What do you like best about the product?
As a travel brand, it was essential for us to establish a strong online reputation to ensure our users trusted our services. The most effective way to achieve this was to engage our website visitors across various channels personally. Therefore, we selected Insider's Mobile App, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools. The Mobile App catered to our mobile users in a way we never imagined. Its in-app recommendations feature is very precise, utilizing users' browsing and purchase history to suggest offers most suited to their preferences. After integrating Insider's solutions, we noticed a decrease in both bounce rates and app closure rates. All thanks to the Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile App pre-built templates helped us to replicate our lead collection success. Insider addressed all our needs. We are very happy to have worked with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we couldn't deliver personalized experiences to our users, our direct booking rates weren't improving. The Insider team suggested to start email campaigns to inform users about offers and discounts tailored to their searches. The Email tool was very effective. We had access to over 40 pre-built templates, including AMP, price alerts, welcome emails, and more, which expedited our campaign launch. The standout feature was the modular editor. By combining it with the pre-built templates, we turned a standard email into a conversion powerhouse. The interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements also contributed significantly. Thanks to Insider, our direct booking rates increased by 30%.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Insider's tools is seamless. Switching from one tool to another is a cakewalk. Its compatibility with the existing business system is also commendable. We selected their Web Suite, Web Push, and Architect tool and the experience was magical.
Architect was the best of all. It allowed us to effortlessly design cross-channel campaigns. This tool transformed our customer experience, enabling us to craft personalized campaigns across various channels at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has been proactive in addressing the major challenges we encountered on our website and helped us to realize our primary objectives. We are more than happy to recommend them as an overall growth development partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been experiencing a consistently low ROI from our marketing campaigns and weren't sure about the underlying issues. After learning about Insider, we reached out to them for insights. They quickly identified our weak points and recommended the right tools to address them.
Initially, we were hesitant about adopting Web Push as a communication channel. However, we soon recognized its potential. Thanks to Web Push Recommendation, we were able to send personalized product suggestions through web push notifications to our website users, enhancing our engagement and ensuring they received the most relevant recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's product suite offers the best marketing automation experience in the industy. Its four-dimensional approach examines every aspect of campaign needs and responds appropriately. We acquired their Email, SMS, and Mobile App tools. All these tools integrated seamlessly with our existing business systems and operated without a hitch.

The standout tool was the Email. It greatly enhanced our email campaigns. We accessed over 40 pre-built email templates, including AMP, price alerts, welcome emails, and more, speeding up our campaign launches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with them has been a great experience, and we look forward to collaborating with them again in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We couldn't generate quality leads for our transportation brand. The information we obtained from our website mostly consisted of visitors who were only interested in downloading our free resources. To address this, we reached out to the Insider support team.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very pleased with the suite of products we've utilized, which includes Web Suite, Web Push, Architect, Email, and Smart Recommender. These products are exceptionally easy to use. They offer robust segmentation capabilities that assist us in effectively targeting the right customer groups. The built-in templates not only help us launch campaigns more quickly but also inspire new campaign concepts, thanks to their accessibility. Additionally, the support and guidance we receive from Insider's Customer Support team, along with the comprehensive Academy documentation, contribute significantly to resolving any questions or concerns we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've encountered minimal issues as the products are exceptionally user-friendly. When challenges arise, their support and the Academy documentation have consistently assisted us in resolving any difficulties effectively.

With the segmentation features offered by Insider, particularly predictive segmentation, we successfully honed in on our intended customer groups. Smart Recommender played a crucial role in enhancing product discovery by enabling us to showcase AI-driven personalized product suggestions. What do you like best about the product?
In our line of business accurate patient information is important and Insider’s CDP (Customer Data Platform) ensures we always have access to complete and accurate patient history making it our most favourite tool from Insider. Architect and Email are two other Insider tools we have been using and the results we managed to achieve have been unbelievable.

Architect – the journey orchestration tool by Insider tracks every possible customer touchpoint and using ready-to-use email and WhatsApp templates we ensure that our customers get to know the right offers, due tests and doctor follow-up visits on time. Also, running personalized campaigns for health check-ups is now easy and always a success. Our customer retention is up by 70% all thanks to Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ready to use templates are a life-saver, however industry specific templates like for us would be a welcome addition. However, we do understand that given the spectrum of industries Insider caters to they need to have solutions that can be applicable in many different scenarios. However, Insider has gone that extra-mile to come up with tailored solutions to address our unique business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to retain and expand our customers despite having the best doctors on-panel, state of the art medical facilities, and highly competitive pricing. Our biggest drawback was our inability to serve our customers the way they expected us, resulting in high customer churn. We got the Insider team onboard to fix this problem. The Growth managers at Insider suggested we use CDP, Architect, and Email by Insider.
CDP helped us gather all data at one place which enabled us to segment customers and run more targeted campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Insider was a valuable experience for us. We used their SMS and Email tools, which helped us enhance our customer service. These tools allowed us to orchestrate a data-driven ordering experience.

The highlight was the ability to create attractive emails using the templates provided taking into consideration customer feedback and user preferences at various touchpoints to offer a genuinely unique, relevant, and personalized experience.

What do you like best about the product?
In the home and furniture business, it’s more than necessary to showcase products in a highly engaging and interactive way. Unfortunately, we were unable to achieve that. But after selecting Insider’s Architect, Email, and Web Push tools, things took a turn for the better. With Web Push, we could send tailored messages directly to our website users through their browsers. These messages were personal and perfect for keeping our website visitors interested. This exponentially increased our customer experience as compared to what it was before.

What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely happy with the ROI that we received.
The flexibility of Smart Recommender algorithms and quick to deploy functionalities are really amazing.
The sheer variety of journeys that can be deployed using Architect is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the system is not completely there yet and there are some optimizations needed. But apart from that, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting unknown users with triggered messaging to bring them back into the funnel if they drop out during the 2nd and 3rd purchase.
There was an increase of 37% add to cart rate with Smart Recommender.
We achieved a 15x ROI in 2023 and we are expecting the same as we move forward.
