What do you like best about the product?
Great support from the Insider team; trainings, onboarding and on-going technical and strategic support.

Product works well, haven't found any bugs and there is a lot to offer to really power on-site optimisations, run campaigns, conduct A/B testing and plan user journeys out. Templates are aplenty and the team is always available to help set up the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found many downsides so far! . .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized Customer Journeys: Before using Insider, we struggled to deliver personalized content experiences to our diverse user base. Insider's AI-driven algorithms help create segmented, tailored content delivery that resonates with individual users, leading to higher engagement rates.

Data-driven Decision Making: Insider's comprehensive analytics and reporting tools have empowered us to make data-backed decisions. We can now track, analyze, and optimize our marketing strategies in real-time.

Unified Marketing Stack: Managing various tools for different aspects of our marketing efforts was cumbersome. With Insider, we've been able to centralize our tools, streamlining our processes and ensuring more cohesive campaigns.

Reduced Abandoned Carts: Through their predictive algorithms, we've been able to tackle our cart abandonment issue head-on. By sending timely, personalized reminders and offers, we've seen a noticeable reduction in cart drop-offs.

Mobile Marketing: Insider's robust mobile marketing solutions have allowed us to effectively tap into our mobile user base, driving higher conversions and improving user retention on our app.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company spans across 4 regions and our transaction volumes are high. Given the nature of our business there is never a dull day, however our customers often would browse for products, put them in the cart and later when they came back to purchase it would either be sold out or they would be unable to find them.

Product discovery was a major challenge, also from an operations standpoint we were unable to track and analyze the sales data to plan and strategize our inventory better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to Insider we had not been using any tech-driven tools for marketing. However, with Insider we have been able to eliminate the manual tasks involved in running a marketing campaign, have a tool to run omnichannel campaigns, and easily track all important sales and marketing metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As first time users of a tech-based marketing tool our experience has been nothing short of a delight. With Architect – Insider’s journey orchestration tool we have been able to track customers at various touch points along their journey and send communication to them across channels which is both personalized and relevant to them. Earlier we had a mountain of data but there was no way we could track or analyze it as a result most of our campaigns were planned purely on instinct rather than data

What do you like best about the product?
We love that the platform is both unified and modular. It provides us a unified data solution and then numerous activation blocks to turn that data into campaigns and results.

We really appreciate the support from the Insider team, helping us to overcome challenges and drive strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could definitely load faster.

Whenever you schedule a web push for the future, you receive the same confirmation message as if you were sending straight away. It’s a small thing but changing it would avoid many heart attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Insider, we had to wait too long to make changes on the website and we were reliant on our tech team. With Insider, as marketers we have the freedom to make changes ourselves, at speed.

We have a lot of window shoppers on our site, and Insider is helping us to transform more visitors into customers.

Moving forward, we plan to expand our usage of the Insider platform to maximize retention and customer lifetime value, through Smart recommender and Insider’s journey builder tool, Architect.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has been our main tool for marketing since 2021. It’s a great marketing automation tool to reach our users across different channels on the customer journey. It’s a really well-designed product that meets our business concerns and matches our goals and objectives.

We recorded our highest sales ever last winter in December 2022 and January 2023. The cross-channel marketing campaigns led to a 14% conversion rate uplift and a 22% increase in AOV.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve used almost all their products which include Onsite Web and Mobile suite, Smart Recommender, Instory, Email, WhatsApp, Web Push, and Architect and we love all of them. So no dislikes that I can think of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Previously we were not using any tool to automate our marketing efforts and were performing all marketing activities manually. Because of this we had the limitation to run only a few marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. To turbocharge our business’ growth, we decided to use some tools that could enable us to perform multiple activities and reach out to our target customers across various channels at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re really happy with the reporting and analytics capabilities of the platform. Given that it has a unified dashboard, it allows us to track the performance of all our marketing campaigns across regions on a single platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an online grocery delivery app, we wanted to expand our business to new markets and it wasn’t possible for us to reach this milestone with manual marketing efforts. That’s why we were looking for a marketing automation solution that could help us reach a wider set of potential customers in less time. Glad that we found Insider as it helped us successfully launch our business in 4 different regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s tool helped double our business ROI. Honestly, we didn’t expect such great results in such a short period of time. Insider's team made the impossible possible. We utilized their Web Suite and Web Push tools, and they were better than we hoped. They fixed our biggest problems, like getting more users and making our website an interactive platform. The way Insider personalized the website for each visitor was a really smart move to make things better.

