What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Smart Recommender transformed our business. With AI-driven personalized recommendations based on each user's browsing history, we saw our AOV soar 3.6X on our website. Its flexible algorithm adapts effortlessly, and insightful campaign data is conveniently visualized in one place, saving us a lot of time.

The platform also provides performance data that is insightful and easy to understand. We are able to visualize all of our campaigns and their performances right from one place - the Homepage dashboard, and this saves us a lot of time. Apart from this there are analytics dashboards for each of the products too that gives you an in-depth understanding of how your campaigns are performing.

Insider's exemplary Customer Support team should also be mentioned because they provide top-notch strategic support. They add a lot of value to our business as they offer great inputs and thoughts on how we can keep improving our business output.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to start using Insider by ourselves without a bit of onboarding and induction from the team. This is not so much a problem, but just something we would’ve liked.

What do you like best about the product?
With a wide selection of ready to use templates which are flexible and customizable, Insider has made marketing infinitely simpler and increased our team’s productivity. They are a very amicable team to work with, as well, constantly coming up with new ideas and solutions to challenges that we face. Their local team support is amazing, and they have been key to helping us understand everything with their impeccable technical communication and know-how. In short, Insider makes for a great CDP that performs exceptionally well with easy to use tools that make our website highly optimized for our users. Insider’s CDP helped us bring data from multiple channels into a single location, enabling us to extract true value from the data. It was easy to integrate with the rest of our tech stack and has brought in great marketing value by helping us engage with our customers more efficiently by creating more personalized campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates that we wanted to use were not very easy to implement and we needed the help of the Insider team to make them work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to track data and our goals in one place without needing external support. Carrying out A/B testing is also an important part of our marketing strategy. Insider offers both of these in a highly efficient, easy to use manner which can give competitors a run for their money. Our internal development team no longer has to be called upon for simple website improvements or changes, and both our development and marketing teams are now a lot more productive and efficient, thanks to Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only has Insider contributed to a 23% increase in revenue, we have also been able to win back 15% of our customers who abandoned their carts on our website. Using Insider’s app suite, we have seen a 20% increase in the number of active users on our app. We would also like to give special mention to the amazingly automated, easy to use push notifications feature. Using Insider, we were able to create and send 1.2x more push notifications compared to our previous vendor.

On the whole, the products from Insider have worked impressively for us. We must also give due credit to the very supportive customer success team that has been present for us throughout our usage of Insider. Their business review meetings proved very useful for us, and the insights and recommendations from the team helped us make some good business decisions that have paid off well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features - retargeting audience on Facebook, has not been working for us as they are dependent on a third party. The issue, however, has been raised with Facebook and we’re waiting for a response from them. But with Insider, itself, there’s nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell a lot of products and there are pretty long journeys for our customers for all of these. We were looking for a solution that would help us understand customer behavior at different points in their journey and different levels of the funnel they are in. We also wanted to optimize our automated marketing capabilities, and achieve incremental revenue from the same. Another focus area of ours was to increase the number of active users on our app. Using Insider was beneficial for us and helped us achieve our goals for all these issues. With advanced Insider analytics, we analyzed as many as 19 different funnel behaviors which heavily upgraded our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is quite proactive and strong in terms of giving feedback, responding to our questions and resolving issues. Also, we like variability of tools within one platform, easy-to-use editor and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good that Insider takes NPS/feedback seriously and implements it though some implementations are long executed like panel UX/UI improvements since I am an active panel user it is very important for me. InStory is a very nice feature/tool but is still being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the platform to ensure effective engagement with our users, we are mostly using Web push, web+mobile web personalization, mobile app push, and predictive audience.
Our main goal has been to build personalized engagement with our customers and to be able to ‘orchestrate’ our online communications with the customer within one platform (this is still work in progress). First of all we implemented web push notifications to be able to send bulk and conversion pushes. Web & Mobile Web – due to the features of the website, we usually use Instory, timers and hello bar. Plus, we have several lead generation scenarios, because it is quite important for us to increase the subscriber base. We are also actively using mobile app push notifications and in-apps and are working on making them more personalized and suitable for the needs of the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mobile app usage is important for our business and we have been aiming to improve retention on the app and increase engagement. Insider’s mobile app suite has been a blessing in disguise for us. It works so well and gives us many options to improve the smallest of things on our app, and we have seen that all of these culminate in overall higher engagement across different sections of the app. As a result of this, retention has also improved dramatically,
What do you dislike about the product?
There are the occasional bugs that creep up on the platform like any other software, but they are quickly squashed before they become a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to encourage app usage by our users on different levels of the marketing funnel. Using Insider, we were able to do it, achieve higher conversions, and increase customer retention. Insider is an amazing all-rounder platform that has taken care of so many of our marketing needs and requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Web push from Insider has quickly one of the best channels in terms of revenue generation for our business. Web push contributes to +35% of our revenue as per our CRM. I

