What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
SMS product was pricier than most standard SMS products. It was also the most expensive of Insider's products but we still saw great ROI from it. That was the only complaint.

Integration with Emails , Whatsapp, Backend APIs and Mobile App integration is seamless using insider , create flows for user behaviour , Analytics management and much more

Initially, the dashboard was a little tricky to understand and to get onboarded with but with time it became the "goto" tool for our E-commerce company,

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of Insider’s products are extremely impressive. We found it simple to integrate numerous tools to accomplish segmentation, thanks to the flexibility and user-friendliness of the technology. This enabled us to engage the right customer audiences with the right messages to maximize revenues.

Additionally, the support team at Insider impressed us greatly with their combination of extensive global experience and local market knowledge. We highly recommend Insider to any company seeking to enhance its channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had a great experience so far but feel that the price could be adjusted more based on revenue. Moreover, there are no direct ROI measurement dashboards on the panel, which would have definitely been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were already engaging our users on multiple touchpoints but they weren’t yielding the desired results. That’s when we decide to use Insider’s products to boost product discovery and reduce the bounce rate.

With Insider’s Smart Recommender, we were able to show personalized product recommendations to our customers visiting the website and thereby ensured that they stayed on the website longer and purchased more. With their Web Push, we re-nurtured interest shown by users before they left our website and brought them back to the website to complete the purchase. This technique ensured that we boost conversions and revenues while seeing a 27X ROI in 6 months.

What do you like best about the product?
Choosing a favorite is difficult. We love the entire Insider suite of products. Being in the banking sector keeping our customers informed, transparency, and building trust is the top priority. Insider helped us achieve this and more. As a result, through word of mouth and positive feedback by our existing customers we were able to acquire nearly 50% more customers than what we usually do in a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating campaigns weren't as easy as we thought that it would beans the platform isn't as DIY (Do-it-yourself) as it initially seemed. However, the team ensured that this wouldn’t be a problem for us. Our interaction with Insider has been wonderful thus far. The service of Insider has been nothing but an absolute delight!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were juggling multiple marketing campaigns at once, which was consuming a lot of our time and energy. Unfortunately, neither the conversion rates nor the value of the basket increased. We employed the Conversion suite for desktop, mobile, and web push, with the assistance of the Insider team. Through Insider's web suite, we have been able to considerably increase conversion rates since we began working with them.
Our only goal was to increase customer loyalty by using efficient push notifications to retarget customers at a time when their conversion potential is the highest. With Insider's service, we were able to build custom campaigns and discounts to advertise our campaigns to loyal customers through web push notifications, greatly raising the conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the Smart Recommender tool was seamless and hassle free. In case, if one faces any issue with understanding any particular tool or finds it hard to track results, their team of experts is always there to help you out. Not only it saves your time, but it also enables you to track the performance of your business and change your strategy immediately, if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t encountered any problems yet and are highly satisfied with the results we are getting after bringing Insider into the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that’s intuitive, easy to use, and allows simple yet effective test campaign strategies and slightly tweaks them with fewer available resources. To achieve success in this, speed and accuracy in delivery were of paramount importance. Insider suggested we use their AI-powered notifications and Smart Recommender in order to recognize all the patterns and activities. Furthermore, the tool offered us the capability to track user behavior in order to display relevant and optimized content to them. One thing that we liked the most about using this platform is its segmentation and the way it quickly adapts to the dashboard to create personalized campaigns using pre-built templates.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using a plethora of tools by Insider comprising Web Suite, Web Push, Architect, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Honestly picking one single favourite is difficult as all of them have contributed in their own way. There has been a sharp decline in bounce rates and our customers are finally spending more time browsing and discovering our website.

Architect – the journey orchestration tool not only tracked customer journeys, it helped us craft compelling and cohesive messaging across channels to engage customers. Web Push ensured delivery of relevant messages at the right time, even when users were inactive nudging them to engage on our app and website. Web Suite helped us showcase highly personalized product recommendations that resonated with the customers interest leading to a 40% uplift for newsletter subscription. With automated Email templates we could deliver targeted and compelling content in response to customer behaviour in real-time. SMS and WhatsApp messaging ensured customers didn’t miss out on any communication due to unread emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a few more vertical specific templates for the messaging channels available, like it’s there for Architect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the finance domain keeping our customers updated about the latest in the industry, tips on money saving etc. is something our customers always look forward to. Keeping this in mind we launched a Newsletter a year back. Our website bounce rates were alarmingly high resulting in extremely low sales and subscriptions for our product bundles and newsletter. We then got in touch with Insider and things have been getting better ever since.

