What do you like best about the product?
We mostly like their Support, interactivity , user friendly panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't much to dislike,but it lakes a global report for all the panels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After a bad experience with another plateform for messaging (sms, e-mail and architect), we decided to go for insider since we already had it for all the website needs (onsite campaign, recommander) and we were very satisfied.
The goal behind our choice was to give the most personnalised experience to our customers and to reach them on all the touch points of their journey.

Insider's support and Architect's journey orchestration and automation saved the day for us

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Insider was the technical support we received. There was no confusion or delay from Insider when it came to how to implement a particular use case for us. They were available 24/7 too, which was just icing on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
We loved the Insider experience overall, but we still feel that the panel speed can be faster, enabling us to reach our objectives a lot faster. Apart from that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no automated tool for interacting with users and meeting them at the touchpoints they were available on in the customer journey. No advice could be found for any scenarios that could be enabled the customers to convert them. When Insider entered the picture, Eatsy was transformed. We saw a 50% to 70% increase in the number of signups once we started using automatic scenarios in Insider's Architect after pushing content to the user's mobile using Insider's very own App push. The combination of App push and Architect is working wonders for our marketing campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about our Insider experience was the segmenting capability present in the Web Suite. The ability to connect with our users online and get to know them better through Architect and tailoring customer journeys that led to conversion was very satisfying as well. The technical support we received from Insider was remarkable and helped us solve the problems that lay ahead of us, enabling us to succeed in lead generation and improve our sales too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a con, but worth mentioning that if the user cannot be identified, then the online and offline efforts of converting leads would become difficult. Improvement here will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bounce rates on our website were low. We could see that the users were interested in our blogs but weren't purchasing much. Our business happens offline, but because we couldn't identify or target individual users, our campaigns were largely unsuccessful. It was also very difficult for us to A/B test the scenarios on the web. By leveraging Insider's Web Suite and the Architect tool, we were able to collect the leads that matter and contact them offline. The conversion rate also improved by 33%, which led to a corresponding increase in our ROI for the year. Thanks to Insider, we now know exactly who among the users engaging online are interested to buy from us, and we can target them accordingly using Architect.

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to easily and quickly implement new campaigns whenever we want
We are able to carry out many different onsite experimentation campaigns that give us a lot of perspective into what kind of elements and features on our website our customers like and respond to
Campaign analysis offered by the platform is to the point and insightful
Insider, as a CDP, has helped us gain an overall improved understanding of our customers, empowering us to offer better services and features that they look for
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue that we had in our initial days of using Insider was the complexity of the dashboard which made it a little difficult to understand. But over time, we have gotten the hang of it well and it is no longer an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has been beneficial to our business and helped us improve conversions across different touch points with various campaigns. We are very happy with the platform’s technical abilities and the team’s support offered. We have achieved impressive results in our different A/B test campaigns, and being able to test our campaigns allows us to be most effective when we put out the finalized campaigns that win the test. This has been a great advantage for us when using Insider.

Apart from the 14x ROI from using Insider, we have also achieved an uplift in conversions of 10%. Insider’s Web Push has also been significantly contributing to an improvement in conversions and it has been a pleasant surprise to see such effective push campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?

Functionality-wise, the tools are fine. However, the smart recommender was missing from the package they provided, and our team had to acquire it from another vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced challenges understanding the needs of our existing and new customers. Our B2C model was also inefficient and poorly optimized. Our reach was limited by these issues. Insider's Web suite, Architect, and Email supported our team in solving this issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the vast variety of support from the Insider team, from being able to raise tickets on different panels to implement enhancements that improve customer journeys, to getting cool ideas from Account Management Team about implementing Memory Game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I wish that Insider had the ability to duplicate WebPush templates to different countries as it would save us time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with Insider frequently to implement stickers for our promotion, which as we have seen recently helps us greatly to increase our conversion rate. Furthermore, we have also succesfully trialled the Memory Game for the first time in December which was a fun and interactive element that was implemented to engage with our consumers more.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider had proven to be an effective individualised cross-channel marketing solution for our company. Having a large customer base, we found it challenging to personalise our communication. Insider's architect tool for omnichannel journey orchestration was our solution.

Service support rendered by the team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to effectively track ROI, especially for products with high value. As a solution, we are currently evaluating CPA to determine the actual ROI.

Reporting panel has room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that had cross-channel communication capability and a CDP to implement truely personalised comms, which gave us 2.8x better conversion rates.
Another key benefit is ease of use and speed to market. As marketers with limited html or programming knowledge, my team can easily setup campaigns within minutes. With the number of campaigns we've created on Insider and the frequent changes required, we do see significant cost savings in IT development hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Within two weeks of using Insider’s customer journey orchestration product, Architect, we successfully got 4% of our users to complete their first investment with us. This is an express period for customers to close on a significant process like investing, and we believe this is one of the fastest anyone in the finance industry has achieved.

Insider is a multi-purpose and hassle-free platform that supports recommended segments for which we can fine-tune personalization. Their customer support team is also to vie for, with competent service that truly stands a notch above the rest in the industry.

The gamified templates on Insider are a refreshing experience for us in the finance industry. We see how our user base has engaged better with us since we started teaching these elements into our customer experience, and it has been rewarding for us. We have achieved incremental conversions of up to 6% from using gamification provided by Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our daily operation tends to get affected when the advanced analytics goes off. Additionally, aware of the heavy base that Insider occupies, which sometimes affects the long wait loading. It would be a lot better if it stayed on throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to reduce user abandonment after KYC, and encourage them to complete their verification and make their 1st investment with us. Insider’s customer journey flows are easy to create and personalized to generate the desired results we want. We like seamlessly communicating with our users on multiple channels automatically, simply by creating and running personalized customer journeys for different segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is developed nativily understandeble due to ready-to-use templates which allow to implement all the main marketing mechanics smoothly. Also when we need something which is customized but very vital for our business the Insider team helps us to implement everything almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the fact that we need to unite several data bases it takes much more time than we want to unify data. Though we understand that this is not mainly Insider responsibility, it would have been better if it was done faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is massively offloading our IT team which helps us straightfowardly implement everything we need in quite a short period of time. We use practically the whole platform. Our most persistently used product of Insider is personalization on both platforms web and mobile, moreover mostly we are focusing on mobile users that's why we are strengthen our mobile app usage. Threfore we are trying to develope mobile personlization tools such as recommendationds and Instory throughout the app for transforming our clients into loyal ones.
