Insider help to boost sale

What do you like best about the product?
We are working on a AI tool for providing a solution in automobile sector but little bit confused about marketing and sales so Insider help a lot for generating new business.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign tools and features are easy to navigate and recreate, different services are available depending on business objectives and requirements, and client support is very much key to our campaign success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Even the help centre and tech support teams are always responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing bounce rates, optimising customer journeys from various traffic sources.

35% CRU in less than one year of using Insider’s AI-powered Personalization Engine

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Smart Recommender is not the first one we’ve used to show AI-powered personalized product recommendations but is surely a good solution compared with the past we’ve used. We are able to check real-time statistics, unlike previous vendors we had. It is also unbelievably easy to implement it on our website and we don’t have to reach out to our IT department for that. We love that it is very flexible to work with, so we quite enjoy using it.

But above all, this technology delivers results that make a difference. 35% increase in conversion rate in less than one year of using it is no small feat. Among all, the revenue brought by Insider’s smart recommendations has been growing. Which means machine learning continues to optimize and has been improving over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we make changes to our website structure, the Smart Recommender campaigns get affected for some time before picking up again. Web push usage is under expectation, and did not bring as much business profit as predicted due to restriction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were simply looking for a better solution than the one we were using before for product recommendations. We didn’t have the option of having real-time statistics with our previous vendor, so when we found that Insider offers the same. It performs exceedingly well and delivers results that inspire us, and it is also very thoughtfully made with marketers in mind. All in all, it has been a great product for us.

A robust tool to help improve CRO

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider Platform is a robust tool that allows companies to experiment, test, and gain valuable insights into online customer behaviour.
What I like best is the ease with which we are able to manipulate pages using the Insider Platform. Client services are also impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the reporting aspect of the Insider Tool can do with a bit of optimising itself. It can hard to navigate around and find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider allows us to execute online tests/experiments on our sites.

We use the data Insider provides to help improve site CRO and decide how to optimise our overall UX/CX journies for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Insider's mobile app technologies: app pushes, in-apps and others.
It is good that Insider provides a big number of different features which help us to improve communication with our users.
We like Insider account management team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike, but since we work through API we are not able to check some key metrics on the dashboards and we can't use In-apps through API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly interested in mobile app capabilities due to the goals of our business. That's why we decided to start using Insider - they have a lot of features for mobile applications. We have set the mobile app push through API (which was not the best desicion) and integrated it with IOS and later with Android. With the help of Insider we are able to send massive pushes, advanced pushes like carousel, to trigger cart abandonment mechanics and launch in-app communications.

Solid 50% conversion rate uplift using Insider in just a few months

What do you like best about the product?
As far as our website revenue goes, Insider contributes to a large share of 15%. This is a huge percentage and the impact they've create is quite good. We switched to Insider for Smart Recommender, their personalized product recommendation engine since we found their AI algorithms extremely robust, with numerous awesome features offering a lot of flexibility in usage. Using Smart Recommender, we have been able to show personalized product recommendations easily and they have ensured that we are getting more converions and sales.

At the forefront of this is Insider's amazing Customer Data Platform (CDP) as that's the product that knits everything together. Their CDP helps us integrate data from a variety of sources together to act on it to create engaging cross-channel campaigns. We are able to understand our customers better know since the data aren't siloed now but are in a single, centralized location.

Insider's suite of products have been a big plus for us and we're glad they've made a significant change to our website experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're quite happy with the conversion rate uplift that we've seen with using Insider's products. Since they also provide us with a solid ROI and contribute to a lion's share of our revenue, they give us no reasons to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an improved smart recommendation tool compared to what we were previously using. We picked Insider because it offers more flexible features along with a stronger suite of algorithms that have proven to be more effective for our business than our previous vendor. With Insider’s use, we have achieved increased CR.

The Smart Recommender's complementary recommendations are key to driving cross-sell and up-sell on our website, and these have pushed up key metrics like AOV as well. This data-driven approach to shopping directly translates to increased conversions for us. We have implemented a variety of recommendation algorithms on our website and mobile websites, and have witnessed relative improvements which are significant, even within different algorithms from Insider. In one case, we saw that on our mobile product page, the viewed together algorithm delivered a 50% higher CR uplift than the purchased together algorithm.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Customer Data Platform helped us to create interactive campaigns for each customer thanks to the data collection method.
We engage with our users across the website, mobile app, and web push.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform usage could be more user-friendly. Insider have different solutions, but as user, it takes time to learn and create different campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us bring together our data and make it actionable. Most of the tools in the market were able to help us gather the data, but Insider helped us leverage the data to create highly individualized customer experiences across channels, in a truly customer-centric way.

The ease of the UI and ability to segment and personalize at a very micro level, combined with great support and help from the account managers.

Occasional tracking issues and mismatch in data.

Insider allows me to gather leads, create, schedule & track emails and push notifications all in one place. The biggest benefit is the architect and its ability to schedule, track and combine multiple channels together.

Great AOV uplift using Insider's onsite tools

What do you like best about the product?
LASCANA is part of the OTTO group that has been using Insider for a long time now. I knew we were picking the right solution to help us with improving the user experience on our webshop.

Insider has a wide variety of tools and features that enhance and improve our website for our customers. We started sending various web push notifications via Insider, which is now one of our performance channels. Next to that using one of their onsite features, top reviews on our product pages, we were able to generate a uplift in AOV. We also used their category optimizer on our mobile site, and this led to an uplift in conversions. We have achieved the kind of fast, reliable growth that we knew we would get from Insider.

We use a lot of Insider’s in-built templates available and these help us scale and grow rapidly. The team of Insider behind it also help us carry out strategic initiatives that sync with our roadmap and help us evolve successfully. In the future we will go on with testing more Insider features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s new help system needed some time to get used to, but now we have caught up and are able to use it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted effective personalization on our website that can easily be scaled, and we wanted to improve conversions and AOV through this. Insider’s tools proved themselves to be the best choice for us in this regard, and we have achieved significant growth and improvement since signing up for Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mobile app is now optimized and absolutely superpowered to achieve maximum conversions and drive high profits thanks to using Insider. Our overall customer experience has improved manifold. Smooth customer journeys are now what is expected and Insider makes it possible to execute even the most elaborate customer journeys with great ease. Our conversions have improved by 18.4% in one campaign, which is just one of many very successful ones we have launched with Insider.

The advanced analytics we get from Insider is highly valuable for our business, and we have gained a renewed and much more precise understanding of our audience through this. We are very glad we chose Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, the advanced analytics are not always on. We hope they improve this to keep it on all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App user behavior is quite different from behavior on a website. We needed a tool to help us analyze this behavior so we can tailor campaigns individually for our app and website which would be extremely effective. Insider offers a wide variety of features within their mobile app product which have truly given our mobile app a much-needed power-up to cater to our audience in the best way possible.
