On top of our donator communication using Insider’s WhatsApp tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sending real-time updates and communication to our donators has never been easier. We had used other channels for communication earlier, but using Insider’s WhatsApp tool has automated the process for great efficiency. This has boosted not only our engagement but also our conversions. We have found that WhatsApp is also a great channel for upselling and cross-selling products, and we have used Insider to automatically send recommendations relevant to users based on their purchase history. We really like using the tool for its many features and for its dependable results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does have some bugs once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to offer real-time updates to our donators in a crisp, simple manner. Insider is a boon for businesses in the digital space looking for more personalized ways to reach out to their customers. By making WhatsApp easily accessible with a variety of templates for content and Insider’s customer data platform backing all the automation, Insider has been hugely successful in increasing our conversations and sales, overall, along with engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to enable a range of products over time, including the Web Suite, Mobile App, and Architect, we were still able to achieve great results in just a few weeks. We are also impressed with how quickly our partner learned to use the products, with the Smart Reco feature working especially well and yielding strong ROI. Overall, we highly appreciate the versatility and effectiveness of the product suite and onboarding process.

The integration phase was rough with a few bugs, some items are still ongoing, and it affected the product's confidence initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the business problems of building an omnichannel experience and unifying customer data in one UCP. With Insider’s brilliant customer support, we were able to learn and use the suite of products effectively, resulting in a strong ROI with Smart Recommender, their product recommendations solution, working well for us.
Despite encountering some bugs during the integration phase, we were able to enable multiple products over time, resulting in improved business outcomes. The Web Suite, Mobile App, and Architect have all contributed positively to these results. Our overall customer engagement has improved significantly since we started working with Insider.

Boosted conversion rates, sales, and revenue using Social Proof
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Social Proof technology is something that we were looking for to drive more conversions and purchases. The best part of using Social Proof is that all its campaigns are customizable. And because of this, we were able to personalize them to our business requirements. The campaign showed how many website visitors were viewing each of the products and this motivated our users to buy the popular products that were in demand. This led to a boost in conversions and revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, we had our doubts on its effectiveness, we were surprised with the results that we received. In just a month’s time, our sales and revenue were a lot more than we were expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saw a drastic drop in customer purchase intention to actual purchasing during their session on the website, which resulted in a significant decrease in add-to-cart actions. In addition, the number of sessions with add-to-cart dropped and was less than that of transactional sessions. Having understood our challenge, Insider suggested that we leverage web push notifications to drive people down the sales funnel and implement social proof strategies to create FOMO. After employing these strategies, we were able to drive add-to-cart and purchase triggers, which made the purchase decision easier for our customers.

Insider has enabled us to completely transform our users' mobile experience. Our mobile website was neglected before working with Insider because we couldn't do anything with the traffic there.
But by utilizing Insider's personalization features, we were able to enhance the user experience and boost conversion rates.
We began by leveraging templates on our mobile website to encourage users to download the app, which helped us grow the number of mobile app users. We grew our WhatsApp and email subscriber bases using Insider's gamified lead acquisition templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, developing mobile website experiences for many device kinds, including smartphones and tablets, was difficult. On both, we had to individually and independently develop the campaigns. This is now much simpler thanks to responsive templates because only one campaign is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has assisted us in improving all aspects of our mobile donators experience, including customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and retention.
The personalized experiences keep drawing our donators back to our website for more and more, giving the impression that the number of devoted donators we have increased dramatically since we began utilizing Insider.

Insider’s Architect and Web Suite helped optimize our customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
For our marketing automation campaigns, we used both Insider’s cross-channel journey orchestrator, Architect and Web Suite. We bounced back with Insider’s Architect that suggested the website as our Next Best Channel option after WhatsApp campaigns did not find enough conversions.
What we liked most about the Web Suite was how we were able to tailor make our website to match the needs of our customers, not just the look and feel but also the banners we displayed and the recommendations we made. Everything made a difference.

