What do you like best about the product?
besides the features, i think the best part that I like is the Insider people themselves. I like their communication with us, and how the people interact with us
What do you dislike about the product?
analytics feature and funnels (behavior). i think the feature is too heavy, the page speed is slow when I clicked anything in analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
anything about the campaign, and i was really helped with that

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process so far has been fabulous, the whole Insider team are attentive and take so much time and care in getting to know your brand. Not only do they understand retail, they understand how important it is to build a great relationship and ensure both sides are comfortable with the output.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing to dislike. The only downside is there is so much to learn and test within the platform. However, we are looking forward to breaking this down into smaller bites with the team and including Insider in our growth strategy and beyond!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring we are always one step ahead of personalization and recommendations. We know so much about our customers and we are looking forward to being able to grow and adapt with personalization at the forefront

What do you like best about the product?
We use some of the simpler modules for conversion optimization. As in every platorm, there are things to do better or optimize. What I like is very high level of support from Insider team, which is very helpful on daily basis. Tech team answers fast, although some task could be done quicker. We're going to test Architect module so i guess I'll have more to say after this - we really hope it'll suit our needs with communication orchestration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a technical expert directly assigned to us, one who would know the details of integration with our system. However, the standard ticket system sometimes has such disadvantages that the operating person has to quickly catch up and does not know some decisions that may have been made earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for us is to optimize conversion, increase sales in online stores. Additionally our goal when integrating with Architect is to optimize costs of customer communication and increase ROI from marketing automation and email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the way team Insider collaborated with us as one of our own. They were proactive in suggesting what templates to use and they helped us navigate and effectively use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were initially overwhelmed with the number of templates, but Insider’s team helped us pick and choose the right templates that best suited our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to drive high sales and meet our sales targets by improving our conversion funnel. Insider helped us achieve our goal of making our conversion funnel more efficient, which translated into good conversion rates and we were able to meet our sales targets. Their web suite, mobile suite, and web push collectively helped us improve conversion rates across all sales channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is the best platform we’ve used to combine all of our channels to provide a seamless multi-channel experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Conversion Suite and Smart Recommender are very easy to use. The algorithms for generating a recommendation seem to be working really well. You don’t really need to experiment repeatedly. What left us totally amazed was the social media integration they have achieved with these recommendations
Product discovery coupled with the right placement on the right platform at the right time gave us the best results. We couldn’t ask for more!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not faced any problems so far and are very happy with the results after using the Conversion Suite, InStory, and other tools provided by Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing is all about making an offer that your customer just can’t refuse. Customers follow the right recommendations if they love your products and brand. But no matter how hard we tried, we just couldn’t get those recommendations right!
Our campaigns improved significantly after we started working with Insider. With the Smart Recommender and Conversion Suite, we were able to generate hyper-personalised recommendations that motivated customers to add products to their carts, not only increasing average order value but overall sales as well.

Personalized app push notifications that provide results

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite thing about Insider is the ease of use and integration of their tools. At first we were hesitant about getting these tools because we did not want to spend a lot of time trying to understand the product and implement them to our existing app. However, the implementation process was very easy and the team supported us at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any dislikes so far, we are very satisfied with the tools we have tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our app is fairly new, which is why we don’t have as many campaigns or push notifications on our app compared to our website. So, we were trying to improve the customer experience on our App to engage customers and increase conversion rates. Insider’s app push tool helped us create personalized notifications that have high click rates. Overall, we were very happy with how our app turned out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s attentive team and highly capable products really deliver amazing results. The conversion rate we have achieved after working with them was way above our expectations. We would recommend Insider to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Architect is a key element for boosting customer lifetime value, especially the replenishment and “we miss you” journeys to drive customers back to site. Browse and cart abandonment journeys help us to recover lost revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I like everything about insider and wish that our collaboration will last longer

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers AI driven tools that build the ideal journey for your customers. Their products, especially Web suite, Web Push, Mobile App combined, allowed us to strengthen the cross-channel communication and personalise user experience. They use an excellent customer segmentation strategy that’s data-driven and highly precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues but we had glitches and bugs a few times.

We wanted to improve our cross-channel communication and optimise user-activity across different devices. Insider helped us to achieve this in the most efficient and easy way. We’ve also enhanced our personalisation with their sophisticated segmentation tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s strategic consultancy is brilliant. With a clear plan and roadmap, we deployed campaigns that have delivered impressive results including an increase in CR from using coupons on the user segment with a higher likelihood to convert. Deserving special mention is Insider’s local customer success team and their involvement in helping us achieve growth and satisfying results. They go the extra mile to ensure success, and this sets Insider apart from other vendors we have worked with.

We would greatly appreciate the availability of local languages to access the panel. We hope for and expect this to be updated in the near future.