We could easily add things we wanted to our website and change them quickly using the Instory's element library. And their fun, game-like templates helped us get more subscribers and do it in a way that reduced our customer acquisition cost. This made our customers happy, which made us happy. Thanks to the Insider’s team for their clever strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider team did an excellent job. We're happy we picked them to work with us. We don't think anyone else could have given us the results that Insider did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before collaborating with Insider our customer acquisition costs were high and customer retention very low. Using Insider was the best choice to fix these problems. The Web Push tool helped to bring users who aren't on our website and gets them to check out and spend time on it. This solved the low retention problem.
But that's not all. The responsive banners help us adopt a single template for both mobile and web personalization, making it easy for us to run a campaign that works everywhere. This was one of our biggest successes. What did this help us to achieve? Multiple positive results include faster conversion time, improved experience, reduced bounce rate, low CAC, and high click-through rate.

What do you like best about the product?
In the last quarter, we introduced an entire new product line but instead of better sales we saw a sudden drop in sales. We had been using Insider’s Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for quite some time and had seen impressive results. But this sudden decline was kind of surprising. The growth team at Insider suggested we use their CDP – a data collection platform and Architect to resolve the issue. Harnessing the capabilities of CDP we were able to collect data for every user from both mobile app and web at a single place and identify the problem. Architect on the other hand helped us collect data at every customer touchpoint. Equipped with this goldmine of data we were able to design a user experience which made product discovery easy, send notifications on Email, SMS, WhatsApp with links embedded which directly took customers to the right product page thus enabling them to complete the purchase. Soon our sales improved and we saw an uplift of 40% in our overall sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to embed easily clickable links in all our messaging is truly the highlight and helped turn around things. Insider is truly a pioneer in bring smart and innovative marketing automation solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After we launched our new product line on our web and app store, customers did not quite enjoy the new look, feel, and website navigation experience. As a result our sales were at an all time low. CDP and Architect helped pin point the exact juncture where customers were facing issues which helped us re-strategize are promotional campaigns and send the right messaging using Insider’s highly responsive WhatsApp, SMS, and Email notifications. Our dwindling sales soon saw an upswing and we registered 40% more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Insider's tools like Email, Web Push, Web Suite, and Architect for a while now, and they've completely changed how we do our marketing. Their email editor is really easy to use. We were unsure about it at first, but it's helped us create fun and interesting emails for our customers. The results have been so good, with lots of people opening the emails and getting involved, that we know we made the right choice.
And it would be cruel not to mention the Web Push tool, after all its segmentation capabilities made it easy for us to send the right messages to the right people. It's been a big help in making our advertising more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business has special needs, so we sometimes need special solutions. This requires effort from both our side and the Insider's side. But Insider's support team is always there to help us, and they work with us to meet our specific needs and goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting high user engagement was our biggest problem. Before using Insider, we were running many campaigns, but people weren't really paying attention to them. With Insider's tool for targeting specific groups, our email messages started to feel more personal and relevant to our customers, and that got more people interested and buying our products.
By using other tools like Web Push and Architect, we've been able to remind customers about things like price drops or items being back in stock. This has helped us sell more.

Our sales and money saved have increased since we started these campaigns. Reminders about abandoned shopping carts and viewed products have been some of our best-performing strategies.
We even started a special program for our best customers, and we've found that they really like getting messages about loyalty rewards. All of this has helped our business do much better. All thanks to the Insider.
