One of the best tools to boost Conversion Rates

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been working with Insider for almost a year now and found it to be truly amazing as it has helped me accelerate my marketing efforts and drive exceptional results. Before using its tools, I was struggling to boost conversion rates on the website and mobile application. I observed that people were visiting our website and app but churning without making any purchase.
After understanding this challenge, the account managers at Insider proposed running Social Proof campaigns. It’s their conversion tool that taps into the psychology of the customer, analyzes their behavior, and then displays relevant products which other customers have viewed, bought, and reviewed.
Another change that Insider suggested to me was changing the color of the ‘Add to Cart’ button from red to green as it makes the CTA stand out. This minor color change improved the CTR on site and app by 3%. By running Social Proof campaigns on my website and app’s product pages, I was surprised to see the results.
The conversion rates went up by 10% and that too in just a month. Indeed, this platform has done wonders for my business and I’d love to use its other tools in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration definitely took a while as it was a bit difficult to understand the tools. But with Insider’s support, it seemed to be a cakewalk. Indeed, Insider has great solutions and a wonderful support team. Would definitely recommend this to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider, I got a better understanding of the fact that even a small change can make a big difference. Simply a color change in add-to-card from red to green improved my CTR. Other than Social Proof, I also used Insider’s web and mobile push functionality to send out notifications like discount offers, alerts about pending cart items, and back in stock items to my customers even when they’re not browsing through the website or using the app. With push messaging functionality, I was able to nudge them to make a purchase and bring them back on the site or app. This reduced the customer churn rate and boosted engagement as well as conversion rates. Very helpful tool must say!

What do you like best about the product?
What impressed us most is the capabilities of Insider’s Architect tool, AI-powered customer customer journey builder. The tool enabled us to reach out to a wide set of customers across different channels. Also with this tool we were able to optimize our strategy and intelligently send out the most appropriate messaging at the right time which helped us maximize our engagement ratio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are no significant concerns, for beginners like us the integration part was a little difficult initially. But the team at Insider was proactive in supporting us and overcame all issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us build customer journeys by tracking their unique behavior, interests, browsing history, and preferences. With the platform’s features, it became quite easy for us to craft personalized journeys for our prospects and turn them into paying customers.
Another implementation that worked best for us was the AI-led recommendation engine on our mobile app that used algorithms to analyze the user behavior and helped us to grab their attention by recommending the most relevant content to them.
As a brand we run a number of promo offers on a regular basis and Insider helped us make it even better through strategic placement of coupons on the website. By following these strategies and implementing these solutions, our sales were boosted and substantially leveled up our ROI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it’s a fantastic platform that helps with great product roadmapping, offers local support, and deep segmentation capabilities. For marketers, it’s surely an all-in-platform to drive business growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite being the largest jewelry brand in South America, we struggled to create personalized web experiences for our customers and influence their decision to purchase our products. But when Insider arrived on the scene, it embellished our site with some precious additions.

One of the biggest problems Insider helped us solve was improving our website’s user experience and maximizing conversion rate. With the platform’s ‘floating cart’ suggestion, we drove incremental revenue of 4.6 million.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's marketing suite consisting of Web Suite, Web Push, Email, and Mobile App worked like magic. The star was the advanced predictive analytics and segmentation capabilities of Web Suite's which helped us deliver hyper-personalized campaigns to customers resulting in customer delight experiences like never before.
The second favorite had to be the Email module which helped us create visually stunning and engaging emails within minutes and queue them to be triggered just in time to a customer’s action.
Coupled with app and web notifications containing one click URLs ensured high conversion and a whopping 90% of the abandoned carts led to complete purchase. The Insider marketing suite was a total value for money package that helped us create customer experiences and get conversions like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although our experience with Insider’s marketing suite has been predominantly positive, we have faced intermittent issues with the Mobile App’s performance on specific devices. Nonetheless, we appreciate the Insider team’s proactive approach in addressing these concerns and continuously working on enhancing the app’s compatibility and performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The earlier platform we used failed to give us a proper segmentation of our customer profile as a result of which designing personalized campaigns that resonated with our customers was becoming increasingly challenging. With Insider's Web Suite, we could solve this biggest problem which essentially forms the foundation of any successful marketing campaign.
Add to it, the capabilities of Web Push, Email, and Mobile App, we were able to design highly-personalized and relevant campaigns like never before. Re-engaging old customers, getting customers who had abandoned their carts to complete their purchase, and keeping in constant touch with customers through highly personalized and relevant through their automated emails has been a breeze.
These tools namely Web Suite, Web Push, Email, and Mobile App have collectively resulted in improved customer satisfaction, stellar customer experiences, increased conversion rates, and ultimately, business growth.

