What do you like best about the product?
Insider has an excellent customer data platform with advanced segmentation capabilities that make it stand out from the rest. We are able to deliver individualized experiences at every level and every touchpoint using the platform. The web suite is a neat collection of features designed to help digital marketers achieve incredible results by facilitating great customer experiences that naturally convert.We have been able to drive higher ROI than ever before, along with a noticeable increase in customer satisfaction levels that we were able to gather using Insider’s interactive survey feature in the web suite. The best part about the segmentation offered by Insider is that the rules are very flexible, and we can even create our own. This means that we have complete control over how we want to understand and utilize our customer data, and this has led to precise targeting and marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the attributes for segmentation are not relevant and useful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our overall digital customer experience. We chose to use Insider’s web suite because we were impressed by the range of features, and we also were keen on using their data platform with segmentation technology. We are very pleased about the choice we made because Insider has consistently delivered delightful results for us over the months.

What do you like best about the product?
We are highly elated to see how Insider has enabled us to provide our customers with a personalized customer experience and helped us boost our engagement rates. We implemented interactive quizzes on the product pages to engage visitors on our website. This implementation offered them a chance to win a discount coupon on answering all questions correctly, which further helped us personalize product recommendations and convert visitors into customers. By using Instory, Insider’s gamified product recommendations product that shows recommendations in the form of Instagram-like stories, we have been able to engage our customers better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with Insider has been delightful. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the platform except that there are separate dashboards for the different products we’re using. A single, consolidated analytics dashboard would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an media brand, we were witnessing a large number of customers dropping off from a few product pages. By implementing Insider’s InStory tool on our website, we were able to boost product discovery by making experiences more interesting and rewarding by showing our latest offers. The tool enabled us to display our products in the form of a snackable storytelling format and caught the user's eye by showcasing highly interactive content to increase customer engagement. As a result, we saw a significant boost in conversion rates and reduction in bounce rate. Thanks to Instory as it also helped us improve the average session time on the homepage, increased user engagement, and retain customers on the site.

Improved lead collection with timely triggers and flexible templates

What do you like best about the product?
Converting anonymous or new users into registered users across the website and mobile app without pushing this user segment towards annoyance is a challenge. With Insider’s gamified lead collection templates we are able to incentivize new users to register and encourage first-time purchase via relevant discount codes during checkout. Their flexible templates also help us capture opt-in consent for channels like WhatsApp and SMS at relevant stages of the buyer journey and aided our subscriber growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted to replicate our lead collection success on our mobile app as well and for a while there weren’t enough relevant in-app templates for this use case. However, that has been addressed and their expanded template library definitely makes it easier to experiment with immersive experiences like “Spin the Wheel” etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we were getting traffic and app downloads and launches, we needed to reduce the bounce rate and app closure rates on first-time launch. In this regard, identifying unregistered users with different identifiers was key with Insider. Not only are they helping us capture leads at a vital stage of the customer lifecycle, they also help leverage these data points to drive deeper cross-channel personalization.

Insider is a must-have tool if WhatsApp is one of your marketing channels

What do you like best about the product?
As a channel, WhatsApp provides immense opportunities for marketers to develop relationships with their customers. But the native WhatsApp tool by itself we found to be less user-friendly compared to what Insider has. Insider's integration makes it simple to create and send campaigns, automating them, orchestrating larger customers journeys with multiple channels, and tracking data from everywhere in one place. In short, Insider has helped us realize the full potential of WhatsApp for our business by making it incredibly accessible, easy to use, and enriching it with templates and a variety of different automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really like the platform and haven't found any issues to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us remarkably strengthen one of our main messaging channels, optimizing it not only for conversions but also for real-time conversations with our customers. With this, we are able to show our customers that we care about them and listen to them. This has been very important for our business, helping us build trust and loyalty with our customers.

