Really happy with Insider’s in-built templates and their team’s exemplary support

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ready-to-use templates and there are so many for us to choose from in each product
2. Excellent support from Insider’s Customer Success and Account Management teams
3. Results of our marketing campaigns are easily trackable on Insider’s performance dashboards and are pretty detailed
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been a great experience working with Insider so far, and we haven’t found anything that we dislike so far. Hopefully, it remains the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously unable to create any personalized campaigns to enhance the user experience and get better interactions and engagement on the website. Our website has seen more traffic, lesser drop-offs, and higher conversions since we started using Insider’s Web Personalization.

We also wanted a local support team that could consult us on strategy, technology, and operational usage to improve the efficiency of our campaigns to generate better results.

- some lilmition on the on-app expriment speicaly for native apps.
- CSM team should inform the customer about what is new on the platform in monthly meetings, or weekly

some times we face some difficulty to implement new things in our website with our IT team but Insider helps us to do it with their platform. so we can use insider not only for CRM purposes but also for some CMS devolvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider gives us the power to accelerate changes on the site, and the freedom to experiment without reliance on our dev/IT teams. This saves us huge amounts of time, making our team more productive and giving us more scope to advance and evolve.

Insider’s cross-channel customer journey builder Architect allows us to have more touch points with our customers, providing more information, and more of what makes Picniq Picniq. We’re able to create closer connections and trigger more relevant, personalised interactions that are more meaningful, and less transactional.

Having face to face meetings with the customer success team has been so useful. The team is so helpful and dedicating to ensuring that we get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting our head around what is possible and being fully educated on the platform took a while. We would have liked the onboarding process to be faster, starting with small bite size chunks. The support team are very responsive but often there’s quite a lot of back and forth to find the right solution.

When taking on a product like Insider, I would definitely recommend doing your research beforehand to really understand what it is you’re trying to achieve. Some of the concepts can be tricky to grasp from day one and there are so many possibilities that it’s easy to get distracted. So make sure you have a firm grasp on your north star statements, drive towards those goals, and work with the Insider team to achieve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a platform to help us know and understand our customers better. The way the platform combines a CDP, aggregating our data, and an activation layer rich with personalisation was really attractive to us.

WhatsApp has been a game changer for us. Our customers are busy families and this 1:1 channel allows us to build a close consultative relationship with our customer base. In just six months we now conduct 80% of our customer service correspondence via WhatsApp and we’re really excited to be launching more and more marketing messages via this channel to drive further conversions and revenue

Speedy results like a Formula1 achieved race with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
Surprised at the review title, try Insider to experience it yourself. We have worked with a few other vendors before we finally partnered with Insider for marketing and promotions. The past experiences were quite a nightmare, but with Insider we were blown away by the results we achieved in such a short span of time.

Let me give some context, we were having very lean sales, high cart abandonment, and mobile app dropout rates. Our earlier vendor made big promises but was unable to deliver much. We onboarded Insider and started with many tools at one go – Architect, Web Push, Mobile App, InStory, and Smart Recommender. The Insider team integrated and set-up the entire campaign in one week and within 15 days of setting up the campaign we could see positive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about a team with star -power like a Formula1 race team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were disappointed with the services provided by our old vendors, sales were at an all-time low, customer engagement rates were poor, and we hardly saw any conversions. Insider’s suite of products Architect, Web Push, Mobile App, InStory, and Smart Recommender along with a super-fast integration and campaign set up by their team turned things around in a matter of a few days. Our customer engagement is at an all-time high in the last one year, sales are good, our business is flourishing.

Amazing Growth Management Platform to Boost ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers features that have helped our business grow tremendously. Their suite of products such as Architect, Web Personalization, etc. has also been extremely beneficial in helping us elevate the web and app experience and improve the bottom line of our business.

Our customer retention and conversion rates increased. Over a period of time, we saw a 5.3X ROI in no time, which was a huge success for us.

To sum up, we’re delighted with the level of support and the results we have achieved using Insider’s platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are quite satisfied with the platform’s features and capabilities, there have been instances where resolving minor issues took longer than expected. But eventually, the team made considerable progress in reducing this delay and became more prompt and efficient in providing solutions. We at Mihyar, are overall satisfied with the platform’s performance and the support offered by Insider’s team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Insider, we had a major issue: we couldn’t create personalized experiences for our website visitors and mobile app users. It was frustrating, to say the least. But thanks to Insider’s tools like web personalization, Web Push, and AI-backed customer journey builder (Architect). Leveraging these tools, we were able to trigger user journeys based on unique user behavior on our website as well as app, and target customers with relevant messages across different communication channels.

The result: We were able to deliver seamless and individualized experiences to our web visitors and app users, and the engagement rates on our website and mobile app grew exponentially.

Another issue, we noticed that the number of app users was dropping significantly, which was a matter of concern for us. But thankfully, Insider's Growth Consultants suggested using their Mobile App channel, which offers features such as push notifications, in-app messages, and personalized product recommendations.

Fantastic platform to improve UX across Website and Mobile App

What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of support that the Insider team gives to its partners. The team walks you throughout the process, from ideation to integration to implementation of tools. Before we started working with Insider, we were not able to deliver great UX to our web and app users.

With the Insider team’s suggestion, we decided to revamp our website and add certain solutions like countdown timer, coupons etc. As we run numerous special discount and limited time offers like ‘bulk buy’ and ‘frequently bought together products’ on a regular basis, we implemented a countdown timer on our website which helped us create FOMO amongst our customers and nudged them to purchase our products before the offer ends.

