What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Personalization solution, we were able to run multiple campaigns at the same time without the support needed from the development team. Creating campaigns was very easy and we were able to increase the number of journeys we were creating for many different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, there was back and forth in coordination as the Insider team was overloaded with work. But after a few days, we received great support from the Account Managers. We are happy that we chose Insider as our growth partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a partner who can help us provide our website visitors with personalized experience and drive more leads. This is where Insider came into picture and recommended us to implement their Onsite Personalization on our website. They also suggested we use web push to send push notifications to our customers. Within a few weeks of implementation of Onsite Personalization, we observed an uplift of 102% in conversion rates.

Also, by implementing their web push solution, we were able to generate 149 new leads and saw a conversion rate uplift of 16%.

What do you like best about the product?

The personalization strategies for websites suggested by Insider seemed quite creative to us. We were able to show personalized banners, coupons, and recommendations to different segments of users.

As we were new to the platform, Insider’s customer support team assisted us throughout the implementation process and this was extremely helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything from implementation to measuring results seemed to be effective and efficient. Even the process followed by the Insider team at all stages of implementation is well-organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting a good amount of traffic on our makeup and beauty product website, but we were failing to engage our visitors, retain them, and convert them into customers. Therefore, we needed an onsite engagement strategy that we could use to target our new users. That’s when the Account Management Team at Insider suggested that we integrate Coupon Code overlay to engage visitors.
All the new visitors who were visiting our website for the first time were getting a special first-time user discount coupon which they could use on their very first purchase itself. By implementing this strategy, we observed that our onsite engagement for new users was gradually improving and more users were buying products on their first visit. Ultimately, we witnessed an uplift in Conversion Rate and Average Order Value on the desktop website as well as mobile web.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature would have to be the ability to edit the font, style and color of every button on our text content sharing website. Generally a marketing tool may not go into so much depth and be so versatile, but Insider’s Web Suite is an exception to that rule.
Design is absolutely paramount to our website and Insider was able to help us in this regard. Another great bit was keeping the customer engaged and Web Push helped us send timed notifications to every customer no matter what stage of

We love Insider’s Web Suite and Web Push for their great features and ease of use. We have no dislikes at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content (text) sharing website was getting in the numbers in the beginning because it was a novel idea at the time. But as competitors came in with better looking websites, we took a hit in customer views and reads. We had to do better, but did not know how.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Insider for every aspect of our website and mobile application, including Web Suite, Smart Recommeder, Email, and Web Push. We’re truly amazed with the results we’ve got after implementing their Smart Recommender technology. In just a week after the implementation, we observed that our conversion rates improved significantly and the churn reduced by 60%.

The best thing that we like about their AI-backed tools is that they help us encourage our users across different touch points. We also received great results through web push notifications as we were able to engage users who were not even on our website. This way we were able to drive more users back onto our website and increase our revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t faced any major challenge so far working with the Insider team. The only thing which we can point out here is that it took us a while to get a hang of their products as Insider has a number of tools to offer. However, with the support of their customer success team, we were able to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a retail chain, we have multiple retail stores across different locations. But since we wanted to drive more conversions online, we were looking for a solution to improve user experience and increase installs for our mobile application. That’s why we decided to try out Insider’s Growth Management Platform. After understanding our requirements, the account management team at Insider recommended that we leverage their Web Suite to improve UI/UX of our website and Mobile App Suite to create individualized customer experiences for our app users.

The team also suggested that we implement their AI-powered Smart Recommender tool on our website to make product recommendations personalized based on unique user behavior and preferences. We also used their Email solution to nudge and encourage our customers to visit our website and install our mobile application. Within a short span of time, we observed a spike of 40% in our Product Page Views.

Furthermore, delivering
personalized experiences to our website visitors and app users, which further decreased our bounce rate by a whopping 68% and conversion rates were increased by 30%.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of players in the market that offer web push messaging and promotion-based platforms. But what appealed most to us is that it allows us to reach out to customers at the right time using Send Time Optimization. In addition, the platform uses automation to personalize messages for each customer, which is definitely a time-saving process. Their segmentation capabilities are super strong and that allows us to target different user segments to send out personalized messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t faced any difficulty using the platform so far and we’re really happy with the results that we have achieved after using the Web Push tool by Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to provide our visitors with a hyper-personalized experience and initially, our strategy was to connect with them using relevancy. But the results were not as expected. Then Insider came into the picture to realize our objective and promptly built the best possible approach to send web push notifications related to ongoing offers, price drop alerts, and products a particular user was searching for was back in stock.

