What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been working with Insider for more than a year now. What we really liked most about them is their team who supported us throughout the integration and implementation process. Their team has consistently provided us with the support that we needed. With their guidance, we have successfully orchestrated user journeys for our customers, created individualized experiences for them, and achieved amazing results. We’re glad that we have Insider as our growth partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it took a while for us to integrate tools because of their complexity, But the team of Account Managers has always been available to help to understand and implement their recommendation strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us orchestrate customer communication across different channels to deliver an excellent customer experience. Using Architect we are able to track our user’s unique behavior, such as their recently viewed product and target them through predictive segments like Likelihood to Purchase, Discount Affinity, etc using the right message at the right time on the right channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s AI powered recommendation engine is extremely impressive. It analyzes our customers' behavior and predicts what they might be interested in, making it easy to recommend the right products to the right customers.

The ability to personalize content and promotions with Web Push has also been a game-changer. We have been able to send push notifications that are tailored to each customer's interests, leading to higher engagement rates. These two products together have helped us see a 14.5% increase in conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about using Web Suite, Web Push, and recommendations beyond just understanding how to use the segmentations available to create campaigns that can deliver even better performance than what we already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were faced with improving the high bounce rate, low engagement, and conversion rate on our website, even though our traffic was decently good. With Web Suite and Web Push, we were able to analyze our customers' past, real-time, and predicted behavior to make informed recommendations. This has helped us to improve our website's user experience and increase customer satisfaction.

The push notifications have also helped us to re-engage browse and cart abandoners rates by sending reminders to customers who have dropped off from our website without making any purchase. As a result, we have seen a significant improvement in engagement and a 14.5% uplift in conversion rates. Overall, using Insider has been a win-win for us and our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We did select insider according to 3 main dimensions : 1. The vision for marketing automation because every channel, from direct channels to the front-ends are really connected and coordinated for a continuous and engaging customer journey.

2. the level of personalization and customization it offers. The platform provides us with the ability to create highly targeted and personalized customer journeys based on their behavior, preferences, and interests. This has allowed us to engage with our customers in a more meaningful way and increase their loyalty to our brand.

Insider is helping us address the challenge of managing our multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively. Before partnering with Insider, we struggled to unify data from different channels and create cohesive customer experiences. However, with Insider's comprehensive suite of tools, we have been able to streamline our marketing efforts and gain better visibility into customer interactions across various touchpoints.

Additionally, Insider's AI-powered predictive audiences have been instrumental in identifying new customer segments and opportunities for growth. We are constantly impressed with the platform's ability to deliver on its promises and stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and technology.

3. The ergonomy : insider has an outstanding customer experience, allowing really marketing teams to use it and leverage all the advanced features for the best results. Besides, their customer success program, support and training are amazing, personnalized in a way. At the end of the journey and in less than 2 months, we were able to fully manage the platform : journeys, advanced personnalization and scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect we found challenging with Insider is the learning curve when using some of the more advanced features. It is always a bit hard to upgrade marketing talents into more advanced features. While the platform is comprehensive and offers a wide range of tools and functionalities, it can take time and effort to fully understand how to use them effectively. Nonetheless, we feel that some improvements in the user experience and onboarding process could make the platform more accessible to users who are less tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We selected insider to re-activate our loyalty program and also our connection with clients. As a result of the project, we did measure very soon improvement in key engagement metrics : opens/clicks but also coupon redemption and loyalty card contribution in the overall business turnover.
Insider's platform has enabled us to leverage data insights to create more personalized and relevant experiences for our customers. The integration of Insider's tools with our existing systems has been seamless, and the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. The predictive audience tool, in particular, has been instrumental in helping us identify and target new customer segments effectively.

Moreover, the integration of Insider's tools with our existing systems has been smooth, and their support team has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Insider's platform has also enabled us to analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns in real-time, allowing us to make data-driven decisions and optimize our strategy accordingly.

We did also a very fast paced project : full integration with online and offline data (transactions and offline behaviors) in more or less 3 months : outstanding.

Overall, Insider's platform has helped us address the critical challenges of data unification and channel management, resulting in improved customer engagement and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a slew of different and interesting products in our arsenal and our product catalog is endless. Owing to this, it’s absolutely imperative that we are able to effectively merchandise our offerings on our website in an appealing and organized fashion. Thanks to the incredible tools provided by Insider, such as Web Suite and Smart Recommendations, we have been able to revolutionize the way we showcase individual SKUs by harnessing the power of AI to drive our recommendation engine across all pages. What's more, we have been able to personalize user navigation and enhance the website experience to provide our end users with an exceptional level of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it took us some time to choose the appropriate recommendation strategies for our products, we were able to make the best use of Insider’s tool in no time. Initially, we faced little trouble navigating the options available to us but the Insider support team was always lending us a helping hand in shelving and slotting the recommendations to make sure we understood what works the best for different pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the last year or so, we have seen a dramatic increase in website traffic, and we have struggled to find the necessary resources and tools to engage and retain all of these new visitors. In order to drive conversions and boost engagement among this large and diverse audience, we recognized the need for a solution that could help us effectively segment our traffic and deliver tailored experiences at scale. Fortunately, Insider’s Web Suite and AI-powered recommendations were able to provide us with the ideal set of tools to achieve these objectives, and their expert team worked closely with us to develop customized strategies for success. What do you like best about the product?
The biggest part of our marketing spend has always been digital ads. While they were a major driver that helped us increase website traffic, conversion had always been a challenge. By leveraging Insider's predictive segments for Facebook Ad campaigns we were able to achieve an uplift of 381% in conversion rate for the same budget spend.And, by replicating the same model we were also able to acquire new customers. The results have absolutely stunned us!

