What do you like best about the product?
Smart Recommenders and Architect are the best elements provided by the platform and webpush notifications

Sometimes the elements break when you copying a campaign and the fix takes to long for someting that already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently enjoying the smart recommender automations, hopefully theyll go live soonest.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we liked about working with Insider is that they spent substantial time understanding the core problems our business was facing and suggested solutions and implementations that truly did wonders to our business. Their solutions enabled us to create personalised website experiences, re-engage visitors, highlight top meals for specific occasions, and improve discount code redemption with side coupons at checkout. The advanced segmentation and reporting capabilities allowed us to conduct A/B tests for specific customer segments and monitor key metrics like AOV and conversion rate in real-time. The Web Push technology's exceptional performance led to a significant 25% increase in CVR. With the help desk technical team, we continuously analysed and optimised campaign settings to achieve our goals, such as increasing purchases and clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there’s nothing negative about the Insider platform. Pricing may seem higher, but honestly, investing in this tool is totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tortuga’s main purpose in engaging with Insider is to complement the gaps and missing features on the website of both brands. As it is currently, the set-up and coding of both websites are extensive and complicated, which in turn, results in a long turnaround time with limited resources on our internal Tech team. Due to the fast-paced nature of campaigns and being in the competitive Food & Beverages (F&B) industry, Insider has helped enhance and update our website features with a shorter turnaround time along with technical expertise. Insider has also helped the business stay ahead of the market by implementing features & important website communications quickly and efficiently to drive either brand awareness or sales-driven campaigns.

In addition to this, the enhanced Insider features allow us to also improve the User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) flow of our customers. Communication is more intuitive and user-friendly when the business is able to leverage useful Insider features such as the sidebar menu, pop-ups and engaging visuals that build up our branding while helping make our website look more appealing and instinctive.

Subsequent to all the features and technical expertise that we obtain from our partnership with Insider, it is also important that the business is able to conduct A/B tests and create customer segmentation to assess performance and obtain direct feedback on messaging effectiveness and appeal of creative designs. Utilising Insider’s dashboards help the business gain insights faster and in a high-level review format that is easy to understand and action on.

With regards to specific features that have been beneficial for the business lately, the sidebar menu and coupon have been useful to reduce new customer drop-off as well as highlight certain exclusive or top meals during special events. With easy configuration and set-up, both features have helped drive awareness and sales, which would have otherwise taken weeks to develop using our internal devs and tech team due to the manual configuration of our current websites. The support and help desk from Insider has also been very supportive and friendly towards any questions or assistance needed from our team.

What do you like best about the product?
- A/B Testing capabilities are extremely impressive - Easy to setup and launch quickly, even faster than the development from the development team.

- We receive great support from the local Customer Success team -- They are extremely helpful in both - campaign suggestions and reporting the campaign performance.
- We successfully A/B tested the text change of the CTA button to submit online consultation - it showed a 132.89% and 71% uplift for desktop and mobile online consultation submission respectively
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s platform has surprised us with how good it has been. We haven’t found anything to dislike about the platform and are pretty happy with the products and its services so far.

We managed to optimize the website experience with A/B Testing as Insider provided an easier A/B Testing Environment to personalize user experience

What do you like best about the product?
We used Insider’s mobile app tool to improve our customer retention rates. The tool works really fine, and its features are thoughtfully designed. But what impressed us most was the consistent support provided by their team. Whenever our employees encountered any challenges in comprehending the tool's deployment, the support team displayed patience and expertise in their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing to complain or dislike about the product, but we suggest that the gamified templates can be more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration with Insider improved our company's ROI to an impressive 180x. Revenue generation from push notification was also beyond expectations. We were facing considerable problems due to low app engagement. The personalized recommendation and usability features and customization of push layouts, these strategic categorization improved the user experience and our engagement rates.