With Insider’s Web Suite's predictive analytics and personalized recommendation features we sent out web push notifications nudging customers to visit our website. With the help of Architect we would understand user preference and showcase recommendations and offers on the webpage that would compel them to stay and engage on our webpage and app. Customers finally noticed our work and liked it too. The proof, we saw a 40% surge in our Newsletter subscriptions. Insider’s Email helped us automate our email campaigns and ensured all communications were sent in a timely fashion. Using WhatsApp and SMS the same message was conveyed to customers at the right time. With Insider we achieved the impossible.

What do you like best about the product?
We were mesmerized by the work done by the Insider team. Using Insider's Web Push suite, we were able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously, even without the support of the internal development team. With the suggestions and continual support of Growth Managers at Insider, we were able to increase our revenue by a whopping 42 times. We're glad to choose Insider as our growth partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are happy with the results we have achieved so far. There's nothing particular that we dislike about Insider. With the support of team Insider, we have been able to achieve what we wanted to and would definitely love to leverage their other products as well in the near future.

Initially, our goal for this collaboration was to increase our conversion rate and sales through our mobile application. Having understood our requirement, Insider team recommended we leverage their Web Push channel that enabled us to run multiple campaigns at the same time and reach wider target audience. As we were failing to drive sales through our mobile application, Insider's Growth Management team advised us that we use their Mobile App suite.

With this implementation, we were able to improve the UI/UX of our application and provide our users with personalized customer experience. With the help of the tool, we were able to keep a tab on the unique user behavior and purchase intent. This further enabled us to enhance product discovery on our mobile app for our customers and nudge them to make a purchase.

As a result, our conversion rates were increased by 8.6% and the ROI shot up by an impressive 42 times.

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider's Web Push notifications, we had the autonomy and agility to run campaigns without the support of the internal product team. Once we understand more about triggers, we effortlessly diversify campaigns. We can also best use your targeting capabilities to target different audiences and increase engagement and conversions.

So far, we’ve seen great results using Insider’s Web Push channel. There’s nothing that we dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup provided by the team at Insider was easy to use, simple, and fast. They created a segmentation for each type of content, taking our potential to the top. Thanks to Insider, by optimizing just one follow-up strategy, we were able to reach our churn customers again and win them back without putting excessive effort into the process. The team of Account Managers at Insider has done a fantastic job in helping us achieve what we wanted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, we felt that there was a communication gap between us and their team. Reaching out to their content team directly was a little hard but our Growth Consultants helped us connect with their team by setting up a proper communication channel that made connecting with their team easy for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning, our primary goal was to reach our churn set of users, bring them back and increase traffic on our website. After collaborating with Insider, we leveraged their Web Push suite as suggested by their team of Growth Experts. By running Web Push campaigns, we were able to nudge the particular segment to check out the most trending products, offers, etc. on our website. This strategy enabled us to create a feeling of FOMO and a sense of urgency amongst our customers and encouraged them to revisit our website.

Within just a few weeks of implementation, we observed that our churned users are showing interest in our products and visiting our website on a more frequent basis. This improved our engagement and retention rates and drastically increased the monthly traffic on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s InStory is truly remarkable in terms of its features and capabilities. We’ve witnessed great results with our mobile website engagement and conversion metrics. Also, the integration process was undoubtedly quick and fuss-free for us as their team assisted us throughout.

Our website experience saw a massive facelift once we started using Instory on our mobile website as users really liked the concept and started engaging more and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was a bit difficult for us to understand and implement the tool. However, with the support of Account Managers at Insider and continuous usage of the tool, we were able to overcome this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the best possible experiences to our website visitors is our top-most priority. Most of our interactions with our customers were taking place on mobile websites, so the marketing team at our company had their major focus on showing relevant and compelling content in order to maximize revenue through this channel.

We decided to use the InStory tool by Insider that’s inspired by channels like Instagram, Snapchat etc. Leveraging this tool, we were able to deliver more immersive and gamified mobile web experiences to our customers. The tool enabled is to add relevant brand stories for individual users, including new arrivals, best picks, and last-minute offers. As a result, we succeeded in creating personalized story collections for our mobile visitors, which further helped us boost our overall conversion rate.
