What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s journey orchestration solution, Architect, has been a boon for us as it has enabled us to scale up our cross-channel marketing strategy by leaps and bounds. Through Architect, we were able to create orchestrated journeys across channels like web push, email, and SMS and integrate that with our existing mobile app communication. Architect’s AI-powered Next Best Channel capability has been super critical in taking our engagement game up further because it suggests the ideal channel to communicate with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us a while to get accustomed to all the capabilities of Architect. So to get it to function properly without creating any interruptions or problems took a bit of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult for our brand to understand and choose which communication channel would be better to communicate with our customers to solve their queries. Still, Insider’s Architect tool helped us to deal with this issue by analyzing the customer’s behavior and recommending us a suitable channel from the list of Web Push, Email and ads. Now we are able to assist our customers better than before which helped our brand to gain their trust and loyalty. Also, our customers are more satisfied and happy than before which is positively impacting our brand’s reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider’s WhatsApp along with their Web Suite application for some time now. This helped us engage in conversations with customers on WhatsApp the moment they abandoned their carts or searched. Sending these triggers in real-time when they were already engaged on our website helped us get better conversions and sales. The one-touch response WhatsApp capabilities also helped us gather insights on why customers were abandoning search and their shopping carts and making necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
The business WhatsApp templates have to be approved by WhatsApp which can be a little time-consuming. However, Insider’s team took over and got all the approvals in place so that we could implement our WhatsApp campaigns quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were experiencing unusually high abandonment rates. It was therefore important for us to build that personal connection with the customers, gather feedback, identify the reasons, and make necessary amends. Insider’s WhatsApp helped us achieve all of this and more.

So along with Web Suite, we were effortlessly able to create a cross-channel personalized marketing automation engine.

Insider’s Web Suite and Architect made customer journeys more profitable

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s CDP and predictive segmentation capabilities allowed us to predict when customers would churn, based on certain customer attributes. Insider helped us predict what each customer wants; it could be a discount or a reduced shipping time, but the predictions were spot on. We could store all the data in Insider’s CDP and use all the data to build meaningful customer experiences on the website and beyond on other channels.
Our website got a completely revamped feel and customers spent more time transacting.

We were then able to orchestrate the perfect journey for such customers with Insider’s cross-channel journey orchestrator, Architect. Insider Architect also allowed us to A/B test various possibilities and eliminate any friction during the checkout process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Web Suite is awesome and there is nothing about it we don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website was just another e-commerce website selling consumer goods. Though our products were unique in the materials we used, the look and feel, and sustainability too, we had very few visitors.
We used just two features of the Web Suite to get the results we always wanted. The use of layout optimization helped us experiment with different layouts until we picked the right one with Insider’s A/B testing tool.
Insider’s Architect then helped us create customer journeys that led to more conversions. Not just that, but we were also able to A/B test the customer journeys on our website.
Both these products together helped us increase traffic to our website in just a matter of months. We are so happy that we used Insider. I would heartily recommend it to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is helping us deliver highly personalized user experiences at every stage of the customer lifecycle. With InStory, we are able to bring an immersive social-media story-like browsing experience to our website, highlight relevant products, and shorten the path to purchase. Their personalized product recommendation algorithms across the entire shopping journey have also helped us increase conversion rates and AOV. With Insider, we are able to make every virtual shopping session count and deepen customer loyalty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we dislike presently. We are looking to expand our usage of the product and experiment with responsive web templates to make it even easier to fire up unified personalization scenarios across our web platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Insider, we struggled to prevent drop-offs and improve our conversion rates across the desktop and mobile sites. Our user experience was not optimized enough and we didn’t always have the internal resources to build more immersive and relevant experiences. Insider’s web conversion capabilities and AI-powered Smart Recommender have been easy to implement, help run complex experiments across pages and audiences, and improve relevant product discovery. All this directly impacts our conversion rates and revenue, bringing down our customer acquisition costs significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
To start with, Insider has allowed us to do more with our customer data across our tech stack thanks to its ease of integration. Being able to accurately identify anonymous and existing users across platforms and devices, we can gather insights via detailed unique user profiles. By being able to understand our unique users’ behaviors and intents, we are able to build and deliver very personalized user experiences across different channels like web, app, email, and SMS with Insider’s Architect. This foundation of rich user data allows us the flexibility to strive for deeper personalization that directly impacts our engagement and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were looking for more pre-built templates relevant to our industry and use case when it came to building cross-channel journeys. That has actually been addressed and has been a big help, allowing us to go from conceptualization to deployment much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Insider, we had access to customer data but we weren’t able to activate it effectively across channels. This resulted in siloed and often broken user experiences, impacting our user retention. With Insider in the mix, we can trigger these cross-channel experiences in real-time while also predicting what they’re likely to do next. That added layer of AI-led predictive intelligence complements our human marketing intelligence, helping us impact the conversion and retention metrics that matter the most.

