What do you like best about the product?
The revenue that we generated by sending out automated push notifications were significantly higher than manual push notifications. Also, as the tool offers a number of predefined templates, it didn’t take much time for us to edit campaigns. Using this solution, we were able to update our target customers about their latest interest on our website/APP based on their previous onsite behavior. This has helped us increase our customer’s brand favorability toward us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration took longer than expected. The project timeline was delayed due to the extra effort that we have to invest in integration. APP's missing countdown function is a pity. Hoping the mobile web, website and APP template can be in sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Insider, we were able to send bulk push notifications in the text format. However, we wanted to explore a solution that can help us automate the process, create deep segments based on their predicted behavior, events, and visits, and engage with customers who had abandoned their carts.

Insider’s team of Growth Consultants recommended us to use their web push channel to send messages to target customers who had a higher purchase intent. We were also able to re-engage customers who haven’t visited our website for a long time. By sending out personalized Cart Abandonment Push Campaigns using predefined templates, we were able to capture their attention and bring them back on our website.

Instories and other such features sometimes goes off the homepage and PLP pages after the element is active, we loose communication on prime hours sometime because of that

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we love about Insider's comprehensive product suite is that offers hyper-personalization. Smart Recommender enables us to create campaigns in no time for a lot of different algorithms with the ready-made templates. Combining with the marketing automation capabilities, we saw a ROI of 5X.

We also receive ample support from Insider's Account Management team as they support us with strategic inputs to improve the performance of our campaigns, apart from helping us with onboarding, integrations, and product adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have too many major reasons to complain but one intial challenge we faced is with getting accustomed to the capablities of the different products. So we needed a bit of handholding at the start and also we needed to read a lot of their documentations to understand the full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Insider, we did not implement any marketing automation or personalization capabilities except for transactional processes on email and SMS. With the help of the smart recommendations tool and automation, the business has realized a significant increase in ROI, with a 5x increase after the onboarding period.

The product is very comprehensive and offers both fast-tracked campaigns at the start we can customize as much as we want to fully utlize the personalization features.

The support team has also been very helpful in helping the company onboard the new platform and drive product adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
As a coffee equipment and beans supplier, one of our primary goals was to create better engagement with our customers to drive higher conversions. Insider was the perfect product to solve this problem as it was a simple platform to create customer journeys easily and faster. Insider’s Customer Data Platform helped us unify data from many different channels and touchpoints to build consolidated user profiles to create personalized engagements.

Their customer support team was super supportive in helping us get started with our campaigns quickly after integration. The analytics were exceptionally well-detailed since we could individually track campaigns' performances across different channels and products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has some pre-built templates that help us start building campaigns quickly. However, it does take time when we need to customize the campaigns fully. Sometimes, we also need help from Insider’s Account Management team to create them faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Insider’s products has helped us improve our cross-channel customer engagement game. We’ve created personalized customer journeys for our B2B and B2C users, which has helped us boost conversions, thereby increasing sales and revenues.

We achieved a 7X ROI in 2022 by creating eight automation customer journeys, including a welcome journey, retention journey, post-purchase journey, coffee subscription, survey to collect customer feedback, and more.

All in all, a great experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Our primary aim has been to cultivate customer loyalty, achieved through establishing product trust and leveraging upsell opportunities. The Insider Mobile App platform served our needs perfectly, enabling easy campaign creation for cross-selling to app visitors.

