The ability to organize a smooth, personelized experience for our customers on all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
With web suite by Insider we were able to create filters that made if possible for customers th browse our extensive product selection and discover what thet were looking for easiliy.

Insider uses the Architect platform to tackle the problem of dispersed campaigns.
By resolving the issue of generic interactions, the user-friendly mobile app and the journey builder Architect platform enhanced our user happiness and engagement levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Products - Smart recommender, Email, SMS, WhatsApp.
The products are really easy to use because it’s all integrated into a single panel. It’s interface is super easy to use and we activated 40+ Onsite campaigns in just 6 months. We are really happy both with Insider’s products and their customer service.

What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had a great experience using Insider’s different products. The only blockers we faced were initially when some products took more time to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to engage our customers better. Showcased product recommendations powered by AI better recommendations - we used different recommendation algorithms to show different recommendation widgets.

What do you like best about the product?
Push Notifications significantly enhanced user engagement and conversion rates by sending accurate and timely updates. Insider's SMS enhanced our user reach and engagement by allowing for focused and effective communication. WhatsApp's seamless integration enabled strategic and personalized messaging, promoting effective communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of Insider's tools can be tough to begin with, but their support team helped us navigate these initial hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us coordinate a data-driven shopping experience for our users by predicting buyer behavior and delivering relevant, complementary recommendations across several touchpoints. Also our Email campaigns were made easy with Insider, this has helped improve our retail business.
A platform with a lot of potential and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive platform and it's easy to build web pushes (its the feature that I've tested)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of things that it has to be improved such as duplicate web pushes, modifications in already live web pushes, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
An increase in built-in templates, particularly relevant fro the finance sector would be amazing. But their customization is so simple and efficient that our campaigns achieved all our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Choosing Insider was our best business decision. From integrating their tools to using them, the entire process was smooth. We picked tools like Email, SMS, and Eureka, which helped us drive high sales and achieve our targets. Using AI-powered Eureka tools, we were able to deliver personalized recommendations to our customers, which ultimately boosted our engagement rates and helped us achieve high ROI.

The Insider support team is proactive. Their tools enabled us to deliver our trendsetting products to the right customers at the right time. We would be more than happy to recommend them.

However, switching to Insider changed everything. First, we used their solutions desktop web and mobile web, to improve the UX of the website. SMS, Email, and Eureka helped us to deliver personalized experiences to our customers across different channels.We knew exactly what to send and when to send to our customers. The messages we sent were what they wanted to see. In just three months, we made more sales, our customer attrition was at an all time low, and retention at an all time high.
