Highly personalized customer experiences that our users love

What do you like best about the product?
Being a grocery store offering online shopping, Insider has given us a complete overhaul of what our customers should experience when shopping from us. Insider’s Customer Data Platform has helped us understand individual customers better and track their purchase patterns and behaviors with us over time. Their AI-powered Smart Recommender has helped us suggest products and relevant content before they even need them using the data captured by the CDP. Using Insider has helped us deliver a cohesive customer experience across the many different channels we engage with our customers including email and our mobile app. Marketing campaigns are made easy with a number of extensive, flexible templates that we can tweak to our requirements. It is a great self-service tool that delivers amazing value to our customers and brings in higher sales and conversions than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the platform was quite high for us when we first checked it out. However, after using it for a good while now, we understand why it is priced the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grocery shopping is filled with many opportunities to personalize the shopping experience for our customers and make them want to choose us over and over again. To execute such a transformation for our business, we were looking for a capable solution. Insider is the ideal personalization software, in our opinion, with its many customer-focused features that work on human psychology to get conversions and clicks. We love that we can use it all on our own, and yet, the Insider team is always around for help if we ever need it. Insider offers a complete package - a great product, customer service that is reliable, and value for money.

Enhanced shopping experiences with Insider’s personalized templates

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a wealth of marketing tools and features that helped us deliver personalized shopping experiences that resonate with our users. We really enjoyed using some of the gamified templates to make different parts of our website more interactive. They have been very beneficial to increasing our conversions and user engagement on various pages. We have also had an increase in the lead collection because our users are more willing to leave their contact information when we use gamified templates with small incentives for them in return. In our experience, we have found Insider’s capabilities to be well thought out, and with their high-performing technology, we have achieved improvement on all the aspects that we wanted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were initially a little overwhelmed by the amount of features presented by the platform. It took us a little while to get around to using everything well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been facing drop-outs in traffic after people browse our website. We wanted to decrease this and convert these users to shoppers who go through with their purchases. Insider helped us in two ways - one, their interactive templates which are personalized helped us speak to our users better, and this led to them converting more. Second, by using Insider’s gamified lead collection templates, we were able to follow up better with users who abandoned us and bring them back to our website for cart recovery.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a must-have for any business that caters to a digital audience. We use a range of their products from mobile app to email, and each of these products work brilliantly. Both on their own, and as a connected set of channels that a customer journeys through, these are all impactful and effective. We are able to present a consistent brand experience across a variety of channels because Insider brings everything under one roof. We are able to better analyze the data of customers in all these channels and plan our marketing campaigns better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email service is a little buggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a marketing strategy that smoothly includes and navigates multiple channels that our customers are present in. Insider became a much-needed product for us to make this happen. It is easy to execute and monitor campaigns for all these channels from one place, and easier still to analyze the data from these different sources. Insider is a powerhouse and has become essential for our business.

Traffic and engagement at their highest using Insider

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider, it is so easy to add new interactive elements to our website which wasn’t the case earlier. In a matter of clicks, we can have any new template up on our website and working. This is very important to us because we have constantly ongoing promotions every week and we need to put them up in interesting ways that work to draw the attention of our visitors.

Another aspect we really like about using Insider is the ability to create user journeys for different goals such as user abandonment or lead collection. We have found these customer journeys to be very effective in understanding our users better and thus, we are able to improve the services that we provide them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many templates available that we haven’t yet been able to go through them all to better understand and optimize them to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Insider with the main goal of increasing traffic and improving engagement on our website. Using Insider’s customer journey builder and web suite, we have seen great growth in both these aspects, and we are happy with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Email Marketing has been a refreshing, successful experience for us as it has helped us improve user engagement on emails. We sent highly targeted emails using Insider’s segmentation, and these emails received an average open rate of 29.71%, which is far above the edtech industry benchmark.

There are many ready-to-use templates and interactive email features that help our emails stand apart and get opened. The templates are all easy to configure, so setting up a new email campaign is a breeze.

Insider’s platform is also easily and seamlessly integrated with our blog, which has made it extremely smooth to collect contact information from the lead generation on our website.

We also use Architect, Insider’s AI-powered cross-channel journey, to orchestrate customer journeys across channels and devices, and we have comfortably and easily automated many such user journeys for a wide variety of use cases. The product has helped us improve our overall conversions and revenues by improving our engagement across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like ticket resolution to be more timely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution that will allow us to convert our leads into registered users and registered users into active ones. Using Insider’s customer journey orchestration tool, Architect, we have created journeys that convert, and emails that get opened. The segmentation abilities offered by Insider are unparalleled and we credit this entirely for our successful email marketing campaigns.

3.5X increase in conversion rate using Insider’s AI-powered product recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
Personalized product recommendations powered by AI have helped us scale our customer experience as we're now able to show our users the products that they'd love to see and purchase across different pages of our website. With Insider's personalized recommendations, we were able to improve product discovery and reduce the time users would need to spend looking for those products. This has helped us reduce bounce rate as customers end up staying on the platform browsing more products for a longer duration of time.

