 28% spike in conversion rates, leading to a 23x spike in quarterly sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing Insider as our growth partner has been one of the best business decisions we have made. Working closely with team Insider, we found their growth and account managers to be highly detail oriented and supportive throughout the collaboration. With their continued support and guidance, we were able to monitor our business performance and growth in real time and honestly, after implementing Insider’s solutions, it’s been massive. We look forward to working with them again and using their other channels and tools to take our business to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s email automation channel also helped us stay more engaged with our target customers and bring high traffic to our website within just two months of time. The collection banner on our email also enabled us to increase our subscriber base by about 32%.In addition, using this channel, we were able to deliver highly personalized emails to our target customers that not only improved the product discovery but also uplifted our AOV by 18% and reduced cart abandonment by 10%.

By enabling us to send us emails at the right time to the right set of customers with the right messaging, we saw a significant increase of 13% in our CTR (click-through rate).

Insider's template options for WhatsApp could be more luxurious and premium-looking. However, their template editor does make customization very flexible and easy. We would also like more ready-made email templates tailored specifically for luxury brands. But overall, the platform's capabilities outweigh these minor limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped solve the lack of personalization, ineffective communication and poor product discovery. WhatsApp messaging allowed us to engage VIPs contextually with tailored offers driving exclusivity. Eureka's interactive emails with recommendations improved discovery and conversion. InStory provided us with a novel way to showcase our products and new arrivals in an exclusive manner. Insider has been invaluable in helping us deliver five-star experiences to our premium customers. What do you like best about the product?
It's impressive how Insider enables you to design personalized web experiences tailored to individual user attributes. By using the Web Suite, Mobile App, and Recommendation tools, we gained a better understanding of our customers. These tools allowed us to segment users, launch complex, design-rich customizations, and conduct conversion optimization tests with minimal coding. The best part was that we could adjust the templates to any screen size, making it feel almost magical to design and expand our personalization strategies effortlessly. This made our home and furniture website look unique compared to our competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the moment we began working with Insider up to now, we've seen a threefold increase in our business ROI. We are very happy working with Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before working with Insider, we knew we could utilize our website better and wanted a partner to assist us in achieving this goal. What do you like best about the product?
Insider gives the authentic experience of marketing automation that no other brand in the market is able to deliver. We used their, Email, and Web Suite tools. The Email tool impressed us the most because our email campaigns had never been so effective before. Setting up an email campaign was very easy with Insider's modular email editor. We used their ready-made templates and stored different sections as modules, which could be reused in future emails. This reuse saved us a lot of effort.

Another feature we loved was the Architect's "Next Best Channel." It allowed us to connect with every user on their favorite channel. This approach meant we reached users in a way they preferred, reducing spam and disinterest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider support team are experts at what they do. From onboarding to integration, the whole process was smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is the top choice in the market for personalized cross-channel marketing automation. We wanted to know each customer's favorite channel of engagement, and with Insider, we did that effectively.Insider's Email tool helped us make a simple email into a tool for more sales by adding live, easy-to-use, and changing parts. We liked that we could easily add things like timers, coupons, and suggestions. This made sure our marketing emails were read more often by our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the Web Suite, Mobile App, and Web Push by Insider for quite sometime now. All the three tools have helped us increase our sales and overall business revenue significantly. But if I had to pick one favorite it has to be Web Suite and I will tell you why. We are an online marketplace and the categories of products we offer are huge. Despite having what customers want, we were unable to meet our sales targets as finding the right products was a challenge for the customers.
The growth managers at Insider suggested us to implement Web Suite which totally transformed the way our website looked and functioned making it very user-friendly. As a result, product discovery was easy, sales increased and customers were finally happy. Our conversions went up by 60% within a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The growth managers at Insider are experts at what they do and suggest personalized solutions specific to our business. A more business specific tailored library would be a great value add though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an online marketplace, we have a wide category and further sub-category of products. However, we were seeing a lot of cases of cart abandonment, high bounce rate, old customers not engaging with us anymore and so on. This was very disheartening and hence we knew that we needed to take some strong steps to fix this. We then approached Insider. They suggested we use their Web suite, Mobile App, and Web Push. By leveraging these we could achieve the following:We were able to transform our web store’s look and feel thanks to Web Suite. Product discovery became much easier.
·By using magic banners we were able to showcase offers and products personalized to a specific user.
·Mobile App helped simplify our app and deliver a pleasant user experience
·Much like Instagram we were able to run personalized beautiful stories using the InStory feature recommending products, ongoing offers, and more.
Using Smart Overlays on Mobile App we displayed attractive discounts at check-out encouraging customers to buy more.
·Web Push helped us send timely notifications on back in stock products, on-going deals, and more.

