What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s CDP's Identity Resolution Management feature impressed us the most. By identifying and linking customer data from multiple sources, it created a unified customer profile for us. This enabled us to obtain a complete view of each customer and their interactions with our brand.
Using the CDP, we can now stay on top of data collection, gathering customer information from sources such as email addresses, phone numbers, and customer IDs.
This has made our management considerably easier. In addition to the CDP, we chose the Architect and Email tools, and neither failed to impress us. We experienced a significant increase in our business ROI as our marketing operations became more streamlined.

We offer a vast product catalog, with numerous items across categories and sub-categories. Presenting these products on our website in a manner that makes them easily discoverable for our customers was daunting. However, the Insider team went above and beyond to support our objectives. Of these, Eureka's AI-powered Search Recommendations feature stood out. There's nothing we dislike about working with Insider. Their support team is responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

The Insider Email tool expedited our campaign launch and enhanced its effectiveness and click-through rates.Setting up an email campaign with Insider's modular email editor was incredibly convenient. We utilized existing templates and stored various blocks as separate modules for reuse in future emails, saving considerable time and resources.What we particularly appreciated about Insider's email tool was its ability to effortlessly transform a standard email into a conversion powerhouse by incorporating interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements. The complexity of navigating the extensive capabilities Insider offered. However, their stellar customer success team ensured we overcame the initial teething issues through stellar onboarding guidance and support.

Insider's template options for WhatsApp could be more luxurious and premium-looking. However, their template editor does make customization very flexible and easy. We would also like more ready-made email templates tailored specifically for luxury brands. But overall, the platform's capabilities outweigh these minor limitations.