The Web Push tool from Insider has totally transformed the way we operate and in 90 days we have seen a dramatic change with it resulting in a revenue of $6 Million. Besides this the team at Insider has been great and supports us and we feel that's essential to any service provider. The segmentation capabilities of the tool was something we were impressed with. Not many offer you to run personalized campaigns based on data driven insights. We were truly able to grab our customers' attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our revenue was positively impacted by 486x. With an ROI that impressive we intend to continue leveraging the tool to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an online aggregator it's necessary to run campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The Web Push tool from Insider provided us with data-driven insights that helped us design highly-targeted campaigns which truly connected with our customers and drove results. What do you like best about the product?
Our customer case study pages are a key focal point of our site. One of our key goals was to reduce the bounce rate on these case study pages. Insider’s exit intent technology detects when a user goes to close a page on web or mobile web and reengages them with an engaging overlay.

Another key ambition was to learn more about our visitors, in order to personalize the customer experience. We were so impressed with the number and variety of ready-to-go templates on the platform that can be applied to our site in minutes, with no coding or development work. The survey templates in particular have helped us to better understand our customers, guaging interest, gathering zero-party data and driving new business.

My team constantly come up with new ideas. With Insider, we can put them all to the test. With the ease and speed of the tool I can respond “yes, let’s do it now”, not next month or six months down the line. They feel empowered and motivated. And it drives results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider platform is built to make it easy for businesses to be self-service creating their own campaigns without external resource. That in itself is great and the strategic support we receive is excellent. However, when my team is busy, it would be great to have a more full-service support option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider saves us time, money and resource. Without the platform, we would have to allocate resources to our web agency and wait for the work to be done. With Insider, the wait is gone and we can take action straight away.

Insider has overhauled our mobile web experience

What do you like best about the product?
A good mobile web experience does not leave the customer wishing they were using a desktop. Insider has helped us achieve this level of customer experience on our mobile website with their suite made especially for this purpose. It comes with a variety of features like dynamic menus, social proof and personalized banner management. These all work together extremely well and create a delectable, personalized experience for our users.

Our website is optimized for content delivery on different mobile devices, and Insider offers us complete freedom in rearranging the content on our website in the best way possible for each different element. They have an extensive element library that makes it feel like our websites were made by developers with a lot of coding, while in reality, we have only used Insider’s amazingly easy-to-use platform to achieve such results.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we have achieved good results, we don’t like to settle for average when we can have the best. We would like to see how Insider performs in the long run and what kind of sustained growth it brings. We don’t really dislike anything, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a frustration-free mobile web experience for our users which would encourage them to go through with their purchases instead of dropping off because our website wasn’t easy to navigate. Insider has made our mobile website top-notch with great features and easy-to-change elements that help us provide a refreshing experience for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has created great technology that is amazing at supporting businesses achieve their marketing goals online. One of our favorite things about using Insider is their InStory product - it has been very successful for us, and always gets clicks and results in successful campaigns. Conversions on InStory are generally higher than we see on the website otherwise and this is quite fascinating for us.
Even though it’s a social media style content format that most of us would be familiar with, it comes into great use in the digital marketing world, as well, and Insider has really gone all out with that product. It is great for highlighting our best rooms and deals, and is an attention grabbing element on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing in particular that we dislike. We simply look forward to a continued smooth experience using Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a way to highlight certain properties or offers for our customers based on their activity. InStory is the perfect solution for our requirements, and working along with the conversion suite, this has been pretty great at improving our online conversions and bringing in successful growth in revenue over the months.