Enticing gamified experiences for increased engagement

What do you like best about the product?
A mobile app takes a lot of convincing to be downloaded on to a customer’s mobile device. When they do so, it’s so important to give them an experience that makes your app worthy of being on their device without getting deleted soon. Insider’s mobile app suite is a dream come true for marketers. It includes a really wide variety of features ranging from category optimisation to lead collection, each with its own set of templates for easy creation.

Our favorite part of the mobile app suite is the fun gamified experiences we are able to offer our customers. These play a huge role in improving the interactions on our app, giving customers the incentive to use the app.

We have been able to offer a highly personalized mobile app experience thanks to using Insider’s mobile app suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like some of the features to be more flexible in terms of their placement in the app.

We wanted to improve our mobile app experience, and we wanted to be able to offer personalized content while at it. Insider has helped us do this through interesting gamified templates. The technology is also great at segmenting our users to deliver appropriate content to each category of users. Doing this has significantly boosted our engagement rates.

Taking tailor-made web experiences to the next level

What do you like best about the product?
It’s amazing how Insider allows you to create 1:1 web experiences tailored to your users’ attributes. Combined with their segmentation capabilities, you can push out some complex, design-heavy customizations and run CRO experiments with little to no coding efforts. My favorite part is that all their templates are responsive and it literally feels like magic to create and scale our personalization efforts so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before introducing responsive templates it was quite hard for us to replicate our efforts on different devices which involved a lot of effort. Now that’s been solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had high bounce rates because of broken experiences that were not personalized and we couldn’t scale our efforts in designing these experiences. Insider came in and transformed our lives with their plentiful pre-made templates and highly interactive and gamified options to choose from. We were able to scale our personalization efforts very quickly with very less effort from our end. A game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's AI-powered product recommendations tool, Smart Recommender, has made life extremely great for us. The product helps us showcase personalized product recommendations based on each user's interests, affinities, and preferences.
Smart Recommender helped improve product discovery as it showed users the products they would love to see. We used different AI algorithms on different pages of our website and it led to great results in different ways.
The product helped boost clickthrough rates and purchases and had a significant impact on our Marketing ROI as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we made an update to our website, Insider's algorithms were slightly slow to react and show the right recommendations. But that's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's product recommendation engine has helped improve product discovery and product relevancy for our users. Since they see more relevant products on our website, they tend to visit our website more regularly now.

Top platform for website personalization and cross-channel communication

What do you like best about the product?
Our website is able to take on entirely new looks with just a few clicks using Insider’s highly effective platform. With the banner management tool especially, one of the biggest spaces on our website can be personalized to different customers’ shopping behaviors like it’s no big deal at all. It is quite amazing how easily Insider helps us implement big changes across our website in the quickest, easiest way.
We also really like using their Smart Recommender for automated product recommendations on different pages of our website. There are many different algorithms we can deploy for this, and they are all so effective in increasing sales and order values.

Another point to be mentioned is how all the features have cross-device templates which ensure a smooth, consistent brand experience and aesthetic on all the channels we wish to reach our customers on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data reporting panel gets a little slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aimed for our website to be flexible, to easily be able to add and remove elements from it, make changes as and when needed, create campaigns on the go, and execute personalization without heavy coding. The web suite from Insider has proven to be the most adept solution for all our requirements. Our average session durations have become longer, conversions have increased, and we have achieved significant ROI from using the platform to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer retention has improved manifold for our business ever since we started using Insider’s mobile app suite. Our app is very important in our marketing strategy to grow and build lasting relationships with our customers, and with Insider’s help, we are able to achieve this with satisfaction.

We have many options to peruse, such as gamified lead collection templates to reward our customers and get their contact information, interactive and flexible templates for opt-ins that help us have an on-brand presence everywhere. We also really like the ability to ask feedback and conduct in-app surveys that help us improve our features and offerings, which sends the message to our customers that we are listening to them and we want to give them what they look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t dislike anything. The only thing we would like to see would be more template updates.

Insider is working like CRM software in our company. We are using architecture products and combining offline and online journey.
