What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s templates have been a game-changer for us. With no coding effort, we’re able to create interactive experiences within our mobile app. This kept our users returning to our app for more, which further improved our retention rates. One of the standout features is the ability to create scratch coupon experiences for our customers. Insider allows us to target our in-app promotions to those customers where it will create the most value, making it easy to manage our promotions in a smart way. Bulk promotions are no longer necessary, although it's still an option. With Insider, we can ensure that our promotions are tailored to the right audience, resulting in higher engagement and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we faced challenges replicating our lead collection success on our mobile app due to the lack of relevant in-app templates. However, Insider has since addressed this issue by expanding their template library. This update has made it easier for us to experiment with immersive experiences like "Spin the Wheel" and other engaging tactics. Thanks to Insider's enhanced template selection, we now have the resources we need to capture leads and create successful mobile app campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although we were seeing traffic and app installs, we still needed to improve the churn rate and reduce the number of app closures on first-time launches. With the help of Insider’s recommendation to use their Mobile App too, we were able to identify unregistered users using various identifiers. By capturing leads at this crucial stage of the customer lifecycle, we were able to leverage these data points to drive deeper cross-channel personalization. Insider's expertise in this area has been invaluable as it significantly reduced our bounce rates and improved our retention rates on our mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
We have integrated Insider into every aspect of our website, from onsite campaigns to web push notifications and product recommendation bars. Using Insider is a breeze, and our campaigns have a sleek and polished appearance.
The standout feature of Insider for us is the ability to deliver tailored experiences to our customers, such as personalized purchase triggers. We particularly appreciate the push notifications with product recommendations, which serve as a gentle reminder to shoppers to return to our online store.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's platform is user-friendly, but becoming proficient in its use takes practice. Fortunately, our account managers are always available to assist us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to partnering with Insider, we recognized the untapped potential of our website and sought a capable ally to help unlock its full capabilities. Since implementing interest-based personalized onsite experiences for our customers, we have observed a considerable increase in conversion rates and customer retention. Moreover, we have seen a significant reduction in bounce rates as customers are now presented with relevant screens that capture their attention.

We were also hesitant about using web push as a marketing channel due to opt-in requirements and other concerns. However, since partnering with Insider, we have gained confidence and are extremely satisfied with our decision. Their web push platform provides exceptional features that allow us to manage opt-ins and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement without overwhelming our users with spam. What do you like best about the product?
What we liked the most about Insider is that their Web Push channel comes equipped with an intuitive analytics dashboard that makes campaign performance tracking an effortless task. Insider's partnership has been instrumental in addressing our low engagement and conversion rates by streamlining our marketing efforts. Their Web Push channel helped us track campaign performance and optimize them for better results. We also utilized their Mobile Web platform that offered multiple templates to personalize pages based on user preferences, resulting in a significant increase in product information page views.

Additionally, the SMS channel allowed us to connect with our target users on a personalized level by sending out promotional offers at the right time. What do you like best about the product?

There's nothing that we dislike about Insider so far. We didn't face any challenges while using their products, and the implementation process was quick and easy. Moreover, whenever we needed assistance, the Insider team was readily available to support us.

Using Insider's Mobile Web tool, we were able to provide our users with captivating web experiences. Furthermore, Insider's Web Push messages allowed us to efficiently target and re-engage inactive users who had not visited our website for a considerable duration. Through personalized messaging, we successfully enticed them to revisit our website, leading to the acquisition of new users within just a few months.
Despite having a wide range of products, we recognized the need to improve user engagement and expand our customer base. To achieve this, we wanted to collect visitor information. The Insider team recommended that we request visitors to subscribe to our newsletter, which we were able to effectively communicate through Web Push.

What do you like best about the product?
Attracting new users and converting them into registered users without being intrusive seemed challenging for us. On the bright side, Insider's gamified lead collection templates provide an effective solution, allowing us to incentivize new users to register and make their first purchase through relevant discount codes at checkout.

Insider's recommendation engine has exceeded our expectations in several ways, with a seamless integration process and easy-to-use panels that enable us to set up and test recommendation strategies across different web pages. The analytics are also insightful, providing us with a better understanding of what works best and which products or categories are performing well.


Their omnichannel journey builder, Architect, has helped us design impactful customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including web, email, and SMS. Their pre-built templates enable us to start much faster based on unique use cases like cart abandonment, browse abandonment, replenishment, and more. By delivering the right content to the right user at the right time and on the right channel, we have successfully increased our conversion rates.

