What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been working with Insider for the past 6-7 months now and what we really like about the platform is that it’s capable of showing results from the first month itself. We believe it’s all because of their time that works 24*7 to make the tool implementation process faster.
We’ve been able to show personalized emails to boost engagement and conversions for a wide variety of use cases thanks to Insider’s exhaustive pre-built template store. Their template store has been extremely helpful in allowing us to get started pretty quickly with creating personalized campaigns for different user segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing specific that we can point out here, but one thing we’d like to add is in the initial stage, it’s sometimes difficult to get used to the platform. But with some frequent training sessions from the experts and continuous support from the customer success team, understanding all the features of the platform becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were finding it difficult to engage with our inactive and churned users. That’s why we need a solution that could help us bring back those users to our website, and keep them engaged and retained. Thus, to re-develop interest among them, we decided to use email as a channel to communicate with them. It took us a few days to decide which platform we should use and then we came to know about Insider.
With the help of their Digital Growth team, we were able to create segmented email campaigns as well as newsletters. Given that all these campaigns were highly personalized, we observed a good opt-in rate. Not just that, we also achieved a conversion rate slightly higher than that we used to receive from the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Many options for website personalisation and e-commerce optimisation are difficult to deploy and come with a hefty price tag. Working with Insider is fast, efficient and it's easy to demonstrate an ROI very quickly. It's not just out of the box solutions either - they work with you to tailor individual solutions. Working with them is a true partnership.

I've yet to find a downside. There's so much more I want to do.

Achieved higher conversion rates with Insider’s Web Push Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
For web pushes, both automatically generated and manually submitted, we use Insider’s Growth Management Platform. Insider is also used by us to optimize on-page conversions. Conversion rate optimization was the major reason we contacted Insider, and the web push notifications have been a useful extra tool. With the use of web push notifications, we are able to connect with different audiences like new users and inactive users, that were previously inaccessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were small bugs that we need to pay close attention to. But overall satisfied with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the added benefit of web pushes and the support offered by the Insider Growth Management Platform, we decided to go with Insider. Instead of just offering a self-service platform, Insider offers a managed solution that assists us in developing and implementing ideas. The best part about Insider’s web push notifications is that we were able to target users from so many different user segments and we were able to personalize messages accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
To improve our marketing approach, we combined Insider's Web and mobile suite with us. All of this freedom was offered while it continued to offer its effective strategic consulting service. Their main advantages are efficient functioning and timely technical support. Without a doubt, their product has a powerful capacity to achieve the impossible. Our conversion rates have significantly increased as a result of Insider's targeted ads and online push alerts. We appreciate the opportunity to work with such a great group.

Our contacts with Insider have been great thus far. The Insider service has been absolutely fantastic!

We used the conversion suite for desktop, mobile, and online push with assistance from the Insider team. What do you like best about the product?
Insider enabled us to create innovative and highly successful personalization strategies to engage users on different channels. We were able to retarget users on Facebook and they proved extremely effective in bringing them back onto our website to get them to convert.
With few in-app messaging template options, marketers frequently struggle to achieve customization. However, Insider's exhaustive ready-to-use templates helped us stop this issue in its tracks. We got immediate access to templates that were tailored to our marketing needs and suited a wide range of use cases. They were also simple to put into practice and exactly what our consumers wanted. We also managed to improve engagement on SMS by sending more personalized messages that resonated with the users.

We have not encountered any issues yet and are pleased with the outcomes after using the messaging applications and other tools offered by Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Our website navigation was somewhat disconnected as we noticed most of our audience engaging with the product pages yet not making a purchase. Insider helped us in gamifying the entire buying journey thereby stitching together all the touchpoints of customer experience. We creating personalized website experiences for our users across the complete customer lifecycle and this proved extremely beneficial for us. Once this strategy was implemented, we instantly noticed our sales growing beyond our expectations.

Moreover, we also noticed greater use of coupons sent through emails after using Insider’s email suite. The impact of the promotional mails that we were sending out improved drastically.

What do you like best about the product?
If we have to pick the best feature we loved about using Insider’s tools, it would have to be the ability to create journeys based on their pre-built templates. We were able to create journeys based on specific goals; in our case, customer acquisition. Using Insider’s cross-channel journey orchestrator, Architect we were able to generate more leads through the various channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
We love Insider’s Architect and Web Suite for their intuitiveness and ease of use. The only minor hassle that we had was during the initial integration. Post that, it was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider we directly addressed our primary problem, that of customer acquisition. We had no idea that technology would be so advanced we could have pre-defined templates for every use case including customer acquisition, but it is.

In Insider’s Architect, it is as easy as selecting a predefined template for a flow with customer acquisition as the goal. We are happy to note that we could have used our industry as well to get a predefined template.

With Web Suite we were able to highlight offers the way we wanted to with the Personalize it Yourself (PIY) toolkit. This and the work we did to make the website responsive really helped us drive sales during Black Friday. The end result: A cool-looking presentation to stakeholders that highlighted how much we grew over the year!

What do you like best about the product?
It is no secret that gaming is highly popular today. Realizing that a good many of our customers would be gamers too, we used Insider’s mobile marketing suite to implement a wheel of fortune.
This wheel of fortune (for purchases upwards of $200) would allow the user to qualify for a jackpot at the end of the month. The first prize was for $1000 and we gave away $500 for the runner-up and third positions.

It can be overwhelming at first to use the mobile marketing suite, but once you realize the benefits you can gain from it, it becomes a mainstay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our luxury apparels app saw a significant increase in the number of downloads during the Covid period, but we were not able to capitalize on it. We thought initially that this was because people weren’t looking for our product or couldn’t afford it. Little did we know that the mobile marketing app from Insider could change things around for us.
The AI-based recommendations helped us cross-sell and up-sell with relevant content. The wheel of fortune allowed us to gamify our app for a better experience and to engage more users. Social proof allowed us to leverage existing customer purchases more effectively.
The result: We were able to increase the number of positive reviews on the app store, increase the average order value, and most importantly reduce churn. I would recommend Insider’s mobile marketing app to every e-commerce venture out there. Try it, to believe it!

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s InStory, a part of their Web Suite helped us create compelling narratives around great products we were already selling, now also tying in influencers. This was totally customizable and the aesthetics could be further tweaked with the Web Suite Personalize it Yourself (PIY) kit.
This was what we liked best about Insider! We could also set up custom web push notifications targeting different customer segments. This also helped us improve the conversion rate a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our bottom-line looked great, all thanks to Insider. So no, nothing to dislike here!

Our cosmetics website was not getting many visitors. We dismissed it as being unattractive too. But with InStory, we completely changed that. We built great stories around the cosmetics we told and we tied in Instagram influencers who had purchased them. We included their testimonials. This helped with product discovery and to improve customer experience with actual stories around our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite was able to predict what each customer wants based on attributes such as browsing habits and time spent on the website etc. This helped us set up recommendations for loans accordingly for each customer.
This was what we liked best about Insider and what we thought was instrumental in increasing our conversions and pushing our ROI upwards. The Web Push worked for us even when the customer was not online, which made a crucial difference to our conversions as well.

The Web Suite helped us optimize our website layout and send recommendations that worked. There’s nothing to dislike here.

Our website for financial offerings was not doing too well. The bounce rate was too high because the website was too cumbersome to navigate.
