What do you like best about the product?
Choosing Insider as our Growth Management Platform was one of the best decisions we made. Utilizing their Web Suite channel, we not only improved the user experience and made it more personalized and delightful for our website visitors, but it also helped boost our engagement and conversion rates.

Additionally, we leveraged InStory, their immersive storytelling tool, on our website. This tool quickly captured users' attention through engaging and catchy social media-like stories related to our best-selling products, offers, and discounts.

To deliver highly personalized experiences to all our website visitors, we implemented the Insider team's suggestion of their Smart Recommendation engine, which helped us display the most reviewed and best-selling products to our users, encouraging them to make a purchase. In addition to these changes, we also utilized their Email channel to send out promotional emails to our existing customer database.

These implementations have been game-changers for our home appliances business, as our sales have increased by 15%, and the average order value (AOV) has seen a massive increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn’t face any challenge working with the Insider team. While it took us a while to get a hang of each of their tools and identify what KPIs to track, with the support of their growth and customer success team, the process was smooth. Would surely recommend Insider to other businesses!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Insider's Web Suite improved the user experience for our website visitors, making it more personalized.
2. With the Smart Recommendation engine, we highlighted trending, recently viewed, best-selling, and frequently bought together products, leading to an increased Average Order Value (AOV)
3. The email channel allowed us to keep both existing and churned users updated about real-time offers, discounts, products back in stock, and more, ultimately bringing them back to our website and resulting in increased sales.

What do you like best about the product?
We all love social media – don’t we? Well our customers certainly do. Personalizing campaigns is one thing but the way one presents can transform the outcome. Despite running great offers we noticed that our customers were not exactly buying those products even when eyeing on them for the longest time. Insider’s team came onboard and highlighted the fact that customers were probably not aware of these exciting offers.

We were already using their web suite to optimize the user web experience and Recommender to suggest products they might like and it was showing good results. But they suggested we use InStory – an immersive tool that enables us to run stories like Instagram on user profiles specific to their interest and amplify the current running offers, discount deals, and more. We did and saw a 27% uplift in sales on products that were on offer. Though we like all the tools currently in use, InStory is the clear winner for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to simulate marketing campaigns similar to social media platforms with such ease is just mind blowing. Thank you Insider!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user engagement and conversions on discounted products was low. Insiders suite of marketing tools the web suite, Recommendation, and InStory changed the game for us. The best part was the ease with which we could implement these on our app store and web store with no tech support needed whatsoever. The results were fast and we saw our user engagement and conversions increase by leap and bounds.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support team and robust product suite are the two areas where no one can beat Insider. Working with their tools, including Web Suite, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Architect, helped us deliver a seamless experience
We were most impressed by the Architect. The cross-channel journey orchestration engaged our customers in their preferred channels. We were also able to seamlessly map our engagement plan for multiple customer touch points. This ease of marketing automation helped us to increase our online sales, boost conversion rates, and double our ROI.

Insider delivered the best in class customer support in the industry hands down - so no major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Insider was a great experience. We use their Web Suite, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Architect tools which enabled us to reach out to a large audience in a short span of time. This lets us market our supplemental products and deliver highly personalized experiences to our customers. Now, we can easily plan how to engage customers across different touchpoints.
Once set up, there’s no room for any extra work. Implementing Insider’s solution helped us to achieve high engagement rates and conversion rates. We are very happy that we chose Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has truly elevated our marketing efforts with its robust features. The ease of creating personalized omni-channel customer journeys from a single platform stands out. The platform's effectiveness in tackling cart abandonment through various channels, including email, SMS, and web push, has significantly boosted our conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience with Insider has been great, the onboarding process was slightly lengthier than anticipated and the instructional content could be more accessible. However, once onboarded, the platform's performance has been excellent, making the initial onboarding time a minor concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The comprehensive analytics tools provided by Insider have empowered us to make informed, data-backed decisions in real-time.
Managing various tools was cumbersome before adopting Insider. Its omni-channel approach has been instrumental in retaining users and driving higher conversions. The platform's centralized tools have streamlined our processes and enhanced user experiences. Activating journeys across channels from a single platform has saved us significant time, allowing for more efficient and cohesive marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Smart Recommender offered a wide variety of recommendation algorithms that optimized product suggestions for our users. This ensured that the right products were displayed to the appropriate audience, significantly boosting our conversions and sales.

Additionally, by integrating its capabilities with the Email and Web Suite, we doubled the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. With the double opt-in, we verified user authenticity, ensuring if they genuinely wanted to receive communications. This prevented us from spamming our users with unwanted content.

