What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Customer Data Platform has proven to be an outstanding solution that revolutionized our data management. By seamlessly integrating data from diverse sources, it empowers us to consolidate and create unified customer profiles. As a result, we have enhanced our database and expanded our reach to a broader audience, thereby strengthening our marketing campaigns across various channels.

The segmentation capabilities of Insider have left us deeply impressed. With this platform, we can precisely target the right audience and deliver personalized campaigns that significantly boost engagement and conversions. The impact on our marketing efforts has been remarkable.

Throughout our journey with Insider, the Customer Success team has been an invaluable asset. What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the vast array of segmentation types provided by Insider, it is sometimes difficult for us to understand how to generate more advanced and customized segmentation. It takes a bit of training and learning to come up with the best-segmented campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing lead collection campaigns on our website has resulted in increased opt-in rates for both the mobile app and web push notifications. Consequently, we have witnessed higher open rates for the campaigns we designed for these channels, amplifying their overall effectiveness.

One of the standout features of the platform is its impressive collection of pre-built templates. These templates, available across various products, facilitated rapid campaign setup without the need for developer intervention. Leveraging the built-in templates, we could effortlessly customize campaigns using the intuitive campaign builder and launch them swiftly. This streamlined process saved valuable time for our teams throughout the campaign creation process.

What do you like best about the product?
To begin with, let’s just say that we love our collaboration with Insider. Insider's comprehensive point system, real-time analytics, and user-level dashboard provide us with a holistic view of our marketing efforts. With Insider’s real-time data-capturing capabilities, we succeeded in filtering and accessing different data points specific to our customers, allowing us to gain valuable insights into their behaviors, preferences, and engagement patterns. And that’s not all! We count on Insider's reports to analyze crucial subscriber metrics such as opt-in rates and uninstall tracking. These insights help us gauge the effectiveness of our email campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve our overall performance.

WhatsApp has proven to be an exceptional channel in terms of delivering an impressive return on investment (ROI) in a remarkably short span of time. Insider's Cart Reminder Push Notifications have proven to be remarkably successful in helping us achieve our revenue objectives and enhancing the retention of our mobile app users. These targeted push notifications serve as effective reminders, encouraging users to complete their abandoned purchases and driving revenue growth. Insider's exclusive in-app recommendations have played a pivotal role in revitalizing our merchandising strategy, resulting in impressive outcomes. What do you dislike about the product?
We have genuinely enjoyed utilizing the tool thus far and have not encountered any aspects that we dislike. As we march into more intricate use cases and workflows, we eagerly anticipate exploring Insider's other product offerings. We are convinced that Insider’s offerings will provide us with the necessary capabilities to design and execute complex customer journeys and tighten our marketing efforts substantially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we didn’t know about Insider and its products, our marketing and analytics team was unable to break the barriers of user responsiveness. Especially across multiple media channels such as watch video, hang out rooms, and audio rooms, our team was unable to engage, influence, and convert new users productively.

To change this situation, we called on Insider’s Mobile App Suite to save the day with their versatile templates that have been instrumental in capturing opt-in consent for communication channels such as WhatsApp and SMS at crucial touch points along the buyer journey. This allowed us to interact with our customers in a compliant and seamless fashion. As a result, our subscriber base has experienced significant growth of 20%, thanks to Insider’s Mobile app push tool.

On another note, even our Email campaigns were suffering a severe downtime because of high bounce rates and minimal click-throughs. Our email domain was weak and lacked the efficiency it needed to captivate our users effectively. To our pleasant surprise, Insider’s Modular Email Editor aided in setting up and launching an attention-grabbing email campaign with incredible ease. After running a quick spam test, we got our email domain reputation back on track and increased click-through rates to open emails by 7%.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s unified platform has a clear supporting system that helped us track key metrics in real-time. It enabled us to engage our users across different channels and platforms effortlessly. Their mobile app suite has excellent capabilities and we were able to boost instant engagement with app push, fetching us great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically, but we have that their app analytics have limited features. It would be great if more detailed insights are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution that could help us create customer segmentation and improve multichannel communication with our users. After understanding our challenges and requirements, the Insider team advised us to use their innovative Mobile App Suite to automate customer communication. We also implemented app push notifications that enabled us to pull back and convert 14% of successful EKYC users.

We also leveraged their Architect solution, an AI-powered customer journey orchestrator that enabled us to create different segmentations based on their unique needs and behavior. By using Architect, we were able to amp up the overall customer experience across channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm highly impressed with insider self serviced portal which is very user friendly, enabling user to implement different campaign and user experience on website in real time. Besides data report readily available in the portal, Insider team also offer very proactive input and support for our business, and they are a trusted partner that really could assist client to improve their user journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to point out regarding things to dislike with Insider function and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a time consuming progress for us to build our own display / campaign features on our website, and there would not be enough data available for solid analysis for self-built functions. We are not able to offer personalization based on traffic source or other criteria too due to fundamental technical limitation. Insider resolved our issue in this area, offer us the capability to carry out various A/B testing and experience effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
We are thoroughly impressed with the level of experience and expertise of their problem solving team. They are immensely knowledgeable and skilled in providing support for various challenges related to the implementation and execution of Insider channels. Moreover, they’re quite responsive and take the time to explain solutions in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that we were satisfied with the solutions and recommendations they provided.

