What do you like best about the product?
We didn’t have a dependable WhatsApp solution and Insider helped us solve our messaging channels issues. We are also created automated flows using Mindbehind. We are making our app more conversational and this is bringing us more revenue.
Easy to use platform providing us good delivery rate.

Also, great support from the team with any issue faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re having occasional trouble with halting already running WhatsApp campaigns. And we also need to start creating more conversational flows through Mindbehind.

Reporting is not ideal yet, we can work on creating better ways to track the performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better delivery rate led to higher open rate and therefore an upleft in conversation rate.
Campaign creation has become faster with the easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create original journeys from scratch and save templates for subsequent use.
Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered predictive intelligence helped to contextually engage people at the right moments to influence their purchase decisions.
The auto-optimized technique reduced the amount of manual labor needed to manage recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it can be intimidating to learn how to utilize every tool, the Insider support team makes it simple.

Insider focused on E-Commerce. Our mobile application is different a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped Elo7 reach non-logged-in users through push notifications, addressing a significant pain point in our marketplace. This allowed us to increase our impact on Android, with a 680% rise in impacted users. Additionally, our Android share increased from 13% to 63%, and our Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) saw an increase of 625% in a month.

Furthermore, we experienced an 83% increase in conversion during A/B testing by sending push notifications earlier. This success was due to the timely signals from journeys like browsing abandonment and cart abandonment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we operate different platforms running our CRM, one challenge we've encountered is the inability to export impacted customers in near real-time. This makes it difficult to exclude impacted customers from journeys using our internal tools. However, it’s possible that we haven’t utilized the tool to its full potential. We hope to see improvements in this area to enhance integration and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is addressing several key challenges for us at Elo7, primarily in reaching and engaging with non-logged-in users through push notifications. This was a significant pain point in our marketplace, and with Insider's help, we achieved a 680% increase in impacted users on Android. What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration of customer data by CDP enables targeted and customized marketing strategies. Run a connected and cohesive cross-channel campaign using Insider’s Architect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process took longer than expected. Getting hands-on with the platform took some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architect helped us get a 360 degree view of the customer journey and execute a cohesive cross-channel campaign. Customer engagement through SMS, Whatsapp, and Email is now easy with Insider. Our conversion rates and Email delivery rates have improved significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is great, helping to build personalized strategies according to brand positioning. Easy usability and easy-to-read dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool only in English for now. Authentication at the beginning is a bit bad.

We launch a new product range every week and running promotional campaigns before every new launch was quite a challenge. With Insider, it's all under control now.
Architect provided support in resolving the distributed campaign issue. WhatsApp, SMS, and Email solve the problem of general communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Every time we add a new item to our menu, Eureka makes sure that our clients can see it.
With ""Smart Recommender,"" we could now finally recognize and provide clients looking for great discounts with personalized, relevant recommendations.
With the help of Web suite, we could successfully implement cross-selling and upselling strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although utilizing the Web Suite was challenging at first, we were able to use the technology with ease thanks to Insider's support staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could launch hyper-personalized campaigns on the appropriate channels with Insider. Our AOV was previously quite low because of improper suggestions, but that is no longer the case. We were able to successfully engage and convert clients with Insider's package.