Insider support team is very responsive and highly knowledgeable. We have a wide range of products and services and the Insider's team assisted us at every step.

Our campaign ROI was not as we had expected. Insider helped us orchestrate a data-driven buying experience for our users by predicting buyer behavior and placing relevant complementary recommendations across different touchpoints. These recommendations were also auto-optimized, leading to improved conversion rates.

The Smart Recommendation, combined with predictive segmentation, was extremely effective and helped us hyper-target our users. Behavioral targeting allowed us to better understand customer behavior and make decisions accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform comes with great capabilities to track users’ interactions on the website in real time such as understanding their intent to make a purchase or leave the website. With this evaluation, it created personalized experiences for our churning users and converted them into buyers. This way, our lead collection was improved and we were able to acquire new potential customers, resulting in higher conversions. With the suggestion from Insider’s growth team, we implemented gamification elements on our website that improved engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! Insider’s dedicated team of Customer Service Managers stayed in touch with us on a regular basis for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The suggestion to add gamification on the website improved our onsite engagement rate.
The implementation of the purchase progress bar on the home page improved the AOV and helped us drive 432x ROI. CR uplifted by 13.2%.

What do you like best about the product?
The Architect – a journey orchestration tool by Insider is a clear winner for us. It helps track the customer journey across all touch points and send them alerts in real-time across all channels (email, web push, app push, WhatsApp). This dynamic feature coupled with Web suite and Mobile App helped create hyper-personalized, beautiful, and consistent campaigns across our web store and app store. That’s not all, personalizing the campaigns and communication simulated a sense of human connect and attention which customers often crave for in the realm of the digital world. As a result, our customer acquisition was up 25x this quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated campaigns are perfectly timed and dynamic making every customer interaction truly count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers back and acquiring new ones was a challenge would be an understatement. Insider’s AI-driven tools the web suite, mobile, and architect helped automate campaigns and connect with the customers with right messaging at the right time. What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to create personalized inter-connected omni-channel customer journeys easily from a single platform
- We’ve been able to efficiently tackle cart abandonment with messages across multiple channels - got higher conversions
- Engaged customers via emails, SMS, and web push channels to bring them back to our website and app to get more conversions
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding took a little longer than we anticipated, but once we were onboarded, we’ve had a great experience overall using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main challenge was to retain existing users and get them to purchase more and drive higher conversions.
We’ve used Insider for 3 months plus to improve their CX on the website and mobile app. We’re activating journeys across multiple channels all from a single platform and that’s really helpful in saving a lot of time for us.
We’ve also been able to arrest possible churn and boost loyalty by creating these better user experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Architect, Customer Data Platform, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp by Insider. The Customer Data Platform, or CDP, assisted us in organizing all of our data by gathering data from several sources and compiling it into a single location which is my favourite. The Architect tool has made it simple to launch promotional campaigns across several channels and at scale. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp are now automated and triggered automatically with relevant messaging depending on customer behaviour. Customers get the right triggers at the right time which have helped us get good conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Architect has enabled us to create a truly personalized experience for each individual customer and thus added a human touch which is often missing in the digital space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reach customers across channels and not intimidating them was a challenge. We were unclear on when and how frequently to send triggers. The objective was to build a promotional strategy that was subtle and non-intrusive but also one that stood out. Insider’s CDP, Architect, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools collectively helped us achieve all of this and more. Insider’s cutting-edge technology enables us to communicate with each customer in the way they prefer and also plan a robust strategy on how to reach out to different customers at different stages of the buying process. We have been successful in making our promotions more effective by better knowing our customers' expectations which has in turn piqued customers' interest in what we have to offer. The outcome is more conversions and higher profitability.

What do you dislike about the product?
**Expensive.(Insurmountable in the early stages)

**In Taiwan, e-commerce is an industry that places great emphasis on efficiency, which means it must be fast. However, it is obvious that Insider is a foreign company in the local area. Many services require support from the headquarters, but there are still regional time differences. However, Insider was recently established in Taiwan. branch, hoping to overcome this problem sooner.

**At the beginning of the cooperation, it was stated that customer information before the cooperation could not be entered into the data platform. However, when it was planned not to continue using Insider in the near future, it was stated that past information could be entered. Not sure where the standards are?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no significant improvement in performance, but it coincides with the unblocking of the covid-19 epidemic, the flow of people returns to offline, and the balance between online and offline is regained.

Therefore, it is impossible to directly prove the performance improvement. In addition, it is expensive and the enterprise has a large expenditure burden. Under the influence of many factors, I think it is not a good time to use Insider.
