What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s orchestration tool, Architect, is handsdown the best. It helped track our customers at each touchpoint and engage and deliver them hyper-personalized messaging at the right time. This ensured customers felt more connected to our brand and spent more time navigating our offerings which resulted in more sales. Recommendations was an icing on the cake which ensured a higher average order value per cart. Website and Mobile App helped us create a minimalistic, clean looking, cohesive look. All in all it has all contributed to a higher user engagement rate and higher sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
All we can say is we are mighty impressed with Insider - especially Architect - The Journey Orchestration Tool. Will happily recommend Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user engagement on our website was at an all time low and bounce rates abnormally high. We soon relaized though are MobileApp was easy to navigate the website was not. More than often people could not find what they were looking for on our website and hence the high bounce rates. Insider’s Growth Team tailor made the right toolkit for us - WebSuite , MobileApp, Architect, and Recommendations. The results of harnessing the capabilities of these powerhouse of tools left us amazed. Our bounce rates reduced by 80%.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us to maximize our marketing efforts, enhance our website and app engagement rates, upsell the ancillaries, retarget churned customers, acquire new customers, and drive conversions. Their Growth Management team is the best as they made many good suggestions. We made several changes to our website and app to improve experiences for our ttarget customers.We also used their Architect tool to build customer journeys considering factors like user attributes, unique preferences, and their search history and retarget them by sending relevant messages to grab their attention and influence their decision to make a transaction. Insider’s web push channel was also a great option that their team suggested to us to bring relevant information to users’ attention.These strategic implementations resulted in a 52.4% increase in the number of transactions, which was definitely a huge success for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we’re really impressed with the results we’ve achieved using Insider’s products, we would still like to see some of the use cases in the travel vertical where the platform has significantly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is intuitive and user friendly that helped us create multiple campaigns simultaneously and enabled us to acquire more potential customers. Previously, we had to manually create campaigns and you can imagine how time consuming that would have been! When we started leveraging Insider, we discovered that the platform is very helpful and in no time, we were able to automate our marketing efforts. It’s also a comprehensive platform that helped us revamp our website from start to finish which uplifted the retention and conversion rate. The platform as a whole has been a great addition to our airline business as it helped us in crafting a great product roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
We’re highly impressed by the capabilities of Insider Growth Management Platform and the insights it provides. Not only did it help us target the right set of audience with the right messaging at the right time, we were also able to gather valuable data about what makes our customers convert.
Using Insider’s various products including SMS, Email, and WhatsApp we were able to communicate with our customers across multiple channels and influence their decision to make a booking with us. Because of its stellar capabilities and feature-rich solutions, Insider has truly become a must-have tool in our marketing arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s Growth Management Platform is one of the best marketing automation tools for businesses looking to fastrack their growth. Its analytics dashboard is quite detailed and offers several customized reports to gain a comprehensive view of business performance. We’re happy with the results we have achieved using insider's product suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to travel, everybody evaluates multiple portals before reaching the final stage of making a booking. Because of this, we were experiencing a high user churn rate. In order to bring users back to our portal and book their flights with us, we needed a solution that could help us reach out to our customers across different communication channels and automate our marketing efforts by notifying them of fluctuations in the price and seat availability. After evaluating an array of platforms, we came across Insider and were particularly impressed with the platform’s solutions and their capabilities. The growth team at Insider recommended we use their AI-backed customer journey builder - Architect, to instantly activate new user journeys and nurture them by notifying them about price drop alerts. Their growth team also advised us to use their WhatsApp, Email, and SMS channels to send out welcome emails and messages to new users and alert them about the reduced ticket fare in real time.

By utilizing Insider’s 40+ pre built templates for email to notify our users about the incomplete bookings, and encouraging them to make a purchase, we were able to accelerate our campaign launch and increase open rates by as high as 90%. As suggested by their growth team, we also added countdown timers and coupons in our email campaigns that uplifted our engagement rates by a whopping 62% and conversion rates by 12%. In just 3 months after the implementation, we observed a substantial uplift of 78% in our Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) and 23% decrease in cost per transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Insider as a whole because all their tools come with great functionality enabling marketers to solve the toughest of their marketing challenges with AI-backed automation tools. Before we started using Insider we were experiencing poor engagement rates on our website as well as app. Also, delivering 1:1 experiences to our website visitors and app users wasn’t easy because we had no clue on how to track user journeys for individual users and identify where exactly our customers were dropping off. After we discussed this problem with Insider, their support team provided us with some great suggestions. As advised by them, we utilized their web suite to optimize the layout of our website and also used their dynamic category optimizer to make category search seamless for our potential customers.

To create personalized onsite experiences, their team recommended we use their Architect tool to determine unique user behavior, identify their interests and preferences. The integration was quite seamless in that we were able to get a detailed 360-degree view of our customers and create individualized campaigns for a unique set of customers. After 2 months of applying these recommendations, our user drop off rates decreased drastically and our sales became 4x.

Partnering with Insider was one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made. All the tools and channels they suggested we use were simple and allowed fast integration. Happy that we used Insider as the platform helped us achieve noticeable results - improve CX, boost conversions.

Previously, we were struggling to deliver personalized experiences to our customers and optimize categorization on our website and mobile app. Because of this, our customers were facing difficulties finding the products they actually wanted to buy and losing interest during the search process. What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s tools seamless integration and intuitiveness impressed us the most. We chose the Architect, Email, and Web Push tools. At first, we were unsure about using Web Push as a communication channel. However, Insider’s Web Push tool reassured us that we had made the right decision. It is one of their top tools offering outstanding features that allow us to manage opt-ins and fine-tune campaigns for engagement without overwhelming our users.

There's nothing to dislike about Insider. They have a great team and product, and together they deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Our conversion rates had been slowing down, and we needed an immediate solution. After reading positive reviews, we reached out to the Insider team. And they have the top tools like Web and App Push. Their segmentation abilities allowed us to launch targeted campaigns effortlessly. Pushes like price alerts and back-in-stock notifications encouraged customers to make purchases. Since launching these campaigns, our conversions and recovered revenue rates have increased.

As for Architect, it played a critical role in crafting journeys across multiple channels like Web Push, App Push, In-app, Email, and SMS for a single use case. What do you like best about the product?
In the age of smartphones consumers no longer shop only on the web, mobile apps are the new luxury in shopping. Insider's AI-backed technology aids in creating highly personalized campaigns by presenting the most pertinent products based on users' desktop and mobile web browsing habits. The conversions we get from their dynamic URLs integrated messaging using Web push is mind boggling. With the help of automated web push triggers from Insider, we can send notifications to clients on time, with content they find interesting, even when they are offline.

Also, human support is very caring and solution oriented.

More variety in ready-to-use templates will be a good addition. The current templates are also nice and offer us enough variety, but the heart desires more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers shop both on our website and mobile app but at times were unable to find the product they were looking for when switching devices. The outcome, they lost interest or ended up shopping from a competitor website. Insider, helped us deliver a consistent and seamless experience both on the mobile app and the web. The web notifications with dynamic URLs made it simple to find the product they wished to purchase which resulted in fewer incidents of cart abandonment.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's interest-based personalized onsite experiences boosted our business's ROI. We used their Web Suite, Mobile App, and Eureka tools. The integration was seamless, and we didn't experience any problems using the tools. The gamified templates helped to optimize our CAC effectively. The 'Instory' element library is the best.
