What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be mindful and balanced in our use of Insider's platform. We were expecting instant results which we weren't able to see. The more we engage with it, the higher the ROI we receive, which implies that our team needs to dedicate more time for Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our low email open rates were a roadblock in enhancing customer engagement rates, and for sure, it was driving low traffic to our websites. The Email tool from Insider was the perfect remedy for this problem. This tool could swiftly turn a plain email into a conversion powerhouse by embedding interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements. We love that we can drag and drop interactive elements like real-time timers, coupons, and recommendations. It's fun and productive at the same time.

Another issue was when our users filled out leads, the information we received was inaccurate, making it harder for us to prepare scripts for genuine customer interactions. Insider’s technology combats this by tracking and evaluating whether the users are potential leads or not. When customers left inaccurate information, the Architect tool automatically directed them to request verification. This saved a lot of our sales team resources.

Now we are enjoying the increased success rate of lead information with every coming year. It started in 2021 at 60%, and right now, at the end of 2023, it’s 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about them is their failure-ready plan. While working with them, there were times when something or other wasn’t working as expected. But we were surprised that the Insider's team was always ready with the failure plan. They mainly improved our business operational strategies using Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, Email, and Architect. Man, these tools are so user-centric! Our product catalog was huge, and properly merchandising it was important.

For this, Web Push + Smart Recommender were the best duos. We improved the visibility of individual SKUs by employing AI to power the recommendation engine across different pages. And it just becomes better. We could customize user navigation and uplift the entire mobile user experience. We also saw a noticeable boost in lead collection volume for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience has been exceptional, one area could be improved - the pricing in relation to traffic overage. At times, a surge in traffic doesn't necessarily mean an increase in revenue, so it would be beneficial if this aspect was balanced out in their pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked the knowledge to promote our loyalties channels extensively. It's really hard to manage every facet of marketing strategies properly. That’s why Insider was born! Their A/B tested Smart Recommender together was a powerful personalization engine that delivered the right content to the right people at the right time. You should believe this. It resulted in a 47% increase in CR and an impressive 11% increase in AOV. The icing on the cake was the enhanced customer loyalty due to such meaningful interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s web suite helped jazz up our website and add smart banners tailored according to the users past browsing history and buying behavior. Since what they saw was of interest to them they ended up spending more time on the website. The recommendation feature by Insider displayed related and alternate budget friendly product options . This ensured that a majority of visitors converted to actual buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all we are very happy with Insider’s Web suite and Recommender. Infact, we are planning to tinker with some more of their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many people visiting our website and app but very few actually converted. This is when we realized that something was amiss, probably lack of personalization and difficulty in finding products from our humongous catalog. Insider’s web suite and recommender helped overcome both these challenges and we witnessed a significant boost in conversions within two weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite comes with a powerful toolkit PIY – Personalize it Yourself which is by far the best feature I like. PIY helps my marketing team to personalize the web experience tailor-made to resonate with the visitors interest without any IT support. The smart recommender suggests related and complementary products enticing the visitors to discover and explore more eventually leading to high value carts.
Insider’s Web Suite and Architect keep the user hooked and engaged even when they are off site via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience so far has rather been pleasant, no issues. The support team at Insider is one of the best in the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the wide array of products we offer, discovering the right products was often a challenge for our customers. The Smart Recommender by Insider displayed similar products the prospective customer had been searching for which made it easy for our customers to discover the wide product range.
Web Suite on the other hand enabled our marketing teams to create personalized and catchy web browsing experience for the website visitors which ensured they spend more time browsing our website which meant adding more products to their shopping carts and more sales. The Architect with notifications via Email, SMS, Facebook Ads, and WhatsApp ensured customers came back for more.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Growth Management Platform has genuinely revolutionized our campaign management. The pre-built templates enabled us to run campaigns seamlessly without extensive technical support. Their dedicated team of Customer Service Managers provided us with swift assistance to create customized campaigns as per the needs of an e-commerce platform.

We are particularly impressed with Insider’s multilingual and personalized marketing capabilities that helped us run campaigns across 7 countries in 6 different languages.

Moreover, the Growth Management Platform provided valuable insights into our target users' past activity. This allowed us to optimize our website's landing page banners, displaying personalized promotional offers from the brands our users had visited. This implementation increased our engagement rates significantly.

Overall, Insider's platform has been a game changer for us. We highly recommend Insider to businesses looking to enhance their campaign management and achieve remarkable engagement and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there’s nothing major that we dislike about the platform, there’s one drawback: the absence of a Korean panel. Beyond that, we don’t have many reasons to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By leveraging data-driven insights, Insider has provided us with a deeper understanding of the preferences and behaviors of our website as well as mobile app users, allowing us to curate genuinely personalized experiences. An example of this is when a visitor navigates away from our website or mobile app before completing their booking and later returns, a popup is triggered on the home page displaying their custom booking details. Once they click on the popup, they are redirected to the booking page, seamlessly continuing their booking process from where they left off.

When visitors land on our website or open our app, they are greeted with interactive elements and captivating content, such as promotions with countdown bars, creating a sense of urgency. Leveraging Insider's AI-backed Smart Recommendation engine and advanced customization capabilities, we have been able to deliver personalized experiences that cater to the unique interests and preferences of each user.

The platform's intelligent targeting and personalized messaging capabilities have also helped us run personalized web and app push notification campaigns that captivate the attention of our target customers. With this implementation, we can create unique experiences, resulting in improved engagement rates and a remarkable 20% increase in conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s AI-based tool Architect’s prowess in designing individualized and focused journeys across channels for our consumers based on their particular interests, preferences, and behavior was one of the features that we appreciate the most as it helped boost customer engagement, loyalty and led to 20x conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
The Web Suite from Insider is a complete package offering a plethora of features to entice customers at every stage of their journey with a brand. It has been thoughtfully designed to interact with customers at every touchpoint.

Lead collection helps create a registered user database, Onsite engagement armed with tools like coupon codes, gamified experiences and more keeps visitors hooked to the website, InStory mimics social media stories to keep customers informed about latest product launch, promotions, and offers.

Social proof and Conversion triggers ensure people visiting the site complete their purchase and the suite also sends an alert to users browsing the website on mobile to download the app for better user experience. All-in-all the Web Suite has helped us keep our customers engaged at every stage of their journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite offers so many features that getting a hang of every feature to fully-utilize it from the day go was a challenge. However, the support team at Insider ensured we get a grip over all the features to make the most of it, so nothing to dislike as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen the highest number of our app downloads in the last few weeks. Customer engagement has exceeded our expectations and we are experiencing sales growth like never before. All the red flags like high bounce rates, low sales, negligible conversions have magically disappeared.

What do you like best about the product?
The ready-to-use “web templates” and “app templates” have truly been a game-changer. Not only have they helped us save hours we would have otherwise spent designing notifications and teasers for our various campaigns, it has also enabled us to launch campaigns in a jiffy with zero coding. Can you beat that! And, that’s not all you can also segment your customers and run personalized campaigns both on the web and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are glad to have found Insider, earlier running campaigns parallelly on desktop and mobile app was a challenge. It would be nice to have fresh templates introduced frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our users a consistent experience on both mobile and web was a major challenge. However, with Insider’s ready-to -use templates for both web and mobile with advanced capabilities like customer segmentation sending the same notifications and triggers on both web and mobile app has been a cakewalk. This strategy has worked wonderfully in significantly reducing our cart abandonment rates.