All-in-all Insider helped us increase our conversion rate by 60% and we can’t be happier.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been collaborating with Insider for some time, and we're thoroughly impressed with their performance. Their marketing automation product suite stands out as one of the best in the market. We've used their Web Suite, Mobile App, and CDP tools.

With the CDP's Unified Customer Data feature, we effectively collected customer information from various sources, both online and offline. This tool provided us with the capability to enrich our customer profiles automatically by consolidating data from these diverse sources, streamlining our user management.

The Architect enabled us to craft cross-channel campaigns with ease.

We now engage our users not just on our website and mobile app but also through web push, SMS, and WhatsApp. A big thank you to Insider for their invaluable support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's Web Suite made it easy for us to launch pop-up campaigns. Using pop-up windows we promoted products, collected leads, and encouraged users to sign up for our newsletters. What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite and Web Push tools have truly revolutionized our marketing campaigns. Using the responsive templates, we have been able to generate cross-platform reviews. Its capability to automatically adjust to the viewed screen size has enhanced our website's appearance and functionality across devices. Additionally, with cookieless personalization, we were able to understand customer behavior without relying on cookies to track it. This has been beneficial, especially since many users block cookies due to irrelevant ads in their browsers. These enhancements have significantly improved our customer experiences and reduced our bounce rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s orchestration tool, Architect, is handsdown the best. It helped track our customers at each touchpoint and engage and deliver them hyper-personalized messaging at the right time. This ensured customers felt more connected to our brand and spent more time navigating our offerings which resulted in more sales. Recommendations was an icing on the cake which ensured a higher average order value per cart. Website and Mobile App helped us create a minimalistic, clean looking, cohesive look. All in all it has all contributed to a higher user engagement rate and higher sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
All we can say is we are mighty impressed with Insider - especially Architect - The Journey Orchestration Tool. Will happily recommend Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user engagement on our website was at an all time low and bounce rates abnormally high. We soon relaized though are MobileApp was easy to navigate the website was not. More than often people could not find what they were looking for on our website and hence the high bounce rates. Insider’s Growth Team tailor made the right toolkit for us - WebSuite , MobileApp, Architect, and Recommendations. The results of harnessing the capabilities of these powerhouse of tools left us amazed. Our bounce rates reduced by 80%.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us to maximize our marketing efforts, enhance our website and app engagement rates, upsell the ancillaries, retarget churned customers, acquire new customers, and drive conversions. Their Growth Management team is the best as they made many good suggestions. We made several changes to our website and app to improve experiences for our ttarget customers.We also used their Architect tool to build customer journeys considering factors like user attributes, unique preferences, and their search history and retarget them by sending relevant messages to grab their attention and influence their decision to make a transaction. Insider’s web push channel was also a great option that their team suggested to us to bring relevant information to users’ attention.These strategic implementations resulted in a 52.4% increase in the number of transactions, which was definitely a huge success for us.

Even though we’re really impressed with the results we’ve achieved using Insider’s products, we would still like to see some of the use cases in the travel vertical where the platform has significantly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is intuitive and user friendly that helped us create multiple campaigns simultaneously and enabled us to acquire more potential customers. Previously, we had to manually create campaigns and you can imagine how time consuming that would have been! When we started leveraging Insider, we discovered that the platform is very helpful and in no time, we were able to automate our marketing efforts. It’s also a comprehensive platform that helped us revamp our website from start to finish which uplifted the retention and conversion rate. What do you like best about the product?
We’re highly impressed by the capabilities of Insider Growth Management Platform and the insights it provides. Not only did it help us target the right set of audience with the right messaging at the right time, we were also able to gather valuable data about what makes our customers convert.
Using Insider’s various products including SMS, Email, and WhatsApp we were able to communicate with our customers across multiple channels and influence their decision to make a booking with us. Insider’s Growth Management Platform is one of the best marketing automation tools for businesses looking to fastrack their growth. Its analytics dashboard is quite detailed and offers several customized reports to gain a comprehensive view of business performance. We’re happy with the results we have achieved using insider's product suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to travel, everybody evaluates multiple portals before reaching the final stage of making a booking. Because of this, we were experiencing a high user churn rate. In order to bring users back to our portal and book their flights with us, we needed a solution that could help us reach out to our customers across different communication channels and automate our marketing efforts by notifying them of fluctuations in the price and seat availability. After evaluating an array of platforms, we came across Insider and were particularly impressed with the platform’s solutions and their capabilities. The growth team at Insider recommended we use their AI-backed customer journey builder - Architect, to instantly activate new user journeys and nurture them by notifying them about price drop alerts. Their growth team also advised us to use their WhatsApp, Email, and SMS channels to send out welcome emails and messages to new users and alert them about the reduced ticket fare in real time.

By utilizing Insider’s 40+ pre built templates for email to notify our users about the incomplete bookings, and encouraging them to make a purchase, we were able to accelerate our campaign launch and increase open rates by as high as 90%.
