What do you like best about the product?
the abillity to innovate and offer a highly personalized product to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things, perhaps that would need greater customization capacity by segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I had to do very massive campaigns and place them by hand one by one on the web, currently I can do very personalized campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider makes it super easy to add personalized recommendations optimized for conversion, engagement, and performance depending on our requirements. We’ve achieved amazing results like higher AOV, higher conversion rates, and better ROI through some unique campaigns like Price alerts, back-in-stock alerts, and cart reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were initially finding it difficult to bring into play different use cases across channels. However, with the introduction of more and more pre-defined templates we are able to launch complex user journeys across channels based on user’s affinity to engage, truly with just a few clicks. This has been game changing for us, so no complaints at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Insider, our experiences were siloed and not tailor-made for different types of audience. With the inflow of more mobile-first users and audiences looking for us on different channels, we had to reimagine customer engagement and make it truly seamless across channels. That's where Insider came in. After Insider, marketing automation across channels has been a cake-walk. We can create automated campaigns in minutes, both with simple triggers like subscribed and complex triggers like browse

Insider’s Architect helped us engage our customers better than ever before

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider's AI-backed cross-channel journey orchestration solution, Architect, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' interests and choices based on their product viewing, purchasing, and more. This gave us helpful insights that helped us to understand more about our customer’s preferences.

With Insider’s Customer Data Platform (CDP), we have been able to consolidate data from different channels into a single location from where we could create cross-channel marketing campaigns. We were able to personalize experiences across the website, web push, and email easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now the tool worked flawlessly and Insider’s Architect tool has no known drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our brand was facing the problem of low customer retention as we weren’t able to recommend the best preferences to our customers but Insider’s marketing solution, Architect, helped to completely abolish this issue from our platform.

In terms of understanding customer behavior, the tool's AI is quite precise about recommending to them the products they are most likely to be interested in. By showing only those products that our customers are interested in, our brand has been able to increase sales more quickly than ever before.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons we picked Insider was the speed of integration, which allowed us to quickly see the true ROI on our investment.
The flexibility and extensive capabilities of the platform allowed the team to innovate and deliver onsite experiences that are really relevant and engaging for our customers by using pre-built templates or innovating to build our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching email providers is always a nerve-cracking experience, and we experienced the same when we were moving to Insider. But we've been really pleased to see the results there after which made it all completely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looking to onboard a partner, rather than just a peer solution. We wanted a company that would work with us to achieve our goals. And, make complete use of the customer information and the data that we have to deploy a more relevant onsite experience that would give our customers what they're after. And, that's exactly what Insider helps us achieve.

Pushing our way to higher conversion rates with Insider’s Web push

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is one of the best tools out there for web and app push. There segmentation capabilities help us deploy relevant campaigns to the right audience easily. We have been able to nudge customers make a purchase with pushes like price alerts and back in stock alerts. Our conversions and recovered revenue rates have gone up since implementing some of these campaigns.
Cart abandonment and browse abandonment web pushes have been two of our most successful campaigns with highest conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if we can have visualized reporting that can help us tie together some of these revenue metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were initially a little skeptical about web push as a channel owing to opt-in mandates and other reasons. With Insider coming into the picture, we are more than happy and confident that we made the right decision. I can say that we finally found the best product for web push with standout features that help us manage opt-ins and optimize these campaigns for engagement without spamming our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s customer journey orchestration tool is the best in class that I have come across. It is so comprehensive and covers a wide range of channels used by most marketers worldwide. It brings together everything you need under one roof in an easy-to-use interface.
Backed by Insider’s strong capabilities as a customer data platform, the journey builder tool is a winner all the way. We have consistently built customer journeys based on the data we have which shows the next best channel, and the best time, too, to ensure that the customer engages with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool presents a wide range of possibilities that my team needed a little time to simply wrap their heads around everything that we can do using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple channels of communication with our customers and it is important for us to maintain brand coherence and consistency across these, while also being there just enough and not overwhelming our customers. Improved ROI with Insider's Web Suite and Web Push

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite aspects have been Web Suite's ability to customize recommendations and Web Push's success in re-engaging customers. We had customers who were making purchases but a focus areas was getting them to purchase more often and we managed to pull back users more often to our website through web push messages.And once on the website, we were able to show personalized experiences to push them towards purchase.
By increasing conversions and decreasing customer churn, these solutions have helped us increase ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with Web Suite and Web Push has been flawless so far. Even the integrations were seamless. We haven't encountered any major issues or concerns, and the tools have been instrumental in optimizing our website and increasing conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website had a high bounce rate and low conversion rates before using Web Suite and Web Push. However, by offering personalized experiences through Web Suite and leveraging Web Push notifications to nudge users towards making purchases, we have been able to significantly increase engagement rates and the likelihood to purchase. Additionally, we have seen improvements in our Average Order Value, and the cart abandonment rates dropped significantly. Thanks to these tools, we have been able to provide our customers with a better experience and keep them engaged with our brand, resulting in improved customer retention and revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
We believe that Insider is the best product in the market for personalized cross-channel marketing automation. We started with website personalization as we thought that it would be less complex compared to using a multitude of channels right from the start. And that itself was a surprise as we were able to integrate swiftly and get started. This was the confidence we needed to take a step up and explore other channels. We heard about Architect, their cross-channel personalization solution to create campaigns on multiple channels at the same time. We have now started engaging our users across channels like on-site, web push, email, and WhatsApp. Their CDP has been incredibly useful in consolidating data from all these channels to help us create personalized campaigns together.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started working with Insider, the capabilities of WhatsApp and Email weren't good. But they've scaled up now and it's at the level that you'd expect it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us segment our customers better and reach them at the right time on the right channel and this has led to a 20% uplift in conversions.

The use of web push, email, and WhatsApp have been extremely useful in bringing disengaged users back onto our website. This has helped us arrest customer churn and extract maximum value from our hard-earner customers.

Very high return on investment with Insider's WhatsApp Promotions

What do you like best about the product?
We started using WhatsApp WhatsApp not so long ago and we were genuinely surprised at the high ROI. We've been able to create different kinds of personalized campaigns to influence our customers across their shopping journey with Insider's Single WhatsApp message and Triggered messages.

When we combined WhatsApp's popularity with Insider's segmentation and personalization capabilities, we were able to orchestrate highly-tailored messaging for our customers on their favorite channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if the panel offered language support in multiple languages or in local languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After leveraging WhatsApp in stand-alone messages and in cross-channel customer journeys, we've definitely seen an increase in open rate, click through rate, and overall engagement. Since not many brands are on WhatsApp, we are able to catch our customers' attention quickly.

We've also used the Next Best Channel element in Insider's cross channel journey orchestrator which chooses the best channel to reach each individual customer. This was a great feature because it saved us from so much ment

Minimized churn rate by improving our mobile app UX with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
The app suite has helped us achieve the desired outcomes from our campaign and the team has always been available to help and guide us. The team is probably one of the most important aspects of working with Insider that sets them apart from bigger vendors doing the same thing - they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to help us achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no idea about how to export analytics reports so we did lose out on the benefits initially. However, the Insider team walked us through each of these reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest issues that we faced was a high churn rate and there was no way we could identify those cases, nor could we pinpoint the reason for such churn. But the Insider mobile app suite changed it all.

The reporting feature enables the download of campaign performance reports. Reports such as ‘uninstall analytics’ and ‘app tracker’ help track when users are uninstalling an app and what other apps they are using on their device.
This real-time tracking enabled us to reconnect with the customer on time, know their pain points, improvise the app for a better user experience, and nudge them to use the app again.
