What do you like best about the product?
Text messaging and pop up's was the easiest way to stay in touch with customers. Using Insider's pop up tools, this goal was quite easy to accomplish. Easy integration of our other systems with the Insider tools. The Mobile App's simple navigation and interactive features.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Insider's tools and the best team in the industry, we have been able to establish a distinctive and powerful brand identity in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI-powered dynamic segmentation of Insider's Mobile App solutions has enabled us to send elevant messages and personalize our campaigns.
The best product for anyone in the e-commerce / digital commerce space.
What do you like best about the product?
Insider takes a huge load off of developers' shoulders and enables marketing teams to work faster, more agile and efficient. With Insider the development team can focus on the product and marketing team can focus on marketing with ease, with the Insider dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are a small team focused on technology we don't have any dislikes however, I can see that the dashboard may be a bit complex for beginners. However, I think the adaptation process is not long as everyone in our team is able to use Insider on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a social commerce platform focusing in sports and we use Insider in personalization of our users' shopping experience. More than that, we have a unique use case of Insider, as we have built our whole loyalty system on Insider's Architect feature (user journeys). This allows us to keep our loyatlty (points) system dynamic and with less in-house development effort.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a true Insider. Built with an AI-intent engine that's got marketing higher learning. An engine that let's one leverage on prospects and customers predictable behaviour, preferences, needs and wants to deliver personalized experiences like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me its a present-day platform that am yet to dislike. Excellent at inside target market knowledge, outstanding at personalized engagement. So far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this AI-driven, generative knowledge base to gain market insights that inform customer journeys and engagement. Quite critical in our marketing approaches and campaigns with tangible roi.

Insider's Web Push allows us to actively communicate with our users. Strategic and focused messaging improves user communication on WhatsApp and SMS. Ready-to-use email library templates help launch campaigns quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider played an instrumental role in streamlining various marketing campaigns. But a more industry-wise customized template library for all channels would be good to have.

With thoughtful push alerts and an enhanced web presence, Insider assisted us in raising brand awareness.

Insider's Product Demo Hub is an excellent resource for learning, onboarding, and brainstorming campaign ideas. We would like to see additional scenarios created by the team for the goods we use.

What do you like best about the product?
The recommendation engine helped us successfully execute our cross-selling and upselling strategy. Insider contributed to making each customer's experience more unique. By utilizing the "Smart Recommender," we were able to establish a connection with clients who were particularly looking for deals.

The Insider support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, with a wealth of knowledge.

Significant improvement in conversion rates from using all of Insider’s products
What do you like best about the product?
We succeeded in converting new clients and achieving omni-channel engagement with our current clientele. Our engagement rate rose as a result of Web Suite's highly engaging pop-up advertisements. Using Architect's customer segmentation, we were able to target particular consumers at every stage of the purchasing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had low engagement with our existing customers as we were not using omni-channel engagement in the beginning. Now with Insider all the issues are resolved.

Targeting new clients through lead generation and email marketing to persuade them to use a promo code—which has a 2.6% conversion rate—to make their first purchase.This has boosted our overall conversions.
Extremaly quick and easy onboarding with Insider’s integrations modules
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There was some data missing from the transactional email dashboard that we wanted to analyze. We were unable to verify the user's level in order to send transactional information straight from the panel. However, we resolved it using Webhook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, sometimes our consumers occasionally were not receiving transactional SMS, which Insider helped us fix. Simple and secure methods of sending transactional messages such as email and SMS drastically improved our deliveries. We are really glad that Insider introduced the Transactional SMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Insiders' ready to use WhatsApp templates made it easier for users to communicate quickly and efficiently. User engagement rose and bounce rates were considerably reduced with the usage of tailored and pertinent messaging. We are able to provide highly personalized experiences and run omnichannel marketing using Architect.

Introducing newer templates on a more frequent basis will help us build more exciting and fresh campaigns.

The contractual form of the platform binds us to features that are not always properly used, and then the process becomes bureaucratic to resolve.

There is nothing I can remember at the moment that is being resolved that will benefit the use.