While we were looking to extend this model to meet various other business goals, the process started off by being slightly tedious. But, Insider’s marketing consultants and account managers continuously made suggestions about bid management and regularly tracked to help optimize the performance of the campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite is an extremely handy tool as it helped us create a persona-based customer journey and target our users accordingly. Insider’s Web Push offers a wide variety of segmentation capabilities that help us roll out relevant campaigns to the right audience with ease. Thanks to this platform, we have managed to alter customer behavior in our favor with pushes like price alerts and back-in-stock alerts. This has boosted our revenue and conversion rates exponentially. With Insider’s email product and Architect tool, all our campaigns performed with fewer clicks right within the right channels. We were able to create robust emails and consider customer feedback and user preference at different touchpoints to make it a one-a-kind experience. Lastly, Insider's Architect served as a valuable tool for facilitating cross-channel journey orchestration, allowing us to seamlessly design and implement our customer engagement strategy across various touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just as we were getting started with Insider, we realized there is a learning curve involved before you are well-versed with the tools and products. We faced this problem only for a few brief moments until Insider’s top-notch support team reached out to us and offered us the assistance we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a while, we were faced with high bounce rates as we were unable to offer our customers a personalized shopping experience in a seamless and creative way. Once we started using Insider’s Web Suite, we were able to customize our offerings with the tool’s highly responsive and user-friendly templates. We also leveraged Insider’s AI-backed customer journey builder, Architect, to send out the right message to our customers on the right channel at the right time. This enabled us to alert our target customers about the ongoing offers, price drops, etc., which encouraged them to purchase our products. In addition, we also implemented Insider’s Web Push to send out web push notifications to our users as soon as they leave our website. This helped us bring our users back to our website, which further improved our engagement rates and reduced the number of churn users. Another challenge that we were facing was to increase conversions through email campaigns. With Insider’s Email optimization product, we were able to incentivize the process by offering elements such as coupons and real-time timers and carousels. This further improved our conversion rates significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s recommendation engine has surprised us at many levels. The integration was seamless and relatively hassle-free. The panels are easy to use, the recommendation strategies are easy to set up and test across different web pages, and the analytics are insightful enough for us to understand what’s working best and which products/categories are performing better. All this has had a direct impact on our CTRs, conversion rates, and overall revenues. Their auto-optimized recommendation strategy also helps take out the guesswork and reduce regular manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints as such. There are times where we want a little more flexibility while designing our product recommendation cards, but this is an aspect that they are already addressing as part of their roadmap. This is another example of Insider building an exceptional customer-centric product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large product catalog and showcasing the most relevant recommendations to users to drive revenues and manage our inventory was challenging before Insider. Insider’s Smart Recommender has 8+ AI-led recommendation algorithms that are allowing us to do that.While this directly impacts our conversion rates, add-to-cart rates, and AOV; we are able to achieve this without breaking the entire user experience. What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s web templates are simple and easy to use, and make campaign planning and execution a breeze. We don’t have to think too much about how to incorporate personalization. it’s quickly done with the templates that Insider offers. The gamified templates, especially, played a big role in helping us lift our conversions and engagement. They’re so fun for users to click on and get rewards from, and they always work well. We also use Insider’s web push, and we must say, it’s never been easier to send web push messages. Insider’s platform is truly made for marketers, and it eliminates all the fluff and focuses on exactly what’s needed to send great push notifications that get clicked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates were not the most relatable ones for our brand, so we couldn’t use those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted higher conversions and reduced bounce rates on our web pages. Insider’s web templates greatly helped increase conversions as they are engaging, fun, and interactive. Web push messages helped us improve the quality of traffic coming in, which led to lower bounce rates and more conversions, ultimately.

At first, we were concerned about the deliverability of our push notifications. However, since utilizing Insider's Mobile App channel, our deliverability scores and conversion rates have significantly improved. This has improved the mobile app experiences for our customers, and we have seen better engagement and conversions.

Overall, we didn’t encounter any major issues. However, initially, our team required some guidance, but with Insider's exceptional support, we were able to launch our campaign quickly and efficiently. The level of assistance provided by their team was invaluable and greatly appreciated.

Our goal was to enhance conversion rates through our mobile app, and to accomplish this, we turned to Insider's mobile app push notifications. This solution proved effective in efficiently conveying messages to our customers in a clear and concise manner, resulting in increased conversion rates.
Additionally, we needed a tool to track user activity within the app and automate campaigns accordingly. What do you like best about the product?
The best features are self-adjustable segmentation parameters and ease of usage. We appreciate how the tool makes it easier to gather crucial customer data and build personalized campaigns across channels easily. Insider has helped us employ innovative and highly successful personalization strategies on WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

We’ve been able to create campaigns on these platforms to drive up conversions, share order related information, boost loyalty and also get customer feedback.

Apart from the integration initially, our interactions with Insider have been excellent. The Insider service has been nothing short of wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We invested a lot of time and effort in coordinating multiple marketing efforts simultaneously. However, neither the conversion rates nor the basket's worth went up. With the help of the Insider team, we used the Conversion suite for desktop, mobile, and online push. Since we started working with Insider, we have been able to significantly enhance conversion rates thanks to their web suite and mobile applications.
