What do you like best about the product?
Automated email and SMS campaigns with the aid of Insider's email marketing and SMS solution.
The user interface helped give hyper-personalized experiences to the clients.
We were able to develop responsive and automated email and SMS campaigns with the aid of Insider's email marketing and SMS solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has been a real asset in growing my company. The Insider support staff is really knowledgeable and responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to construct unique trips from the beginning by adding the initial element, conditions, and channels, then configuring them as needed thanks to Architect's cross-channel orchestrations.
Together, Architect, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email increased our conversion rates by 30%.
Their opt-in templates stood out due to how nicely they complemented our company's offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is very usable for user which dont have any experience regarding code writing which is pretty common in other marketing automation tools which I used. Very user firendly process of campaign creation. Safe tests options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some solutions needs support Insider Developers. Not every ideas can realize via tool. Sometimes support works long in cructial cases like proper analytics and campaign measurement.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s web solutions are great. We are really happy that it’s improving the traffic volume and quality too because customers are converting more. The responsive web templates are also great because the web solutions are useful for mobile web too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like to see more finance specific templates coming in because they’ll be more relevant for us.

Insider’s Web suite - Best solution for gaming companies

What do you like best about the product?
The pop-up campaigns of Web Suite were very interactive and it increased our engagement rate. The vast array of templates helped us create campaigns easily. We saw an uplift in AOV after implementing the trigger message campaign by the SMS tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their dashboard can be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In just 2 months, we managed to improve the traffic on our website by creating more relevant content and campaigns for our customers. This helped us improve customer relationships and drive towards retention.

What do you like best about the product?

The A/B testing feature of Email helped us to choose the winning path.

The customer segmentation can be more robust. But their capabilities to grow on channels other than websites were really amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I pleasantly discovered its the perfect tool to get inside knowledge of customers present and future wants, needs, preferences and expectations. It uses a revolutionary AI intent engine to so, leading to individualized delivery across digital marketing channels. If you're not using it, you're working blind for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its been positively game-changing for me and our business, hardly any regrets so far. It's delivering and user support couldn't be better. I llke it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its surfacing inside knowledge about our customers and prospects current prefernces, thereby predicting their future behaviour. Which in turn has been informing our digital multichannel personalized approach with customer expectations in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Eureka’s features like search keyword previews, typo tolerance, synonyms, and localization.
Smart Recommendor's algorithms optimized suggestions throughout the shopping journey, enhancing cart value.
Their action builder helped us visualize the campaigns we were creating on the spot and this made our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted more flexibility in designing the visual appearance of recommendation cards and widgets when we started. However, Insider has already improved that aspect and are still adding more customization options.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only dissatisfaction for us was that it took too long for insider to bring in Eureka search product. We had been asking them for it for a long time and we were about to choose another provider for search. Luckily came just in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eureka's sophisticated search engine made sure users quickly located the most pertinent products. Our CTRs increased as a result of Insider's automated campaigns and tailored promotional communications with both recommendations and search.

What do you like best about the product?

Segmentation options and accuracy
Survey templates with picturized description for users of mobile and desktop platform in English and Arabic. Produced average conversion rate of 16%. Also enabled us to collect custom user attributes that describes the user more specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending data to Google Analytics to capture results is a bit dissatisfying from our end. Otherwise it’s an overall satisfying experience.

What do you like best about the product?
- Its multi-channel approach is great for any business to flourish! You can link up all communication channels into one automated flow/architect.
- The interface is really easy to use and navigate.
- The reporting dashboard makes it easy to see your weekly and monthly stats.
- We value to on-site personalisation of the website.
- The email editor is great and easy to use, for an all-in-one solution it's very flexible compared to some other email-only tools.
- Great customer support and one on one time with your account manager, I've never met such a dedicated account manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
- There can be a few bugs and interesting behaviour every so often in the system, but they often resolve themselves quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It's solving our data visibility issues, with their on-site tracking we are now able to see everything our visitors are doing. Everyday we discover new ways we can target and segment our customers.
- Automating emails: Never something we had the functionality to do and their Architect journeys make it so easy to set up. There's no coding involved, no complicated double negative rules to figure out. It's all listed simply and clearly, giving you plenty to segment and split off into targeted flow branches.
- Clear revenue tracking and reporting: With our email campaigns we were never able to get clear data on their performance, now with Insider's conversion and campaign tracking, we can see it all and more!