Also, using the tool we were able to send personalized pushes that captured users' attention and influenced them to visit the website and make a purchase. By implementing this strategy, not only were we able to turn our inactive users into daily visitors, we were also able to convert those users into customers. As a result, we were able to improve engagement rates, drive more conversions, boost sales, and generate revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s multiple predefined customizable templates allowed us to personalize and automate messaging for our users based on their activities with great ease. With the help of Insider’s academy and their CSMs, we were able to get reports and insights in real-time.

Their products are also amazing as they are effective in so many different ways. Our mobile app engagement has become so much better since we started using their solution. Tying up with their cross-channel journey builder, Architect, we have reached customers on many other channels. We are able to discover the best time and channel for different segments of users and we build our campaigns accordingly. It’s been a great journey so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues as such. Initially, we experienced minor bugs in mobile templates like dim effects. The bugs weren’t too critical though and can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the user experience for our mobile app users. To achieve this, we decided to explore Insider’s in-app templates that helped us efficiently convey messages to them in a clear and efficient way. This implementation of the Insider product resulted in increased conversion rates.

We were also looking for a solution that could enable us track user activity within the app and automate campaigns accordingly. After understanding the requirement, the Account Management team at Insider recommended us to implement their Architect tool on our app. By using this technology, we were able to successfully entice users to complete their purchases, which significantly improved our conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Insider, we’re impressed with the platform's features, particularly Smart Recommendations, InStory, and Email. The Smart Recommendations feature is a game-changer, providing personalized product recommendations to customers based on their browsing history and preferences. This has helped to increase customer engagement and drive sales for my business.

The InStory feature is also a standout, allowing me to create interactive and engaging stories within the website, which has improved the customer experience and encouraged brand loyalty.

Initially, we needed a little hand-holding to get started with the products. But the Insider team proactively supported us in integrating tools. Overall, we are happy with the results we’ve seen so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After implementing the products by Insider, we’ve seen a tremendous improvement on our website. With their Smart Recommender, we were able to remove all the clutter from our website and provide our users with a personalized and convenient overlay. This further improved our cart cleaning and abandonment rates which boosted the online conversion rates by 6.5% over 6 months time.

With the help of their InStory tool, we were able to capture the attention of our website visitors with personalized stories, which further significantly increased engagement rates on our website. Apart from this, we were also looking for an automated email solution to drive more leads.

We’re also glad we used Insider’s email tool as it not only improved segmentation but also helped us drive more leads and uplifted the conversion rates by 23.30%.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is one of the best Marketing Automation Platforms that offer a wide range of products for businesses to create engaging and excellent experiences for their website visitors. From the homepage to the contact us page, it offers a great set of tools that are capable of amping up the user experience in a short span of time. We have so far used Insider’s gamified lead collection, on-site messages, and banner overlays that enabled us to create a personalized and stellar customer experience for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform offers a number of tools that can be a great addition for any business’ marketing automation strategy, it’s sometimes difficult to keep track of the marketing trends that are coming up. But by continuously staying in touch with their Account Management Team, you can easily stay abreast of latest trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that would enable us to optimize our conversion rates and elevate experiences for our website visitors. The growth consultants and Account Management team at Insider recommended us to implement personalized banners on each page to grab the attention of visitors. They also suggested we use their InStory tool on the top of the website, which seems similar to a social media-like story overlay in order to optimize the engagement and retain them on the website. What do you like best about the product?
Our entire website, including the onsite, web push, and product recommendation bars, uses Insider. Insider is simple to use, and all of our campaigns appear quite professional. The potential to offer our customers personalized experiences, such as unique buy triggers, is what we value most about Insider. We also like receiving push notifications with product recommendations because they motivate customers to visit our business again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Utilizing Insider is pretty simple. However, it takes some experience to truly learn the platform's use, but that's okay because our account managers are here to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we aimed to raise both our conversion rate and average order value. We keep a huge stock of products. Therefore, we also wanted to make it simpler for our customers to find products. Customer product discovery has been greatly accelerated by Insider's InStory, social media-like experiences. On the shopping page, we also use AI-driven product recommendations, which significantly boost AOV and conversion.
