What do you like best about the product?
The ability to orchestrate a cohesive personalised experience across all channels to our customers.
Insider’s proactive, empathetic, and analytical.
Ready to use template gallery for launching push campaigns.
Web Suite for its ability to set up a good looking and user friendly web store front with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template library is sure great. We’d like to see more fresher templates come in soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running personalized campaigns with accurate customer segmenting was a challenge. Architect from Insider helped us overcome that. Insider's Web Suite enhanced the over all user experience for both our development team and customers. We could reach out to a larger audience and expand our market share with Insider’s tool suite.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build unique journeys from scratch and store templates for later usage in a short span of time. Predictive intelligence powered by AI assisted in contextually engaging people at the appropriate times to impact their purchasing decisions. Managing recommendations required less manual labour thanks to the auto-optimized approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although learning how to use every tool can be daunting, the Insider support staff makes it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to enhance our website visitors' experience with the help of Insider's Web Suite. We were able to successfully lower our customer churn rate and increase conversions. We can now send recommendations and alerts on time by utilizing Insider’s Web Push.

What do you like best about the product?
With Web Push we were able to send timely alerts on price drop and premium content, encouraging readers to become subscribers.
We used their Web Suite and Smart Recommerder tools, enabling us to expand our customer base.
Insider's customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they are constantly there to help their partners get through even the most difficult business problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would be delighted to suggest Insider to companies trying to enhance their advertising efforts. We're delighted that we decided to use Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped with dynamic traffic allocation while experimenting with different versions to boost engagement and boost conversion rates.
Our CTRs increased as a result of Insider's automated campaigns and tailored promotional communications.
We have enhanced the user experience thanks to Insider's personalisation features, and this has increased conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has been a fantastic growth partner, providing the robust Customer Data Platform (CDP) tool. With their Web Suite and Web Push, customised to suit our business, we've been able to seize opportunities in the competitive real estate market. Their magic banners have been particularly impressive, enabling us to create a more engaging website that enhances user interaction, delivers personalised experiences, and facilitates conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We truly appreciate the convenience of running campaigns independently from tech reliance, making it a standout feature for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real estate market is booming, with unprecedented investments in both residential and commercial properties. However, effectively targeting and showcasing properties to this vast pool of buyers posed a challenge. Insider came to our aid, to become our growth partner.

Their Web Suite revamped our website, efficiently segmenting customers and displaying tailored content using magic banners. Additionally, they proposed web notifications to keep users engaged with updates on new listings, responses, and offers, even when they weren't actively browsing our site. Our experience with Insider has been wonderful, resulting in the acquisition of more quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The products we are are using - Webpush, email, Architect Insider product is very innovative & utilized advanced big data to enable the team to launch targeted effective campaigns. Insider also constantly enhances their product with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data integration can be a bit complex sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly addressing the drop-off of users to other 3rd party online booking platforms after
researching on our website. We’re bringing them back to our website through remarketing ads.
By using cart / browse abandonment web pushes & emails, we are able to retarget & drive more
users to book via our booking platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Customer support is mostly fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the data confusion we have over insider. Also, there are a lot more can be done, especially in architect tool. Most of the time it is hard to analyze the data. For ex. when i go over a users events, i see journey production. When i want to see the details i only see inapp id or email id etc. In numerous of inapps there is no other way to find that inapp but look one by one to each inapp in that journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects all in one panel and helps me to find ways to reach customers without putting effort to our tech team. I can easily change, monitor the information i want my users to see.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's personalization capabilities are brilliant. In the automotive industry, it can be challenging to offer a personalized experience. So, we needed a data collection system that could help us divide customers into segments. Insider's CDP solution is just what we were looking for. It easily creates segments and allowed us to send personalized messages to our customers using modern channels like WhatsApp. We have already seen a significant uplift in test drives since using Insider's CDP.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product helped us deliver personalization at scale and improve our team's productivity. Since they offer various types of solutions, we were unclear which ones we should leverage first. But the team offered us specific solutions to help hit our most important metrics - the support was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to improve the number of test drive bookings; this is critical for us to get sales. In order to do that we needed to improve our customer experience (CX) and deliver personalized experiences that encouraged customers to engage with us. Insider helped us segment our customers in the easiest way possible, we were then able to send messages through WhatsApp to improve return on investment (ROI). We've been so impressed with the results we've seen from Insider.
