What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to the extensive feature set takes some time. But the support staff holds your hand and ensures a seamless onboarding.

Some difficult integrations with non-standard configurations/platforms

Rapid A/B testing, allowing us to test UX and new features prior to development. This allows us to work more efficiently, and personalise experiences for our users based on real data. Easy to build email and sms marketing. Easy to segment users and groups

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to deliver personalized automated engagement through App, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp with Insider. Insider contributed in making each customer's experience more unique with our ability to create different omnichannel journeys based on our different business use cases. (e.g., through Insider's Architect, we were able to automate campaigns across different channels based on vendors' preference - therefore, driving more engagement and quantitative results like revenue/lead generation
What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to Insider, we had to use separate vendors for each channel. Now, this has been resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have now switched to omnichannel engagement and single vendor for all communications. There is an actionable CDP. We have organized all communication channels and data in 1 single platform and creating personalized experiences across multiple channels with CDP+Architect.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in awe of their platform, it makes our work a lot easier. We are now able to access data of individual customers on their unified platform and automate communication for every customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find difficulties accessing the database but their team is proactive in resolving the issues.

-Addressing problems at every customer touch point has become easy with the Architect.
-With just a few clicks, we are automating our communication for customers using different channels.

The template collection is great but does not offer industry-specific customization.

Insider's Web Suite simplified the web development and helped us create a very good looking and highly engaging web store front. Our mobile store front finally got an easy to use, user-friendly interface making product discovery a breeze for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Architect enabled us to run a cohesive campaign across channels.
The WhatsApp tool's more than fifty templates made it simple to launch new campaigns every week.
We were able to promote cross-channel communication thanks to the SMS event data function.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could make their dashboard easier to use. However, we can obtain insightful information about our initiatives with just a few clicks, which has been quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Email tool's drag-and-drop editor made it easier for us to include trip suggestions and coupons. Initially we were not communicating clearly or effectively. Insider's personalized emails and WhatsApp message templates improved our communication and helped get us more leads.

We are glad that Insider was our first option for a growth partner because things would not have turned out the same without their guidance and assistance.

The Push Notifications helped reduce the cart abandonment rate. Our ability to communicate relevant messages with clients and personalize our campaigns has been made possible by the AI-powered dynamic segmentation of Insider's SMS and WhatsApp tools.
