Best tool to connect with customers across multiple communications channels

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has served as a one-stop solution for all our marketing needs. Since we wanted to reach out to our customers across multiple channels including Email, SMS, Mobile app, Website, etc., with Insider we were able to achieve what we desired. With this platform, we were able to gain detailed insights and reporting in real time so that we could make better business decisions.
Some of the other features that we leveraged and liked a lot are Social Proof, InStory, and Insider’s suggestions to add responsive banners that we were able to implement on our website and mobile by using single templates. This saved us a lot of time and effort and the best thing is we were able to launch multi-channel campaigns in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for a few of their tools was somewhat high in comparison to other platforms but the capabilities that this platform brings is undoubtedly unmatched. We are highly satisfied with the results we’ve been able to achieve after partnering with Insider.

A really easy to use platform to set up marketing campaigns - 15% AOV increase

What do you like best about the product?
So many choices for us to choose from. Insider provides many ready to use templates for each of its products, making it very easy to setup campaigns at pace. This is apart from the custom options that are provided.

The platform is really easy and clear to use - and we also got ample support to understand its usage. Good features for previewing and testing before a campaign goes live. The analytics is very clear and easily exportable - while also giving us a good view of the performance of the campaigns.

Having weekly meetings with our customer success manager is a really great added value. It helps us have a trusted first point of call for guidance and assistance. It’s really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responsive templates have saved us so much time on creating homepage banners for multiple devices but this feature hasn't been rolled out across the whole platform yet. I hope this happens soon as it will make us more efficient.

In addition to more responsive templates, another thing that would reduce our output time would to be able to have multiple languages in the same campaigns.

The process for creating custom rules could be much more streamlined, so that we don’t require as much coding or development assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most software providers help brands personalize experiences for known customers but what Insider has a step above than them is that it helped us personalize experiences for a large segment of unknown users too. This helped us increase conversions and also fetched us a higher AOV overall.

The AI powered product recommendations solution, Smart Recommender, helped us show “Recently Viewed” products at an important section, and this provided users an improved navigation, while also increasing AOV by 15% and conversion rates by 43%. The "top brand" placement on the homepage delivered a 10% average order value uplift and a 28% conversion rate uplift. It was also super helpful in showing recommendations on the “404 / no product found pages" where the risk of user drop-off is quite high.

The abandoned cart web push messages helped us drive traffic back to the website while it also generated a 7 figure revenue (EUR) for us in just 6 months.

Awesome platform - helped us reduce customer churn by 12%

What do you like best about the product?
We noticed that a good chunk of customers were dropping off without making a purchase but we were struggling with figuring out the exact reason for the drop offs. So for this we need a solution that could help us gather customer feedback.After consulting with Insider, we were suggested to implement an exit-intent survey overlay on our website which included a few questions to understand the reason for leaving. From these overlays, we got to know that the customers were facing difficulties finding the product they were actually looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, did not face any challenges. Would recommend it to others forsure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We optimized the hamburger menu and category section on our website and mobile application. We also used their InStory feature on our website that displayed products in highly personalized social media-like stories to fasten product discovery and improve browsing experience. These strategic implementations suggested by Insider reduced our drop off rates by 12% and increased website engagement rates by 4 times.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has streamlined processes, improved our comms to customers and allowed us to create hyper-targeted, cross-channel campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much to dislike. The only difficulty was the integration taking a long time due to the sheer volume of data points we had and the complexity of our business model. But the team was great at helping us through this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Insider came into the picture, we struggled with a fragmented tech stack and different tools for emails, reporting, customer data, and A/B testing resulting in inefficiencies.

But Insider provides an all-in-one solution. Now, we can communicate seamlessly across channels, segment audiences, and optimise campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
-We’ve been using several tools from Insider, including Onsite, WebPush, and Smart Recommender. While each tool has its own strengths—and we plan to explore a few more soon—my personal favorite is the Smart Recommender. It has completely transformed the user experience, allowing us to display exactly what our visitors are looking for. This perfectly hits their sweet spot and drives conversions quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the capabilities of the various tools and using them to their full potential can sometimes be challenging. However, the Insider support team guided us through the process, and in a short time, we were able to fully leverage the tools to our advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had unsatisfactory sales per click and an overall low conversion rate. By utilizing Onsite, Web push, and Smart Recommender by Insider we were able to get a 2% uplift in conversion rate, a 70% uplift in add to cart rates, and an incremental revenue of 33k. The benefits have been far too many, and we are looking forward to using some more tools from Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team was doing a great job of running campaigns however our website failed to captivate the audience since we were not able to maximize to show personalized experiences. The web suite from Insider changed the game thanks to their Personalize It Yourself kit.