Insider’s Web Suite and Architect reduced churn rates significantly

What do you like best about the product?
There’s a lot to like about Insider’s Web Suite. We were able to improve the website experience for our customers significantly. But what we particularly liked was the recommendations feature. By being able to categorize products on our website into Trending, Most Viewed, Most Valuable, Most Discounted etc., we were able to get customers to click through to purchases.

With Insider’s own Architect, we created individualized journeys across different channels that we could A/B test and easily even duplicate across customer segments. This was another feature from Insider’s suite of tools that we liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Both the Web Suite and the Architect have nothing that we do not like about them. They were just great for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website was riddled with lower average order values, even though customers were spending some time on our website. We knew our recommendations could be better, but there was no way of course correction that we knew at the time.

Insider’s Web Suite provided the best recommendations and we were able to optimize the layout and add the banners we wanted. This will be great as we prepare for Christmas.

Our recommendations are so much better. As we gear up for the holiday season, we are looking to make an impact with our highly personalized banners and user-friendly, optimized website layout.

Insider’s Architect allowed us to use specific journey templates perfectly made for our industry. Select, drag and drop a customer journey was ready in no time. We are so happy with Insider!
As a result, we reduced churn rates and today have loyal customers who have showered us with positive reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider's Web Push solution, we got new users on our website and nudge them to engage for a longer time by showing discount coupons, check out our offerings, and eventually converting these into actual sales. We were also able to re-engage users who hadn’t checked out our website for a long time by sending out web push notifications. This helped us ensure that we retain our customers and improve our customer loyalty.

Their AI-powered segmentation capabilities are one of the best in the industry and enabled us to target the most relevant customers for our various marketing campaigns at the right time. With Insider's Send Time Optimization capabilities, we were able to send personalized web push messages to our customers at an ideal time. This ensured that customers engaged with and spent time on our messages, significantly increasing our engagement rates.

No complaints as such, the journey with Insider has been pleasant, fruitful, and full of good surprises so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our old patrons were kind of disengaged and getting them back onboard was a big challenge. With Insider’s personalized web push message and predictive segments, we could target these disinterested users and manage to bring them back to our website. We were also able to identify and target users who would engage when offered discount coupons. By getting back old customers and many new ones, we were able to maximize our sales and revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
Through Insider, we were able to implement multiple A/B tests at the same time on our website without any technical requirements or problems. With the help of the A/B tests, we were easily able to understand the campaign that performed better, we got insights into our consumers’ preferences and we were able to optimize our site to meet their needs easily.
By A/B testing the campaigns we want to launch, we ensure that we are creating the right kind of website experiences as we understand the pulse of our target audience while testing it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating the campaigns wasn't easy and we needed help from the team to design them. It isn't as DIY (Do-it-yourself) as it initially seemed. Having said that, Insider's team is super helpful and responsive and end up solving all our headaches pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's A/B testing is a really effective tool. It's so easy to set up and understand, and it doesn't take long to see the results. It gives an in-depth understanding on how your users interact with the site.
This ensures that there are minimal errors from our side when it comes to launching campaigns that engage users.