What do you like best about the product?
We like all the Insider tools we have been using, but CDP stands out for us. CDP helps us consolidate data stored across channels into a single unified source which makes customer segmentation easy. Architect and CDP together enable us in developing tailored automated marketing campaigns across different channels such as website, mobile app, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and online push across multiple devices.

Web suite has helped us create immersive, beautiful, and personalized experiences for our web customers. This has not only helped the user web and app experience, but also helped us generate more leads, increase customer engagement, and drive higher conversions.

Insider has one of the best when it comes to crafting personalized marketing strategies that really resonate with the audience and drive results.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a luxury brand, growing our user base and building customer loyalty were key goals that we had when we were looking for a personalization vendor. We were able to achieve just that with Insider’s suite of web products as it helped us generate incremental revenue.
We ended up using many of Insider’s products and features like recommendations, the hamburger menu and the countdown timer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of autonomy with respect to the platform has been a challenge that we didn’t expect as we were expecting the solution to be a self-use product. However, we’ve had to go through a long learning curve to get accustomed to all the products. This meant that we needed a lot of support from Insider’s team to resolve some of the queries we had and this resulted in us having to raise a lot of tickets to get them addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s products helped us create and grow our customers from website visitors to loyal customers thanks to their personalization capabilities. We activated countdown timers in many different campaigns to trigger a sense of purchase urgency amongst our users. We also successfully triggered exit intent pop-up messages to target users who exited our website without completing a purchase but after showing an interest in purchasing. This way we managed to immediately re-ignite the interest in our users’ minds.

The most notable advantage of Insider is its comprehensive range of feature-rich tools, which effectively streamline your marketing efforts. Regardless of the challenges you encounter in your marketing endeavors, the Growth Management Platform offers solutions for everything. Whether it’s optimizing email campaigns, personalizing customer journeys, implementing effective segmentation strategies, or tracking user behavior, you no longer need to seek partnerships with multiple vendors. You can instead leverage Insider’s extensive DIY toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a beginner, you may encounter a few minor challenges in terms of integration and configuration. However, with a highly proactive and supportive team at Insider these issues will be resolved in the blink of an eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to captivate our customers with exciting highlights and provide them with easier and quicker ways to discover new product launches without scrolling through the entire page. The Account Management Team at Insider recommended featuring our best-selling products and new launches on the homepage of our website, strategically incorporating redirection to product pages. This implementation resulted in a remarkable increase in average session duration on our website and a notable uplift in conversion rates. To expand our customer base and effectively communicate with potential customers across various channels, Insider proposed using their Web Push Notifications and Email tool. Within a few weeks of implementation, we experienced a substantial surge in web push and email subscribers.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Architect is one of the best tools. It helped us extend our web push notifications campaigns to many other channels such as Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. It truly helped us reach out to our customers where they are.

The best part, the frequency at which these notifications were sent were not intimidating. In fact, they were timed so perfectly that it nudged the customers to keep thinking about our products even when they were not actually browsing our web or mobile app. The well-timed and highly relevant notifications ensured they came back and completed their purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not sure about the frequency at which we should be sending out notifications, by over sending we would be at the risk of losing out our valuable customers. The Growth manager from Insider gave the much needed guidance and ensured we timed our notifications well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were dealing with a typically out of sight out of mind scenario with our customers. The customers did come on our website or mobile app, browsed, in a few cases added the product to cart and left it that. Besides, we were unable to send them triggers across communication channels at the same time.

Now, it so happened that they ended up getting a notification either on email but not message and hence we missed getting their attention at the very moment we should have. With Architect from Insider, automated triggers were sent on all communication channels ensuring we hit the soft spot at the right time. In our mind we were reaching out through all possible communication channels and that did work wonderfully for us.