4X Email Open Rates with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
As an online grocery and daily needs store we have a big product line-up. To manage the promotions well we have been using many tools from Insider like their journey orchestration tool – The Architect, Mobile App, and Email. Among all my favorites has been the Email tool. Earlier our email campaigns were not personalized and more in a mass mail format. Due to this the email open rates were poor and the entire email promotion exercise futile.
Insider’s deep segmentation and user behavior analysis capabilities coupled with their easy to use templates enabled us to launch personalized automated email campaigns that truly resonated with our audience and the templates helped us save a lot of time and effort. Our email open rates improved significantly and so did our sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, tracking the conversion rates and understanding the workflow automation of Insider’s tools was a challenge. However, the team at Insider worked closely with us as one of our own to help us understand the tool inside-out and we were able to understand the workflows and track conversions pretty soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the fact we deal in groceries and daily needs items the product range we offer is not only diverse but it’s also huge. However, the overall engagement and conversion levels were not satisfactory. This is because product discovery from this huge product catalog was a challenge for most of our app users and website visitors. We were unable to segment our user base and send them email and notifications that would interest them.

In a nutshell, we were dealing with low engagement, low email open rates, a very high bounce rate on our website, and a high drop rate on our mobile app. Insider’s growth marketing team suggested we use Architect - their journey orchestration tool, Mobile App and Email with deep segmentation capabilities.

These 3 tools helped us segment our customers and run personalized campaigns with content they could resonate with. As a result our email open rates saw a 4x uplift, making product discovery easier. Using Architect we could send out the right message at the right time across email, SMS, notifications and web push. All of this enabled us to get better conversion and more revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before launching any campaign the test link doesn't work 80% of the times.
There are some issues that require prompt resolutions however, we have to take follow ups multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently at exploring stage with Insider, so far we have been able to acheive better click rates, leading to better conversions with Insider. Plus we have been constantly improving our UI/ UX to drive a better customer experience while he is scrolling through our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s ready to use templates worked really well for us for improving the UX and enhancing interactions on the website. We were also able to easily track the performance of our website in real-time. They have the best customer success team that’s always ready to give their partners the best support, solutions, and experience. We have only used their Web Suite so far to improve onsite experiences for website visitors but would surely love to try out their other products in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no dislikes. Love using Insider for personalizing experiences for our customers and we're glad our customers appreciate too as we're seeing better engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Insider, we were able to proactively create scripts to guide and engage our potential customers better on our website and we could do that only because their digital team supported us at every step. The best part was that there was no help needed from the IT team. With the implementations and changes that we made on our website considering their growth team’s suggestions, our product page views for various categories went up from 66% to 700%.

Another amazing improvement that happened after collaborating with Insider was 11.8% growth in CR. Despite we had traffic on our website, views on product pages were not so high but Insider’s digital team added a few top search keywords in the script to direct visitors to our product pages, resulting in 195% increase in page views.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has one of the most technically advanced marketing product suites that not only delivers results, it delivers them fast. This agility can be attributed to their team's integration and new client onboarding capabilities and that’s what truly impressed us. We were making good sales but the average cart value was small.

he growth management team at Insider advised us to use ‘Smart Recommender’ and ‘InStory’, we sure did and saw a 25% lift in AOV. But what amazed us the most was the seamless integration of the tools on our website and app. The team was super quick in doing the integration and migrating all the historical data as well. We didn’t lose track of customer history, as a result we were able to not only retain old customers but attract many new customers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ‘Smart Recommender’ and ‘InStory’ have made product discovery very easy for our customers which resulted in higher cart values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting good sales but the average cart value was small, this was because customers could not easily discover related products or too many options for a particular product type. In short, product discovery was a problem which had a direct impact on individual cart value. However, by integrating Insider’s ‘Smart Recommender’ and ‘InStory’ we could showcase products based on customer browsing and past buying behavior.

The integration and onboarding were quick and seamless and the results impressive. Not only did we see an uplift in sales, the average cart value was higher than before.

Insider - Ideal GMP that improved lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
Collecting users data and segmenting customers based on their details seemed to be a challenge. But after leveraging Insider’s CDP, we’ve been able to not just generate leads, but also collect relevant customer information from various sources including both online as well as offline.

Earlier, we could only reach out to a limited number of customers on a single platform, but after using Insider, we were able to not just collect data but with their Architect tool, we were able to seamlessly map our engagement strategy for different customer touchpoints and reach out to them with the right message at the right time on their most preferred communication channel.

We found Insider to be an amazing platform especially for businesses that are ready to invest in marketing but have no clear plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re highly impressed with the capabilities of Insider’s products. There’s absolutely nothing that we dislike about the platform. Truly an excellent platform!
