What do you like best about the product?
Self-adjustable segmentation settings and simplicity of use are the best features. We value how technology makes it simpler to collect important user data. Insider uses incredibly effective and unique personalization techniques. Using their segmentation capabilities, we’ve been able to target the right users at the right time across the website using different features like banner overlay, personalized coupons and personalized recommendations. What do you dislike about the product?
Although it took some time to put some tools into place, the outcome was beautiful, so the wait was rewarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked a method of compiling data for messaging and retargeting. By collaborating with Insider, we were able to take advantage of their messaging services and obtain vital information regarding consumer behavior. Increasing customer loyalty was made possible by creating personalized website experiences. What do you like best about the product?
The best feature would have to be the ability to edit the font, style and color of every button on our text content sharing website. Generally a marketing tool may not go into so much depth and be so versatile, but Insider’s Web Suite is an exception to that rule.Design is absolutely paramount to our website and Insider was able to help us in this regard. Another great bit was keeping the customer engaged and Web Push helped us send timed notifications to every customer no matter what stage of the journey they were in.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love Insider’s Web Suite and Web Push for their great features and ease of use. We have no dislikes at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content (text) sharing website was getting in the numbers in the beginning because it was a novel idea at the time. But as competitors came in with better looking websites, we took a hit in customer views and reads. We had to do better, but did not know how.
So we improved the font, style and color of everything on our website down to each button. We also optimized the layout to a more compact one to offer a better reading experience.Insider helped us accomplish both. We also leveraged the Web Suite’s social proof feature to let people know how many times a text was downloaded, effectively driving more clicks and increasing the downloads even more.
Insider’s Web Push also sent timed notifications to readers to continue with their read or pick up a new one if they were done. Eventually, it helped boost our online readership and we couldn’t be happier!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to build new campaigns by Insider's in-built templates.
AB testing function to test, understand and evaluate our campaigns. Helped us create more relevant campaigns as we are able to understand which campaign would be ideal for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tool has no major flaws, a few onsite campaigns decreased our website speed. But with the help of Insider's support team, we quickly solved this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness for our strategic items increase significantly after utilizing Insider on our website. Using Insider's Website Personalization tool, our team was able to know exact journey of each online user. Based on this, we can create personalized campaigns to improve customer experience on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s A/B testing to test various elements on our website to improve conversion rate using the suggestions we got from the winning test results.

Insider has a lot of templates that are super flexible to use. We have fun creating campaigns using them. It is very easy to use for increasing membership number on LINE.

Another huge plus point about Insider is it supremely saved us operation cost because we can now easily operate without IT additional resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were worried that the integration process would take some time. But it was relatively easy and we managed to accomplish it without any intervention from our own team thanks to Insider team's assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we understand the deeply personal act of buying property, we still believe technology can help us refine our sales process. We chose Insider to display onsite recommendations of the right property for our users. We are happy to report that Insider has been a success for us, having tremendously improved our lead collection and helping us close more deals and drive profits up.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Insider platform is that it’s really easy to use. The team provides great training to get you started quickly, but there’s so much more you can learn by experimenting and having fun with it. It’s very intuitive.

What I’m most excited about is the customer journeys based on product affinity that we are building. I think that’s an amazing capability to have and believe it will be really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we do a lot of custom work with the Insider developers, we have to raise a lot of tickets. The team get back to us very quickly, which I’m really happy about but sometimes there is a miscommunication or I have to dig deeper and request more information. So that's something that I think could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our existing tech stack, predominantly Salesforce, didn’t facilitate the level of personalization we wanted to provide to our customers. Insider enabled us to achieve our personalization goals, integrating easily with Marketing Cloud. Together they make a really powerful tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Insider on a daily basis for our direct marketing communications such as ad-hoc email campaigns, web push notifications, on-site campaigns, and automated journeys, and I can say that it is a powerful and easy-to-use omnichannel marketing platform.

Mostly I like the email builder, which is very easy to use and you can create designs with little HTML knowledge or without any.
Secondly, I like the Architect (automated journeys), in which you can use a variety of templates covering the most common user behaviors, such as Abandoned browse, Abandoned cart, etc.
You can also create your own journeys and add every channel you desire in one single journey, depending on the user's reachability.

Their Customer service is also good, they respond very quickly and you can write not only about issues or bugs but even if you need support for creating a campaign, or customizing a template for your business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the platform a lot, however, like every other platform, it can't be perfect.
We had some issues related to the prices of the products visualized in emails.
And we faced some roadblocks with integrating Insider into our application.
However, Insider's team always responds to our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can say that the use of Insider for more than a year has helped us implement a lot of campaigns, both ad-hoc and automated, which have had a great impact on increasing the company's Revenue, AoV, and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Insider are great to work with to workshop and build ideas that best suit your business needs. They take the time to understand our brand and really get to know our data to best support decision-making. The process from ideation to implementation is the quickest I have ever experienced with a tech partner, and the service and attention we receive from our CSM is extremely helpful and reliable. We love the ability to discuss new features and ideas we've seen across other sites on different platforms, and within a week or two we are experimenting and testing that experience on our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need someone in your internal team that can dedicate time and resource to the platform. To provide content, build and refine campaigns and track analytics. Your CSM is there for support and to help get you going, but ultimately it comes down to you as the client/brand to really utilise the data and features to its full capacity. To warrant the cost and see a significant ROI I think you need to commit to being hands on, consistently monitoring campaigns and performance and refining optimisations as you go. If you set and forget i don't think you're getting the most from the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is allowing us to run CRO experiments across the site to review, which benefits our overall development roadmap. We review campaigns and determine if we should develop natively. Insider also allows us to add layers of personalisation to our overall e-commerce experiences, such as targeting visitors with region-specific website features/messages. We also run web push through Insider which integrates into our multi-channel communication approach.

Less options on the customer end for specific devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After understanding our challenges, the team at Insider suggested we retarget our existing customer base in a more personalized way. Using Insider’s features we are able to track user behavior on our website and display relevant call-to-actions like “Click & Collect”. “Free Shipping”, etc on web push notifications when they are not on the website.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best actionable CDP I've come across. The amount of templates make it easy to test and deploy rapidly. Still in onboarding but the first results are promising. Quick action is taken to make it happen whenever issues or ideas come up that are not integrated in the platform yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to consider is that Insider has an extensive global team, which has many advantages but also means that many different specialists are involved, especially during onboarding. This can be a bit confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing CLV, Conversion rates in a time where it is difficult to stand out from the crowd. Insider helps us to create the omni-channel workflows we've always been looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool that simplifies the process of customizing the user experience, adding agility to the process and allowing us to allocate our resources more efficiently. The A/B testing functionality is also exciting as it helps us, quickly and with little effort, to be more sure about the effectiveness of the content we are promoting to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyzing our report was difficult, as was reconciling the profitability with our internal data since we use different attribution models. It would also be nice to have more sophisticated visualizations in the dashboards to better understand campaign analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a personalized experience for our clients, keeping them engaged and bringing loyalty. Using Insider’s personalization suite, we have managed to achieve just that!

Their wide range of in-built templates has proved extremely useful in helping us create campaigns easily and quickly. Hence, we needed little help from their team once we were onboarded, as their tools are pretty easy to use.

Thus we could create an effective personalization engine on our website with little effort needed from our IT team.