Insider fulfilled our requirements by providing a single platform with remarkable flexibility, ease of use, and positive impact on important metrics. Though we were able to attract website traffic and app downloads, reducing the bounce rate and app closure rates on first-time launch was a challenge.

Insider's identification of unregistered users with different identifiers proved to be critical in capturing leads at a crucial stage of the customer journey and achieving cross-channel personalization. What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with Insider for a while, and as a team, we particularly like how it can update traditional messaging channels with amazing features. We’ve found their Email and WhatsApp products to be amazing solutions to boost customer engagement. With Insider's modular email editor, creating email campaigns is a breeze. Simply drag and drop components, such as coupons, real-time timings, and recommendations. These components combined with Insider's segmentation tools resulted in highly customized, effective email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since they have so many templates in their pre-built library, identifying the right template for the right necessity took a while for us. Apart from that, it’s been quite seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were aware that we had some concerns with deliverability and click-through rates before contacting Insider. Insider automatically determines the deliverability for each email and mobile campaign, and we tweak and optimize the campaign as necessary. We are now observing higher engagement for our messages as a result of the use of elements like coupons, real-time timers, and carousels. Our marketing initiatives now drive customers for conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm super glad that we decided to go ahead with Insider for personalization and customer engagement. Creating campaigns has been ridiculously easy and fun with Insider's products! There's literally something new to learn every day and that makes it extremely enjoyable.

The CDP is cool as it brings data from all our channels together and creates unified profiles of each customer. This helps us understand and target our customers better as we are able to create better segments to craft personalized campaigns. Insider's cross-channel marketing automation platform, Architect, helps us create journeys for a single use case on multiple channels like web push, app push, in-app, Email, and SMS. Using the Next Best Channel capability, we target users on their preferred channels to increase user engagement. We plan to add WhatsApp also to our channel base super soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities of the product are slightly overwhelming since there's so much that you can do. It's hard to get a full grasp on all the features and capabilities. But when you get a hang of it, it's super cool and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting your users on multiple channels wasn't purely the goal for us. We wanted to understand each customer's ideal channel of engagement and with Insider we have been able to analyze that effectively. We ensure that users don't get messages on channels on which they have given opt-in permission as that would be intrusive.
Insider's CDP is essential in helping us target the right customer on the right channel at the right time with the right message.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is more than just a platform that helps us achieve our targets, they truly care about our continued success. Ever since we started leveraging Insider’s app push notifications, the growth team at Insider always supported us with all the relevant items whenever we needed help. Insider’s Cart Reminder Push Notifications proved to be highly effective in helping us realize our revenue goals and improving the retention of our mobile app users.

And, their exclusive in-app recommendations helped us revamp our merchandising strategy with impressive results.

So far, Insider has been able to demonstrate tremendous results for the use cases that we've deployed. We're really thrilled to see and explore other AI-backed micro-segmentation strategies we could adopt to boost the results further.

Our objective when we onboarded Insider was to build a comprehensive App Engagement strategy to hyper-personalize every interaction with the brand within and outside the website. Insider helped us design highly-tailored mobile app experiences based on user behaviour, and attributes to improve retention and revenue. We leveraged a combination of various behavioural and time-based mobile app push notifications orchestrated to deliver a unique experience and achieve their specific goals—including first-time purchases and reactivation. And, we also adopted specific recommendation strategies for different app pages, that helped improve the discoverability of items for the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's support for Whatsapp Business has been a game changer for us. The integrated website personalization capabilities help us drive up our subscriber base with pre-built opt-in templates for the channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
And, we were able to successfully leverage the Whatsapp channel to start conversations with our customers on Whatsapp just when they abandoned a search. This real-time triggering helped us boost the conversation rate, and also get feedback with one-touch responses via Whatsapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High bounce rate for product pages had been one of the key areas of concern for us. So it was extremely important to build that personal connect that would help us reduce the friction in the customer journey. And, Whatsapp seemed to be the right channel to achieve that. With one-click responses, not only were we able to set up a continuous feedback loop with our customers to understand what went wrong, but also provide an extra push to drive up conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider tools at different stages of our customer journey. In a market which is already crowded and every other business has been vying for customer attention, we have been able to create a distinct identity for ourselves. With Insider’s InStory, we have been able to successfully amp up product discovery for our customers in a fun and engaging way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-existing InStory templates are great, however, it will be nice to have some new templates added every now and then.

We work in a highly competitive industry. Making our products easily visible to our clients was becoming a huge challenge in such a crowded market. But with InStory we were able to do this with ease.