Insider's team promptly addressed any technical challenges we faced - ensuring uninterrupted user experiences. Their effective issue resolution underscores their product quality and customer support. We value their swift assistance and eagerly anticipate our ongoing collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a worry that the app integration could take some time as we have seen it with other vendors but Insider was different and the integrations happened super quickly without hassle thanks to Insider's team. It didn't even need involvement from our team to fix things which was great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We noticed customers leaving our app after fulfilling their initial needs, unaware of our full range of offerings. This led them to our competitors for products and services we provide. Insider's Mobile App Suite engaged customers from acquisition to successful campaigns, preventing account loss. App push revived dormant users, boosting our overall engagement, thanks to Insider's tools. Expanding to Insider's web services in future holds promise for continued success.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like push notifications, in-app messages helped to engage specific users we want to reach. Targeting within the app has never been easier. Insider also explored ways to help connect data from different business units together, becoming the business's key partner to achieve omni-channel marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses from the Insider team when we needed help were quick, but they were often only responses, not advice or solutions. We frequently have to bring 2 teams together and it takes quite some time to get our queries addressed. Possibly because the app is quite unique and different from what they have seen when working with other clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has opened an entirely new communication channel for our brand, reaching those customers we would not have previously been able to get. The influx of users grew significantly fast and converted those users that would have missed our previously unengaged customers.
The web push notification has been the most extensive application we have used from them and continues to drive significant value dispite minimal management. I am excited and enthused by the extensive applications insider offer and look forward to exploring worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit to how many web push notifications we can send before our opt-out rate becomes significant. This is something we continue to monitor. However, we must limit our use until or else the application will negatively impact our opt-outs signicantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is assisting in creating a new communication channel to our customers that can break through the noise in the market and contact them in an effective manor.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
We found all their products that we leveraged, including Web Push, Onsite Personalization, WhatsApp, and Architect to be easy to understand and implement. Using their products, we were able to launch multiple campaigns at the same time without being dependent on their team for support. In a short span of time, we observed significant improvements in our engagement rates on our website.

Their product, Architect, helped us engage users across multiple channels like on-site, Web Push, and WhatsApp as a part of orchestrated and personalized journeys for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there were a few bugs that we encountered in the panel. However, the team at Insider were able to resolve those issues in a timely manner and enabled us to achieve desired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though the traffic on our website was good, we were struggling with high bounce rates and poor conversion rates. Therefore, we needed a solution that could help us keep them engaged on our website by showing relevant content and products to them.

After understanding our challenge, the Growth Consultants at Insider suggested we use their Architect tool, an AI-backed customer journey builder. The Architect enabled us to track the interests, behavior, intent to buy, and their search history. Having access to such useful information, we were able to create customized campaigns for our users based on their unique behavior and reach out to them with the right message, at the right time, and on the right channel.

In addition, the team recommended we implement onsite personalization to provide our website visitors with personalized experiences by showcasing the products of their choice and interest to them. Such personalized campaigns helped us nudge our customers to make a purchase. In just 4 months, we observed a 12% uplift in our conversion rates. We also leveraged their other channels like Web Push and WhatsApp to notify our users on price drop of products and send out discount coupons.

What do you like best about the product?
I like our collaboration with the Insider consultants as they are extremely helpful and super quick whenever we send a question to run campaigns. The platform is so easy to use, I think even my five-year-old niece could use it! We like being able to trial new campaigns on one domain. We learn what works then we can very easily replicate it across all seven of our domains.

The products are super impressive, to say the least. We’ve used a whole bunch of their products like the Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, and Eureka to improve the website experience for our customers. Smart Recommender has combined with Eureka, their Search Personalization tool to deliver AI-powered product recommendations when users search for products they’re looking for. This is a super cool product of theirs that we’ve just started using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical implementation right now is taking a lot of time because we have a lot of complex systems but that is to be expected. We hope to have everything fully integrated soon so that we can create even more valuable customer journeys for our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion rate optimization is one of our biggest KPIs. We are doing a lot of work on removing friction points in the customer journey to make the path to purchase as smooth and quick as possible. We use Insider's cross-channel journey builder, Architect to create personalised and relevant campaigns across multiple channels to maximize engagement and drive our conversions.

We’ve used Architect for campaigns like cross-selling and up-selling relevant products for our customers to drive higher purchases and boost conversions. Web Push has helped us re-engage users on the desktop but not on our website with offers and recommendations to bring back traffic onto our website to engage them with more relevant content.
