Drastically improved our marketing strategies with Insider's cross-channel orchestrator, Architect

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketers managed marketing campaigns more accurately after integrating with Architect's AI and Machine Learning capabilities. The tool provided us with some crucial information about our customers' behavior based on their browsing habits, product viewing habits, and more. With the use of these insights, we were able to target our marketing suggestions to them in accordance with what could appeal to them. We were able to boost engagement across multiple channels using Architect and by using multiple templates of theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with Architect first seemed a little hard to us due to its extensive library of pre-built templates, segmentation tools, and channels to use but with patience and the Insider team's assistance, we integrate effectively and begin going right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to sub-par marketing tactics, our brand needed to gain a competitive edge. However, since AI and machine learning technologies supported Insider's Architect tool, it allowed our marketers to quickly construct experiences using pre-built templates for the most frequently explored routes. Now our marketers could build and work on better marketing techniques as they were getting precise insights about our customer’s behavior, which eventually helped our brand recommend better products and increase our sales growth.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like the best about Insider’s web suite is that its segmentation capabilities allowed us to provide our customers with individualized experiences. The tool enabled us to use rich templates and play around with the website banners to create personalized experiences. It’s amazing to see how it turned our website into an engaging and interactive platform for our online shoppers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has a wide range of products with several different features and use cases. So, the only challenge we faced initially was the adaptation, but we were able to quickly come through with the help of their account managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to revamp our website in such a way that we could provide our website visitors with personalized experiences and convert them.
By using Insider’s web suite, we were able to create interest-based personalized onsite experiences for our customers. Within a short span of time, we saw an uplift in conversion rates and our retention rates increased significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app suite from Insider helped us send out timely surveys that helped us understand customer needs and act accordingly on innovating on our products and the associated accessories we provided accordingly. 

This was a feature of Insider’s mobile app marketing suite that we really liked and continue to use. Another feature we used was social proof.
Social proof citing the number of users who purchased a given product in the last 24 hours was very useful for us. It helped us reinforce the recommendations that we provided through the mobile app suite from Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile integration took some time which we didn’t anticipate but beyond that the experience since we started using the product was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our online marketplace for sandals and shoes was craving some summer love. But we weren’t getting much. We wanted to know exactly what was wrong. The survey tool from Insider’s mobile suite helped us realize that our shipping options needed to change. We then worked with our shipping partners to offer free shipping to our customers.The social proof tool within Insider’s mobile app suite also helped us attract more customers by letting them know how popular our shoes and sandals really are. The sandals and shoes, especially our summer outdoor and beach footwear were selling really well.The combination of both free shipping and the social proof we provided meant there was an uptick in customer conversions and average order values also. Today our sandals and shoes are a favorite and we hope the trend continues. Thank you, Insider!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best solutions for web and app push is Insider. Thanks to their segmentation capabilities, we can quickly deliver targeted campaigns to the right audiences. With pushes like price notifications and back-in-stock alerts, we have been successful in encouraging clients to make a purchase.
Since adopting several of these efforts, our conversion and recovered revenue rates have increased. We have found that web pushes for cart abandonment and browse abandonment has the highest conversion rates. And the app push messages have helped us retain our mobile app customers in a big way!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly noteworthy comes to mind, although we would like to mention that it can be challenging to adapt to the platform at first. Understanding all the aspects of the platform, however, is simple with regular training sessions from the professionals and ongoing assistance from the customer success team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some early reservations regarding web push and app push as channels due to opt-in requirements and other factors. We are overjoyed and certain that we made the proper choice now that Insider has entered the picture.
We can confirm that we have finally discovered the finest web push and app push products with unique features that allow us to manage opt-ins and tailor these campaigns for user engagement without spamming them.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s AI-powered Smart recommender was perfectly optimized with our website and kept users on it by delivering results that were relevant to their searches. Also, if there wasn’t enough data to evaluate users' behavior it showed some outcomes that they would appreciate rather than not offering any result. This retained our customer's interest in us and helped our team to create an enriching experience for them that drove our engagement rate and ultimately worked to rapidly sell our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The algorithm was flawless, but we required some help getting accustomed to the platform. Their customer support team worked parallelly with us to guide us to newer features and capabilities that were in line and allowed us to fully utilize the tool's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our brand was experiencing challenges with low traffic and engagement due to low user attention spans and poorly optimized search results, but Smart recommender AI segmentation helped us with this problem by filtering results for each user based on their prior searches and browsing behavior. For a perfect user experience, suitable affinity-based recommendations were generated automatically. This delighted our customers and they were better able to relate to our personalized recommendations, this helped us with building customer trust and played a huge role in increasing our sales.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
We had the best experience working closely with the Growth Management team at Insider. Although we did feel the campaign editor was a bit slow, we are thoroughly satisfied with the work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing team made our life easier by facilitating seamless campaign launches through Insider's Onsite tool. Initially, we anticipated needing IT support for A/B testing and segmentation setup, but everything was straightforward. Insider simplified our challenge of creating personalized customer journeys, resulting in a smooth process and a remarkable 70% boost from the exit intent campaign. The marketing team's expertise further streamlined campaign setup using the Onsite tool, making it a pleasure to work with the product. Surprisingly, we didn't require IT support for setup at all.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider team has continually offered aid, not just when we needed it but also proactively to ensure our success moving forward. We have been able to entirely rely on them to help us in developing and maximizing the results of our business because they have been entirely focused on our success. We have had nothing but excellent experiences working with them thus far, and the services are terrific for us.

By using their marketing automation solution, Architect, we were able to start engaging users across multiple channels and improved our overall marketing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the use cases that we've implemented, Insider has so far been able to show exceptional outcomes. The slightly time-consuming thing for us was understanding Insider’s capabilities because there’s a lot of learning to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing AOV conversions has always been our main priority. We were able to significantly improve both of these measures by introducing personalization templates like the buy progress bar, social proof, and weather-based triggered ads.

The customer experience across all the channels we were utilizing saw a massive boost and kudos to Insider for that!

What do you like best about the product?
Growing our subscription base has been a difficult task for us since the beginning. Insider has been a terrific resource for lead creation as we searched for a clever and strategic strategy to turn visitors into subscribers.

Our experience with their gamified opt-in and lead capture templates has been excellent. We appreciate the variety of placement choices available for these opt-in windows, including overlay, sidebar, and more. This has seen us achieve our lead generation goals a lot easier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about Insider to dislike. We could benefit from more imaginative visuals on the Analytics Dashboard to better understand the effectiveness of the campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best product to use if you want to deploy data-driven micro conversions throughout the customer journey is Insider. This could include welcome surveys, channel opt-ins, lead creation, and much more. The nice aspect is that it goes beyond simply collecting leads. By generating more captivating user experiences, they have assisted us in increasing engagement and transactions.

As mentioned above, we were able to generate more and higher quality leads by using Insider’s gamified templates on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools don't necessitate a great deal of guidance to comprehend and use them. The Insider team provides outstanding support and is always willing to offer us additional information on all the tools we have been using.

We have seen a solid improvement in website traffic since we started using their suite of website products. We have been able to generate more leads from our website, show relevant recommendations, and boost conversions by getting users to visit more often by showing personalized experiences. Overall, it’s worked out quite well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
An expanded support team would have maybe included a more diversified and innovative viewpoint. However, there are no issues with the tools, their results, or the support personnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite executing numerous campaigns, we had minimal sales and conversion rates. We applaud Insider's conversion suite and web push notification tool for aiding us in providing adequate products to the ideal customers at the correct intervals. We were able to develop a campaign on our website homepage that featured tailored suggestions thanks to Insiders' sophisticated suites.