What do you dislike about the product?
Both the Web Suite and the Architect are just perfect for our use cases. The only problem was we couldn’t integrate them together. However, we used Architect to build a few on-site use cases for our cross-channel campaigns.

Insider’s Architect recommended WhatsApp as the best channel to create our customer journeys on. This did work for us the first few months we ran our campaigns, but we noticed over the next month that something wasn’t working. Customers were not responding. And discounts did help, but for a while.
A quick call to Insider’s support team, which by the way is exemplary, and we were shown the right way. It was another neat option from Insider’s Architect called the Next Best Channel. And the recommendation was to target the customers using the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Architect worked extremely well in helping us engage our shoppers across different channels across the customer journey. As an e-commerce company, it is challenging to treat each client according to their preferences as every user on our website has different demands and interests. However, Architect's AI capability worked end-to-end with our team and enabled us to better service our customers.
Previously, our consumers weren't able to relate to our recommendations but since Architect did the job of understanding our customer's behaviors, we are able to build a more tailored approach for each user, and they are delighted with the content shown to them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's algorithms were a little sluggish to respond when we updated our website, but they still displayed the correct suggestions. This wasn't a huge problem, and we had full support from their team, and they quickly addressed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are an e-commerce firm, we weren’t able to smoothly guide our customer’s journey on our website as we lack the infrastructure for a well-guided customer automation journey. But the Architect tool by Insider helped us to level up and solve the crux part of our customer’s automation journey. This AI-powered cross-channel marketing automation tool helped us to identify the moments that outlined our customer experiences and on the basis of the data received, we benefited our customers with recommendations and personalized messages to build strong relationships with them.

We leveraged Insider’s predictive segmentation to help us with our Instagram ads. What we noticed was that we were able to turn things around with Insider and actually increase our conversions within a very short span of a few weeks.
We ran these ads initially for our VIP customers but then seeing the positive results we decided to run them for our new customers as well and it paid off.

Insider’s predictive segmentation feature is awesome and there is nothing about it we don’t like. The initial challenge that we had was in figuring out which one to use where and once we cracked it, it was great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website allows users to trade comic books. Our website was trendy, modern, colorful and everything a comic lover ought to find most appealing. Most importantly it made the whole process of finding the comic book you want and trading yours in for another achievable in a matter of a few clicks. But we had few customers, and even they weren’t very engaged.

Insider’s email and mobile marketing suite gave our mobile marketing strategies a great lift
What do you like best about the product?
Gaming is popular and many companies are now cashing in on gamification to increase customer conversion. We absolutely loved the wheel of fortune that Insider helped implement on our website. In this wheel of fortune, the customer could win anything from a Nike T-shirt to an Apple iPhone after the draw which we held on a monthly basis.
We would send out emails to the customer which again contained an AMP template that made it actionable within the inbox. This was another thing about Insider that we really appreciated. Customers could spin the wheel right from their inbox and had to visit the app only to submit their details and access the offered recommendations using the discount code we provided. The mobile marketing suite helped us with that too!

The mobile marketing suite is easy to use and highly recommended. There’s nothing we don’t like about it. Cracking the code in how it’s to be used is the key.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been delighted to partner with the Insider team. They quickly got to know us and our challenges, acted as an extension of our team, and made practical suggestions that we could easily understand and implement. Their highly experienced and personable Account Managers were alongside us each step of the way through the planning and execution.

What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues were faced, but due to the website's layout and limitations of CRM, we weren’t able to utilize the capability of the Insider panel to the full extent, especially with use cases for segmentation. However, with the support of Growth Consultants at Insider, we were able to improve these issues.

Our conversion rates were low, and the bounce rate was high, and we needed to improve both to increase online revenue. Therefore, we needed a partner that would understand our challenges and provide solutions for the organization instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s when Insider came into the picture and recommended we use their conversion suite to optimize the web layout and provide customers with an improved user journey. Leveraging this tool, we could display and recommend options based on our customer’s likes without having to ask the development team for help.