The proactive suggestions from Insider’s growth consultants were extremely helpful in enabling us to trigger personalized campaigns. After partnering with Insider, we witnessed that in just one year, we witnessed an ROI of 9.26x.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major that we dislike, but in the beginning, we found Insider’s ticketing system was not up to the mark and resolutions were taking a lot of time. After raising this to Insider, their team worked on it and made it efficient. Overall, we’re glad that we onboarded them as our growth partner as with the support of their team, we have been able to achieve desired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before onboarding Insider, we were experiencing poor product discovery resulting in high abandoned rates. After understanding our issues, the Insider team suggested we use their Mobile Conversion Suite and AI-powered Smart Recommender tool. With this implementation, we were able to enable our users to narrow down their search and display the products based on their needs and preferences. As a result, the product discovery on our website was improved drastically, cart recovery and abandoned purchases were improved by 22%, and conversion rates were uplifted by 29%.

We also implemented Insider’s InStory tool on our desktop and mobile website to create social media-like stories. This implementation helped us keep our potential customers attracted, engaged, and converting them. Within just a few weeks, we observed that users who were exposed to stories were buying 25% more than those who did not.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside to using Insider is that they always recommend the latest technological innovation without making it too hard to implement. The team is always on standby to help with queries we might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can point out that does not work well, we are constantly updated on tickets and our account Manager has been nothing but helpful and proactive on our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small CRM team in house and with the help of Insider we are able to execute elaborate ecommerce personalisations with the help of their team. Our business metrics and KPIs are always at the forefront of our operation with Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Insider’s Coupon Code overlay on our desktop and mobile websites. This allowed us to target returning customers with personalized discount coupons, incentivizing purchases. By increasing the chances of product purchases, we were able to achieve a 69% clickthrough rate and also improve the conversions from returning customers
What do you dislike about the product?
We were a little disappointed with the analytical capabilities as we were unable to decipher the true impact of all the campaigns and the investment we made in using Insider. Beyond this, the usage of Insider and their support has been close to flawless.

We need automated reports from Insider end. Also the CVR report is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to present personalized coupons for customers returning to their website in a bid to improve the user experience, boost conversions, and increase customer loyalty, and retention. They required an on-site engagement strategy that could effectively engage and convert the segment of ‘returning customers’.

Insider’s segmentation capabilities helped us target different segments of users of different interests and affinities with differing campaigns with different goals. This helped us maximize our conversions as users were receiving tailored content and communication.

We also wanted to ensure that our customers stay on the website for a longer time to reduce the bounce rate. We also wanted to boost conversions by crafting seasonal campaigns to engage with the shoppers at the best time. All this was possible through Inisder’s cross-channel campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
By using Insider's cross-channel marketing solution, Architect, we managed to set up a solution that lets us expand and upsell to all our other domains as well. We’ve been able to improve our engagement and conversions by utilizing multiple communication channels. While as of now we have been working on the e-parts domain alone, we now have a working plan in place for expanding to the automotive domain by this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boost in conversion and website experience has been significant and it has met our primary desire. However, we do feel that the improvement in ROI has not met the mark we expected yet. We are hoping this will pick up the pace soon, and we will reach that milestone soon enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we were having difficulties improving our conversion rates, we were looking out for a solution that could help us improve user experience on our website. After getting acquainted with Insider's Web Suite, Architect, and a whole slew of products, we were able to focus on providing an individualized cross-channel customer experience to our customers which has been ideal for our business.

With the help of the Insider team, we managed to reduce our bounce rates and increase product page views. We were also experiencing high cart abandonment rates on our website and were looking for a way to address this. Using Insider’s Email and Web Push Notifications technology and email campaigns, we had set up automated push notification and email targeting churned customers that had abandoned their carts. This helped us bring our churned customers back to our website and complete their purchase.

As a result, our cart abandonment rates dropped significantly, which further maximized our ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider enables us to create cross-channel marketing campaigns from a single panel -
Inone. We’ve used their On-site, In-app, app and web push products - and each is impressive in
different ways.
Kudos to the product team for building these fantastic products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem we have is the learning it takes for new users to come up to speed with how
the product works. So the Implementation effort at that time is a lot because we’re still trying to
figure out how it works. So we had to create a few test campaigns to understand the full
abilities of the products. Once we got there, things became easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Customer Data Platform connects all the user information from different platforms and channels to build unified user profiles. A CDP with complete visibility of attributes, events, and past behavior for every customer and a full scope of channels to reach them is wow.

What do you like best about the product?
Web Push - reminded customers of abandoned browsing sessions. This has helped increase the website traffic and tackle high bounce rates.
Predictive capabilities provided us with the ability to predict customer needs and preferences.
Smart AI-powered personalized recommendations and layout optimization have made it easier for customers to find what they are looking for.

All these put together helped us show more relevant recommendations based on the interest, affinities and predicted behavior of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing the recommendations to our product catalog proved to be a challenge. Whenever we added new products, getting those to be recommended to our products wasn’t easy and this impacted the sales of the latest products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Web Suite and Web Push, we faced a major challenge of a high bounce rate and low engagement on our website. Customers were unable to find the most relevant products easily and this was impacting our sales.

With Web Suite, we were able to analyze customers' browsing habits and preferences to create customized recommendations. We also optimized our website layout to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing. Additionally, Web Push helped us send timely reminders and notifications to customers who had abandoned their transactions, encouraging them to complete the process.

As a result of these changes, we have seen a significant improvement in engagement on our website. Customers are spending more time exploring our products and services, and the bounce rate has significantly reduced. We have also received positive feedback from our customers, who appreciate the personalized experience and the convenience of timely reminders.
