Insider changed the game with its gamified app templates

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Insider's various gamification templates in app, we have been providing a seamless engagement to users.
As a result, not only our daily active users increased - but also our revenue increased significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot wait for new templates in order to boost our app performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our in app revenue & daliy active users increased thanks to Insider. With correct strategy user engagement increased beyond our dream.

What do you like best about the product?
With "Smart Recommender," we could identify and offer individualized, pertinent recommendations to customers searching for excellent deals.
We were able to successfully cross-sell and upsell with the aid of Web suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though using the Web Suite was difficult at first, Insider's support team made it a smooth ride.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Insider, we could introduce highly customized campaigns on the relevant channels. Due to incorrect advice, our AOV was previously rather low, but that is no longer the case. With Insider, we have been able to successfully engage and convert customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The InStory was the showstopper and helped us engage with customer’s by showing them product recommendations and offers like stories on Instagram.
We were able to alter the look and feel of our online store with the help of Web Suite. Product discovery got much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We highly recommend Insider. The only downside is the onboarding timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider’s InStory we were able to test various iterations of pop-ups and identify what helped get higher customer engagement and conversion rates.
Insider's customized promotional messaging and automated programs raised our CTRs.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like Insider’s WhatsApp solutions. It helped us effectively create a two-way communication model with Insider’s WhatsApp chatbots and WhatsApp Commerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we’re using WhatsApp of Insider. I think we’ll want to start using their other products more soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WhatsApp Commerce helped brands complete a complete end-to-end buying experience on the most interactive channel, WhatsApp. And with the chatbots we tackled our support use cases by helping customers address their challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the Personalization suite of product - Web Suite, Web Push, Mobile App, and Predictive audiences. We’ve really managed to improve our website and app browsing experiences by creating relevant and customized campaigns for users. We’ve also used their email products and our delivery, open rates have improved quite significantly. The products are really easy to use and we’ve managed to create campaigns quite effectively since.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve generally had a solid experience so far - both with the product and the support provided by the team. So no major frustrations encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More accurate user segmentation
Better website and app experience

What do you like best about the product?
We've used the AI capabilities and they've worked great to improve our productivity and efficiency. Content Generation, Send Time Optimization, and Predictive Segments - all of them were successful in different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be more supportive and helpful - and that might bring higher ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use cases solved: Increasing leads with gamified spin the wheel to provide coupons, brought in more SMS subscribers.
Increase in email open rate with personalized content for right user segments.

What do you like best about the product?
emailers, webpush, and smart recommendations are the features I have been using since some time, the capabilities and segments that can be created for better targeting of our customers helps in achieving better conversion rate and engagement.

The personalisation features where different website inventories can be shown for different customers is really interesting and helps in increasing engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
implementation time in case of customised requirement is a little high as it needs their tech team involvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Onsite personalisation features helped to streamline our website visitors' navigation and product discovery. And we were particularly delighted with the way these worked in perfect harmony to create powerful, personalised customer experiences at scale.

We did need some time to generate fresh scenario concepts before utilising Insider. But now, with Insider everything is so straightforward and effortless.
