What do you like best about the product?
The Web Suite provides a holistic approach to website optimization and dynamic content tailored for each visitor. Through the provision of relevant and timely notifications, Insider's Web Push allows us to actively communicate with our users.

It can be daunting to comprehend all of the features and capabilities of Insider's suite. But once you figure it out, it's really easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Products: Web suite, Web push & Email, SMS suite
Web Suite templates, campaign creation on the Action builder. I work with an impossible platform to make on-site actions, Insider saved me from tons of workload and now I can create literally magic.

What do you dislike about the product?
We’d have liked smart recommender product to be priced together with web suite as that would have made the whole usage more economical.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's tools helped us raise awareness of services to our customers informed about the legalities involved in doing transactions. We utilized their Web Suite, Mobile App, Web Push, and InStory tools - and all of them worked flawlessly.
With Web Push recommendations - we were able to send personalized service recommendations to our website users. This strategy enhanced our engagement with them and made leads collection and conversion easy. We collected a whopping 70k leads with Insider.
The Web Push Opt-in Box template provided customizable opt-in templates that were in compliance with browser policies, such as Chrome's quieter permission UI and Safari's interaction-first opt-in policy. The design emulated the native opt-in by presenting a browser-based consent screen that invited our users to subscribe to notifications from the website without the use of intrusive pop-up windows. This approach substantially increased our new user acquisition rates.

Our service portfolio is quite vast. So it was challenging for us to grasp the full capabilities of Insider's products. However, their support team was of great assistance. They are proactive and responsive, always delivering immediate solutions to even our smallest queries.

We were struggling to increase service discovery on our website and reached out to Insider for support. They were extremely helpful, and the results we achieved exceeded our expectations.

We love using Insider products, but we feel that KPIs pertaining to retail could be expanded. However, their existing analytics have helped us in making data-driven decisions.

Our mobile app store was nowhere close to being user-friendly. But that changed with Insider’s Mobile app. We were quickly able to revamp our app storefront, get more engagement, conversions, and delight customers like never before.

The simplicity and ease of using Insider tools is incredible. Industry wise customization would have been a plus though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't communicating clearly or effectively; Insider's personalized emails and WhatsApp message templates improved our communication and increased the number of leads we received. The team at Insiders recommended an omnichannel approach, and it was successful. We were able to generate more leads and improve client engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider platform is very easy to use - we can consolidate data and build segments easily and the product is easy to use to build campaigns without too much IT effort. We had problems with our previous email vendor since it didn't offer stability and too many automation options. We get that with Insider. We used web push for first time with Insider and are very impressed as we are able to target the right segments with personalized contents
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have app yet and website is the main communication with users along with email - the only problem is how to deliver message to them but not at high cost.
