Personalized Marketing Campaigns from our product launches made better with Recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
As a fast-fashion brand launching new products every week. Keeping our customers updated on these new launches is extremely important for us and directly impacts our sales and revenues. Insider’s Architect helped us automate our marketing and customer communication workflows

This helped us save valuable time and resources that were otherwise spent in doing repetitive tasks with every product launch. Architect coupled with Web push, Email, Recommendations, and Mobile App ensured customers are notified about new product launches every weekend ahead of the launch.

Web Suites segmentation capabilities ensured that the right product recommendations, Web Push, App notification, and Email were sent to customers. These well planned campaigns ensured that customers are not only notified of new launches on time. Over the last few weeks, many of our products got sold out within the week of launch itself. There was a significant decline in cart abandonment and rise in actual sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we launch new products every week, it would be great if Insider can also update its Web and App push notifications template library and Email templates library more frequently. Not that there is any dearth of choice as on date, however, adding newer templates frequently will help us keep the look and feel of our marketing campaigns more fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business model is quite dynamic. However, we fell short of getting the same dynamism in our marketing efforts. As a result, despite launching new products every week, we didn’t see sales rolling in, there used to be a lot of leftover stock week over week, which we had to sell at a loss eventually.
One major reason was our failure to inform the right customers about these launches on time. I am glad to say that Insider's suite of tools helped us solve this and enabled us to make the most of these weekly new product launches truly.
Web Suite helped us segment customers and ensure the right customers were reached out to, Architect automated the messaging flow, Web Push and Email tools ensured customers got notified of new launches on time, Recommendation tool sent them all the right recommendations to generate curiosity and compel them to check new products, Web and App notifications with deal links and abandoned cart links ensured people completed their purchase.
All in all we have seen big sales numbers ever since we started using Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customers have started spending more time browsing and discovering our website which was not the case earlier. The entire product suite comprising the Web Suite, Web Push, Email, and Mobile App has been instrumental in helping us get meaningful customer engagement and more subscribers for our Newsletter.
The Web Push feature enabled us to reach customers with timely and relevant messages, even when they were not actively browsing our website nudging them to visit our website and spend more time browsing our products and offerings.
With the help of Web Suite, we were able to showcase highly personalized product recommendations that resonated with the customers interest on our website This also got our customers more interested in our offerings, leading to more sign-ups for our newsletters. Automated Email with ready to use templates helped us deliver targeted and compelling content just in time in response to customer behavior.
Lastly, the Mobile App has provided our customers with a seamless and immersive brand experience, keeping them engaged and connected wherever they go.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far, rather with Insider we have been able to get more traffic on our website, reduced bounce rate, and high subscriptions and customer engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we were devastated by the high bounce rates. Customers not spending enough time on our website meant low sales and subscriptions for our product bundles and newsletter. However, with Insider’s Web Suite's predictive analytics and personalized recommendation features we could send web push notifications that would push customers to our website.
Based on the data, we could showcase recommendations and offers on the webpage that would compel them to stay and spend more time on our webpage.
All of this collectively lead to high engagement, increased conversions, and improved customer satisfaction.
There was a significant drop in our cart abandonment rates - thanks to Web Push feature, App notifications, and Email feature. Insider’s Email module, enabled us to automate our email campaigns and ensure the same message was conveyed to customers on all communication channels at the right time. With Insider we could achieve what we thought to be impossible.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Architect helped us totally transform our marketing strategy and helped us design truly personalized and relevant campaigns for different stages in a customer life-cycle. The business we are in is nothing unusual and there are many players with similar products.
However, what sets us apart is our customization capabilities and Insider’s all-in-one product suite helped us convey this message to our target customers and helped us enhance our visibility in a highly competitive marketplace.
Web Suite’s deep segmentation and predictive analysis capabilities helped us identify and target the right customers and their plug and play templates and dynamic content, helping enhance our online presence. The Web Push tool has proven to be an efficient way to maintain communication with our audience. The Email tool has been instrumental in improving our outreach, allowing us to send targeted communications to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the fine line between engaging and spamming was a challenge however Insider's team guided us on the best practices, helping us optimize our push strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to the right audience and creating a strong identity among a sea of competitors was a big challenge. Insider’s marketing tool kit comprising Architect, Smart Recommender, Web push, Email, and Mobile App helped us orchestrate the right personalized marketing campaigns for the right set of customers.
We could better engage with customers using web and app notifications, convey our USP, and create a brand recall value with their Emails. Since we have partnered with Insider, we have seen a significant rise in our subscription rate, people (customers and competitors) have started recognizing our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing we like the most about Insider is their suite of tools that have had a significant impact on our overall marketing strategy. The Web Suite allowed us to create customer journeys that improved user engagement on our website, while the Web Push tool's powerful segmentation capabilities increased our conversion rates through targeted notifications.
Their Email tool revolutionized our email marketing efforts with customized, responsive emails, and the Architect tool helped us improve the customer experience through seamless cross-channel journeys. The AI-powered Recommendations

