What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Architect tool's cross-channel journeys helped us engage our customers on their most preferred channels. The ability to launch such sophisticated journeys for different user personas across websites proved extremely beneficial for us, boosting our conversion rates by 5%.

Apart from Architect, we also used the Web Suite, Smart Recommender, Web Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools. The Web Suite stood out with its journey orchestrator. It enabled us to personalize campaigns using easy pop-ups. The messages delivered by these pop-ups were used to promote our products, generate leads, and encourage users to for loyalty sign ups
What do you dislike about the product?
The Web Suite's behavioral targeting allowed us to target customers based on their behavior on our website and mobile app. This enabled us to deliver more relevant and timely messages to our customers. Initially, understanding the entire process was somewhat challenging, but Insider’s support team assisted us throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool that consolidated all marketing channels into a single panel, which was easy to use and enabled us to create cross-website customer journeys with multiple channels. Insider’s product suite became a dream come true. They provided an easy-to-use platform suitable for multiple use cases. We had all channels under one dashboard, which empowered us with efficient go-to-market strategies and improved agility.

This 360 marketing automation boosted our conversion rates, including purchases, code registrations, and sign-ups, and reduced cart abandonment and bounce rates, improving our overall gross profit margin. Thank you, Insider, for all your support.

What do you like best about the product?
A tool or a technology is only as good as the team making it work. For us the best part about working with Insider is their brilliant team who makes all the magic that these tools create possible. The automotive industry is both dynamic and competitive in equal measure. Making the customer aware of any new launch is important in our industry to ensure sales and this perhaps was a big challenge cascading to many other issues like not getting enough bookings for a test-drive and therefore low sales. With InStory we could run stories on our website and app just like Insta stories giving customers a preview of our upcoming car launch generating the right buzz and excitement. Using Smart Recommender we displayed actual user reviews about our existing cars and shared suggestions with cars and features tailored to a particular user’s interest.
Eureka made discovering a new launch very easy.

The multitude of features Insider comes with can be overwhelming to begin with, but the ever supportive Insider team makes the entire process a cakewalk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating awareness about new launches was a challenge, so was product discovery and navigation on our web store and mobile app. By leveraging Eureka, InStory, and Smart Recommender, product discovery and website navigation became easy and getting sign-ups for test-drive became seamless. What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Architect tool allowed us to craft a customer journey from scratch by integrating starter elements, conditions, and channels. The personalization capabilities made it incredibly user-friendly. We could also save templates for future reference. In addition to Architect, we chose tools like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Eureka. Eureka stood out and played an important role in marketing our fashion brand and attracting new customers.
Leveraging these tools, we efficiently engaged a wider customer base in a shorter time frame, marketing our supplemental products and offering highly personalized experiences to our prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Insider’s product suite, we have boosted our growth tenfold compared to what it was previously. We are very happy to choose them as our growth development partner.

We lacked 1:1 communication with our customers on messaging mediums. Given that we are a fashion brand, WhatsApp is the preferred platform for sharing personalized product recommendations. This limitation of not being able to use WhatsApp for interacting with our audience was impacting our sales. Insider's WhatsApp tool came to our rescue.
With Insider's Single WhatsApp Message and Triggered Messages features, we created a variety of personalized campaigns to engage our customers throughout their shopping journey on their preferred channel. This was instrumental in orchestrating 1:1 messaging experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Not just one, there are couple of things that we liked about this platform:

1. The integration was not at all challenging. In fact, the customer support and account management team made the process hassle free.
2. To every marketing and growth related business problem, Insider has got a solution.
3. Understanding each product might take a while in the beginning but one can easily get a hang of it once they start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our journey with Insider has been exceptionally smooth, seamless, and successful. While we initially thought that the integration process would be time-consuming, with the support and guidance of Insider’s growth managers and customer support team, we were able to integrate all the channels quickly. We are delighted that we chose Insider as our growth partner. It has truly helped us provide our customers with an experience that boosted our conversion rates and enhanced our business's bottom line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given that the travel industry is highly competitive, our primary aim was to win the price war and bring back churned users to our website, transforming them into paying customers. After understanding our core objective, the account managers at Insider suggested we use their Architect tool, an AI-backed customer journey orchestration tool that could help us identify the best communication channel to reach a particular target customer and engage them.
As recommended by Insider’s growth consultants, we also utilized this channel to notify our target customers about offers, discounts, and add-ons at discounted rates, leading to increased conversions, Average Order Value, and enhanced business profitability.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we had a vast volume of customer data available with us, we were on the lookout for a tool that’s capable of unifying data on a single level. What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
As a travel business, our primary goal has always been to drive higher conversions through our website rather than simply obtaining clicks. Before using Insider, reaching a larger user base was challenging. However, after onboarding Insider, their account managers and growth team recommended that we utilize their WhatsApp marketing solution. And guess what? We succeeded in delighting our customers with superlative experiences.
By using their WhatsApp tool, we were able to send out promotional messages on one of the most-loved messaging platforms, alerting customers to discounts and offers on travel. What do you like best about the product?
Insider's support teams are the most humble, knowledgeable, and proactive individuals we've ever worked with. Based on their suggestions, we opted for the Web Suite, Mobile App, and Recommendation tools. The personalized recommendation engine enabled our business to offer suitable products, content, and experience suggestions to our customers across all channels.
Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, the system analyzed customer data, including browsing history, purchase history, and demographics, to understand their preferences and interests. We used this data to better understand our customers' behaviors and recommend relevant home and furniture products to them. This positively impacted our items sales.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to deliver personalized experiences across channels based on unified customer data and AI. The powerful segmentation allows us to target different user personas throughout their journey. Insider's intuitive journey across Web, Mobile, Email, Push and WhatsApp makes engagement seamless.

The highly accurate product recommendations optimized by AI have significantly grown our cross-sell/upsell revenue and reduced cart abandonments. We're able to optimize campaigns using Insider's detailed analytics and attribution reporting which provides a 360-degree customer view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve in navigating the platform due to its vast capabilities was quite hard at the beginning. However, Insider's customer success team ensured we overcame this quickly through training and support. The only other aspect is the lack of more out-of-the-box messaging templates, but their template editor makes customization easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's email tool is the best in the market. It's super convenient now for us to create email campaigns using the tool's modular email editor. It's just dragging and dropping elements like coupons, real-time timers, and recommendations. Apart from the email tool, we also used Insider's SMS and Mobile app. Both devices are working great, and we are delighted with the way we can send personalized messages to our customers across messaging channels.
