Activated omnichannel customer journeys across customer lifecycle and it has been easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We really like all the products - Architect, App, Email, SMS, WhatsApp
Architect along with the CDP helps us consolidate user data from all our data sources and create great experiences across the different channels. With lots of advanced segmentation options, we’re able to target the right users with the right messages on the right channel.
We also love the Call an API channel on Architect that allows us to extend our messaging to other non-native channels like Line and VIber - allowing us to create true omnichannel CX.
We also love the Insider team throughout - and they’re always super supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
We love both Insider’s products, team, and services. So not much to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Insider, we had to use different vendors for each of the different channels and due to this we were not able to create synchronized experiences across the customer lifecycle. Now that is achieved with the CDP+Architect. This ensured that we organized all our data and communication channels into one single platform with the actionable CDP.

We couldn't unify communications with the client across all our sales channels and platforms. With Insider, this was solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the products we’re using - Web Personalization, Smart Recommender, Web Push
Customer success team is extremely supportive with lots of ideations and quick response turn around time.
Web push: Automations and lots of bulk campaigns for all the customers
Recommendations: Able to decrease drop off from out of stock products by recommending alternatives.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since our product catalog is quite vast, some of the implementations took long as everything needed to be integrated smoothly. Additionaly the learning curve to learn the platorm is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to create a lot of customizations on the web. We deliver very clean designs that look native to the website by using Insider’s web templates that blend perfectly with the website.
We’ve seen a 12% increase in the number of subscribers across all the different markets. Our traffic quality has improved and able to deliver A/B tests effectively.

A platform that's worth a TEST!
What do you like best about the product?
Insider has become a cornerstone of our optimization strategy. Its built-in A/B testing tools allow us to easily experiment with different website and app elements, ensuring we deliver the best possible customer experience. The platform's streamlined workflow makes creating and managing tests a breeze, and the data visualization tools provide clear insights into what's working. Overall, Insider's A/B testing capabilities empower us to data-driven decisions and continuously improve conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Insider is a powerful testing tool, it is not without its imperfections. I feel the reporting section could do with some improvements, particularly for more advanced metrics.

Insider streamlines CRO efforts by centralizing A/B testing and customer journey optimization under one roof. Its user-friendly interface allows for swift creation and management of complex website and app tests. Analytics provide insights into user behavior and the statistical significance of changes. This empowers our business to make data-driven decisions that optimize website elements and user journeys, ultimately driving higher conversion rates.

Insider's one very reliable partner that gets us to revenue fast and easy. Brilliantly uses AI to uncover inside market knowledge from multiple channels, insight that helps us understand, predict, target and captivate better than ever. Insiders always know best, a cinch for roi.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs one to be constantly in touch with its rapid updates and changes. But that's a good negative because ultimately it's for the better good of business and customer engagement.

Insider uncovers market, target data and insights from various channels. Inside knowledge that ultimately help us understand clients and prospects better, help us delver personalized experiences that deliver satisfaction and drive growth.

Insider customer support team is knowledgeable and have recommended us the perfect tools to help achieve our business goals. Re-engagement has been successful using Web Push and the Web Suite.

The analytics dashboard can be simplified more.

We have been able to sell more and engage customers thanks to the all new website look and feel. The Smart Recommender with its personalization suggestions ensures negligible cart abondonment issues. Our ROI has increased by 11% ever since we onbaorded Insider.

Once in a blue moon we face technical issues while accessing the tools. Overall, our experience is great.

-Insider’s personalisation capabilities are outstanding. Personalised communication has never been easier for us to motivate our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Although we haven't been able to utilize the entire feature-set of Architect effectively yet, we are happy with the results we have been able to achieve using it. The Mobile App and Email are user-friendly and come with a plethora of features. Architect combines our mobile app and email campaigns together nicely!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an Insider issue, but our inability to utilize Architect’s capabilities to the brink.

App Push was difficult to implement and use at first, but Insider’s support team helped us out and made things simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email open and click-through rates were really poor. Insider’s Email helped turn it around thanks to its ready-to-use and attractive templates. We saw a 7% uplift in our email open and click-through rates.