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit challenging for beginners due to its comprehensive features. However, Insider's customer service team is always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide more individualized and relevant onsite experiences on the web and mobile web, we needed to segment our customers more accurately. Insider's team recommended using an onsite experiment feature to engage website visitors with the most relevant content and experiences. By customizing the homepage banner with products based on the user's previous browsing history, we were able to increase engagement.
We also faced low average order values (AOVs) on our website and mobile app and were looking for a highly engaging solution to motivate customers to add more checkout items and increase their AOV. Insider suggested implementing cart-page recommendations that targeted each user based on their unique purchasing preferences.
These recommendations showed related items and most frequently bought together items, optimizing engagement on the cart page and resulting in a significant uplift in conversion rates within a month.
Our email marketing strategy also needed improvement, as our emails were not resonating with our customers. Insider's Email tool transformed our strategy, allowing us to send personalized emails that increased open and click-through rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Today an average customer uses more than 3 channels at any given point in time namely, email – social media – chat. Insider's comprehensive suite of tools has helped us communicate with customers with a multi-channel marketing strategy.
We reached out to customers on their preferred channel rather than them reaching out to us. Insider's Web Push, Mobile App, and Email tools enabled us to maintain a consistent communication with our users. Web Suite ensured we keep these communications personalized and relevant to our customers, and Recommendation ensured we only flash information the customer is genuinely interested in.
Architect played an instrumental role in automating our marketing processes and efficiently mapping customer touchpoints which ensured that messages across multiple channels (web notification, email, app notification) were consistent, relevant, and personalized and constantly nudged the buyer to take action just in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider offers a plethora of templates across each of its tools be it emails, app notifications, or web push notifications which kind of boggled us in the beginning. However, Insider’s growth experts were quick to step in and help us pick and choose the templates most suited to our needs. The results have been indeed mind-blowing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we faced was perhaps sending a consistent message across all communication channels, and Insider helped us achieve that. We can now segment, and group customers based on their likes, demographics, last purchase, etc., and then run different campaigns targeted for each customer group.
The messaging is mapped to their stage in the customer lifecycle thanks to Architect and relevant, and the same message is delivered using Mobile App, Web Push, and Emails. Recommendations are on point and help grab customers' attention with short attention spans. We have truly been successful in sending a consistent message across channels and driving more conversion and sales.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Growth Management Platform has truly played a pivotal role in driving our business’ success and revenue growth. Insider is a flawless platform, nothing really to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Web Suite: As an e-commerce platform, we frequently run seasonal offers and promotions showcasing them effectively to our visitors is important for those campaigns to succeed. Recognizing our requirements, Insider recommended implementing an onsite overlay on our homepage to display enticing deals and coupon codes. When visitors engaged with these coupons, they would be seamlessly redirected to the corresponding product pages.
2. Smart Recommender: We also leveraged Insider's Smart Recommender tool to suggest "frequently bought together" products to our website visitors. This strategic implementation resulted in a notable increase in the likelihood of customers purchasing those recommended products, ultimately boosting our conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?

The push notifications and in-app messaging features have been a game-changer. We wanted to create a set of highly targeted triggers for use cases specifically tailored to our industry. Although it took a little time for Insider team to comprehend our unique use case fully, they helped us realize our objectives by leveraging a combination of pre-existing rules and developing custom triggers to meet our specific needs. We are now successfully running these triggers and have seen significant improvement in our results.

What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated hands-on support from our Account manager made implementing Insider's product easy. The Insider team is also great at constantly recommending improvements and changes to the campaigns that we are running.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, we experienced some issues with the onboarding of a few products. The Insider team was always available to guide and support us, the implementation didn’t seem difficult. Overall, we like the products and their functionalities, but their Messaging channel didn’t bring results as expected, especially in terms of revenue. But this is not much of a problem because we have observed great improvements in other key metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary focus has always been on providing our customers with a personalized, excellent, and omnichannel experience. Therefore, we wanted a Unified Customer Platform that can enable us to unify all our customer data in one single platform. During our search for a platform that can allow us to get a unified view of our customer’s data, we got to know about Insider. After getting to know about their innovative technologies, we realized that Insider can be our ideal solution.

As we wanted to deliver excellent stellar CX, the Growth Management Team at Insider suggested we use their Web and Mobile Personalization tool so as to make product discovery easier and seamless for our web or mobile users. The team also advised us to take advantage of their AI-backed customer journey builder, Architect, to track customer behavior across various touch points, and create advanced customer segments to target customers on the right channel, at the right time, with the right messaging using Email and Web Push suite. Within just a few weeks, we were able to drive more conversions.

As we have numerous products listed on our website and mobile app, finding relevant products was a big hassle for our customers. The Web Suite has helped us provide highly tailored experiences to our website visitors and improve onsite conversions by implementing tools such as Smart Banners to drive more conversions during special campaigns. Additionally, we were finding it challenging to categorize our vast range of products on our own. With the help of the Insider's team, we implemented their Dynamic Category Optimizer and AI-backed Smart Recommendation engine on our website, which made product discovery easy and relevant for our users. Within a few weeks, we were able to enhance the overall layout of our website, resulting in higher engagement and increased conversions.