Also, we wanted to optimize category navigation on the homepage. Their growth consultants recommended the use of Hamburger Menu - it’s a kind of secondary menu overlay which helped us grab the attention of our users and made it easy for them to redirect to relevant pages. Within the first month, we saw that our conversion rate on the website increased by 2.5% and on the app, it grew by 3.2%.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is somewhat higher though after seeing the results, I can definitely say that it’s worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since there are a number of products listed on our website and app, Insider has helped me place products under relevant categories. By implementing Insider’s tool, I have seen significant growth in conversion rates and above all, my customers are finding it quite easy to find the products that they are actually looking for. All the implementations made user experience smooth and seamless on websites as well as the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently signed up Insider and have been using many of their tools for improving our outreach, customer engagement and conversions. The tools that we have utilized include Architect, InStory, Web Push, MobileApp, and Recommender. Designing brilliant cutting edge tools is one thing, but what truly makes the difference between a good and an excellent service provider is the team's implementation and support capabilities.

We were amazed with how the entire integration of tools and onboarding of our team was carried out by the Insider team. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better product and growth partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there were so many tools we were kind of confused with the functionality and benefits each tool brings to the table. However, thanks to the Insider team who made integration and understanding of the products so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult for our web and mobile app visitors to easily discover the products they had been looking for as we have a wide assortment of products. But the way Insider understood our pain points and integrated the tools, it all became easy. Insider’s deep segmentation capabilities helped us segment our customers and identify what offers or deals excited them, products they liked, and the price point they preferred.

Using the recommender and InStory we were able to customize what appeared on their screen when they logged into the app or our web store. Product discovery became easy for them and we ofcourse saw a significant increase in our conversions and subsequent sales.

Insider: Seasoned ‘Growth Management’ Product and Support team

What do you like best about the product?
A good product or service is of no use if one can’t utilize it in the best way possible. That’s where the Insider team made the difference. Not only do they have the most advanced AI backed promotional tools, their growth consultants have the knowledge and acumen to suggest the right tools to address your pain points. For instance, we have a large customer base and not everybody has access to smartphones. Reaching out to those customers was a challenge.The growth consultants at Insider suggested using Architect – a journey orchestration tool which helps send triggers on all communication channels (Email, app, SMS, web push, notifications) across all touchpoints. This one product on top of the other tools that we were already using transformed the way we communicated with our huge customer base. That’s not all, the support team held us at every juncture we kind of felt stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider tools have a certain level of complexity, they are easy to use but getting a grasp on them for a first-timer can be tricky. But the support team made sure that we got over these initial hiccups without any challenge. We were able to master using and understanding the tools in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have a way to communicate the same message across different channels, which meant reaching out to the customer where they were was a challenge. A person for instance may be active on the web or WhatsApp at one point in time but not on email or Mobile App. This meant they missed out that special discount email or notification for the items lying in their cart that we sent.Architect helped us adopt an omnichannel messaging approach and we can’t thank the Insider Growth Management team enough for recommending this tool to us. We would also like to give a special mention to the support team that helped us get a thorough understanding of each of the tools and how to utilize them to our advantage fully.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a wide range of products and categories, it wasn’t easy for us to introduce our customers to new products as most of them generally come with a particular product on their mind they want to buy. That’s when we came across Insider’s Social Proof feature which allowed them to view how many other customers have purchased the product they were looking to buy.
It also enabled them to see the number of people viewing the same product in real-time. Implementing this solution we were able to inculcate trust in our customers, which led to a massive hike in our revenue. Really impressed with the fact that the integration process was quite easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could’ve been better if the panel could offer localized language support. Other than that, we have found it to be very useful and rich in functionalities. Great team, amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re an ecom company and it’s because of Insider that we have achieved so much and that too in such a short span of time. We are able to not only meet the expectations of our customers but surpass them and it wouldn't have been possible without Insider.

Insider’s products uplifted our CR by 30%

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us track each visitor’s purchasing habits, interactions with the brand, and their likelihood to convert and use that information to create 1:1 experiences for each visitor. As we wanted to improve the experience for our app users as well, we used their ready-to-use in-app templates. These templates made our mobile application look more appealing to them and enabled us to personalize content and product recommendations based on specific needs and interests of each unique user. In a short span of time, we were able to boost our app retention rates and uplift conversions by 30%. As we had a large set of customer databases, we needed a solution that could enable us to send personalized emails to our inactive users and encourage them to visit our website and app. Glad that Insider’s email and SMS did a wonderful job and we were able to reach out to create different segments for existing, churned, and potential customers in no time using AI and reach out to them with appropriate messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. The platform really surpassed our expectations and helped us achieve more than we anticipated. We’re really impressed with the Insider products as well as their support team and we’d love to continue this partnership in the future.

Earlier, we were struggling to gain understanding of each website and app user and because of this it was a challenge for us to create personalized experiences. When Insider came into the picture, everything seemed so easy. Leveraging their products and expertise of their team, we were able to create individualized experiences, widen our audience reach, bring back churned users, and delight our existing customers. Overall, the results have been amazing. High CR, high engagement, high retention, and app/web personalization are some of the achievements we’ve been able to make after parting with Insider. Would love to use their other products and recommend this platform to others as well.