We observed that the conversion rate using Insider is 80% higher than our CR otherwise, which is 3 times more. This is a telling metric for how well Insider is working for us.

We also used Web Push to target users who have visited our platform and made some engagement and also the users who haven't visited our website for a long time. We were able to send out instant push messages once users left the website after viewing products and brought them back to our website to complete the purchase. And we were also able to get users who haven't been to our website for a good time back by showing them discount coupons to encourage them to purchase.

Their AI-powered segmentation capabilities is extremely good and they were crucial in helping us target different segments of users for personalized and contextual messages.

All in all, Insider's Growth Management Platform has really helped us improve our customer engagement and experience and it's a tool we would recommend other brands also to use if they wish to improve their cross-channel marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Insider supports many different languages, Chinese is not yet supported on their platform. We would love local Chinese language support on the platform. Having said that, their Account Management team has been extremely supportive in helping us bridge this gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our lookout was for a solution that will help us personalize our complete website experience easily. We also hoped that these personalization efforts would result in a decrease in bounce rate, an increase in revenue and conversions and with Insider, we achieved precisely that.

Personalized product recommendations have really changed the way our users experience and interact with our website. We have achieved higher AOV and increased cart size since the deployment of these AI-based recommendations. Users are spending more time on the website browsing products, and they also end up adding more products to wishlist and the carts since they are seeing more relevant recommendations.

We were also able to carry out efficient retargeting using Insider’s Web Push feature. On the whole, Insider has been a breeze to use and highly effective for our business.

Their products are easy to use and easy to deploy. The integration time is quite less and we're able to see results quite quickly in a matter of a month. Their AI technology does all the running most of the work for us. All this has led to us seeing an extremely positive ROI!

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is one of the most feature-rich marketing tools that we have used. They offer a user friendly interface that is also technologically advanced, helping us make our dream campaigns come true. One cart abandonment campaign with an exit intent overlay generated a remarkable CR uplift of 42%.

We are able to get all the benefits of full fledged, website wide campaigns without requiring a developer at any stage. Using Insider for our marketing has significantly reduced the time we take to create and launch new campaigns. The many onsite templates offered by Insider take out so much of the guesswork and thinking required, and we are able to plug and play with great ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to rule-setting and attributes, we find that there’s a lack of flexibility offered by the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem solved by Insider for us is that of personalized campaigns for different categories of users on our website. Insider’s AI capabilities helped us segment our users better for effective targeting and engagement. There are so many different in-built templates for use, which have aided us in crafting campaigns swiftly. These have helped us achieve a significant improvement in our marketing, both on-site and for us at the office. We have achieved noticeable results in conversion rate improvements, and can confidently say that Insider has also helped us optimize our website and campaigns for conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s mobile and web suites along with their web push tool. We have found that since we started offering personalized experiences to our customers using these products, they have been engaging with our website far more than before. We have also observed higher CTRs because of compelling content that is more relevant, as everything is now personalized based on individual user behavior and data.
Insider, as a platform itself, has been very pleasant and easy to use, and our team has had a good time experimenting with the many different features it has to offer. Their pre-existing collection of templates are life-savers, and rescue us from our mind-blocks that happen once in a while
What do you dislike about the product?
Web push sometimes sends notifications when a user has enabled DND, too. But we are told this is something that is being worked on, so we hope to see a fix to this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to offer an improved customer experience that is individualized. We hoped that this change to our website would improve our CR and engagement metrics, and we were right. What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers many things that it has proven itself to be the best at, like their web and mobile personalization suites. What we were heavily impressed with, apart from these, was their predictive audience technology. This is, hands down, one of the most effective and reliable ones we have come across. Using predictive audience segmentation, we have achieved improved conversion rates and higher AOV, as we are now able to target different groups of audiences better with products most relevant to their behaviors. By predicting patterns and meeting customers with products that satisfy their needs before they even have to search for them, we have really been able to create a stong relationship with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t had any points of concern or dislike in our experience with Insider, so far.

We wanted an overall improved customer experience that would translate to improved revenue for us. Insider has been key to making this change happen on our website and we have our marketing metrics to prove that. What do you like best about the product?
We were able to design a nearly frictionless user experience on our website for each visitor and then extended it to other channels using Insider's messaging apps. We were able to optimize customer experiences based on user behavior using Insider’s automated messages in order to enhance consumer experiences, emphasize on our online channels, and design automation scenarios that maximizes personalisation.

On the website, we were able to show users personalized discount coupons, banner overlays,
Their cross-channel marketing automation tool, Architect, has helped us create engaging customer journeys that reached out to users across channels like Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The tool’s Next Best Channel capability was able to analyze the right channel of engagement for each user and messages would be sent on only those channels to maximize conversions.

We initially found the panel a little challenging to use and navigate. However, with active support from the support staff, the challenges were immediately corrected.

The main goal was to push more prospects through each stage of the funnel in order to increase engagement, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. We were able to develop stronger personalization tactics and provide a top-notch customer experience by targeting users on the correct channels using their marketing automation solution, which increased ROI and sales.