Their journey orchestration tool helped us in tracking customer behavior and preferences and enabled us to display captivating and responsive results on the website ensuring the customers stayed and discovered more. All of this together helped us generate double the sales from our previous quarter.

We were spoiled for choice with Insider, so many templates and tools to choose from, one of the best marketing solutions in the market. No complaints at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding the customers' interest and getting them to spend more time on our website was a task. Reaching out to customers only available on email and SMS to get back and finish their purchase was another tough nut to crack. Insider’s Web Suite, Mobile App, Email, and SMS tools helped us overcome these challenges and double our sales within a quarter. Will definitely recommend Insider as a personalization vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Insider’s channels and products for a while now and found their products to be feature-rich, fast, and efficient.
What makes this Growth Management Platform stand out from the rest is the support provided by their dedicated support team.

While we faced a few problems integrating the tools, their account and growth management teams were always available to solve any problem. We couldn’t imagine that just by using a few of their functionalities, our conversion rates would grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We initially encountered a few integration problems, but the Insider team resolved them in a blink of an eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to optimize our website and boost conversion rates, and to achieve this, we were looking for a feature-rich platform that could help us run A/B testing and make the experimentation efficient. With Insider’s Web Suite, we’ve been able to quickly run our experiments and implement changes on the production side. Insider’s timely web push notifications helped us bring back customers who didn’t complete their purchase and complete the transaction.
With the suggestion of Insider’s growth management team, we also leveraged their AI-powered Smart Recommendation engine that enabled us to improve product discovery on our website.

What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be mindful and balanced in our use of Insider's platform. We were expecting instant results which we weren't able to see. The more we engage with it, the higher the ROI we receive, which implies that our team needs to dedicate more time for Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our low email open rates were a roadblock in enhancing customer engagement rates, and for sure, it was driving low traffic to our websites. The Email tool from Insider was the perfect remedy for this problem. This tool could swiftly turn a plain email into a conversion powerhouse by embedding interactive, responsive, and dynamic elements. We love that we can drag and drop interactive elements like real-time timers, coupons, and recommendations. It's fun and productive at the same time.

Another issue was when our users filled out leads, the information we received was inaccurate, making it harder for us to prepare scripts for genuine customer interactions. Insider’s technology combats this by tracking and evaluating whether the users are potential leads or not. When customers left inaccurate information, the Architect tool automatically directed them to request verification. This saved a lot of our sales team resources.

Now we are enjoying the increased success rate of lead information with every coming year. It started in 2021 at 60%, and right now, at the end of 2023, it’s 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about them is their failure-ready plan. While working with them, there were times when something or other wasn’t working as expected. But we were surprised that the Insider's team was always ready with the failure plan. They mainly improved our business operational strategies using Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, Email, and Architect. Man, these tools are so user-centric! Our product catalog was huge, and properly merchandising it was important. For this, Web Push + Smart Recommender were the best duos. We improved the visibility of individual SKUs by employing AI to power the recommendation engine across different pages. And it just becomes better. We could customize user navigation and uplift the entire mobile user experience. We also saw a noticeable boost in lead collection volume for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience has been exceptional, one area could be improved - the pricing in relation to traffic overage. At times, a surge in traffic doesn't necessarily mean an increase in revenue, so it would be beneficial if this aspect was balanced out in their pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked the knowledge to promote our loyalties channels extensively. It's really hard to manage every facet of marketing strategies properly. That’s why Insider was born! Their A/B tested Smart Recommender together was a powerful personalization engine that delivered the right content to the right people at the right time. You should believe this. It resulted in a 47% increase in CR and an impressive 11% increase in AOV. The icing on the cake was the enhanced customer loyalty due to such meaningful interactions.
