What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s A/B software offers the most advanced and developed algorithms in a testing tool. It has endless parameters that allows you to choose the best variation and distributes it to everywhere. It’s a great way to elevate customer experience and in a very short period, it significantly increased our conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Luckily, we didn’t face any major issues and we’re very satisfied with what’s offered to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our customer experience through using a more quantitative approach. A/B testing was our answer and we found that Insider’s software offers the most reliable and precise option to address this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is critical when it comes to planning and producing campaigns, texts, and other types of content. With Insider’s Web Suite and Web push toolkits, implementing campaigns, promotions, and any other type of content was an absolute smooth sail.
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some initial hiccups while using the templates, but the issues were solved quickly by Insider’s support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cart abandonment rate on our website was on the higher side. We were looking at dropping these numbers and simultaneously increasing customer loyalty. Insider helped us tackle this problem effectively by adding relevant CTAs on our homepage. This strategy reduced our cart abandonments, which significantly increased our customer loyalty and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
We used four Insider products to drive engagement with a nuanced personalization strategy for optimizing conversion rates. Even though we used Advanced Integration, the whole setup was quick and simple. The customer success team was very supportive and they helped us navigate every scenario with the right strategy during implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have anything we personally dislike, but we would like to see more analytics on the mobile app suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send attractive personalized messages to our audience. We used Insider’s Web Suite, Mobile Web Suite, Web Push, and Mobile App for better personalization to ultimately push conversion rates upwards. The Advanced Integration gave us a more detailed personalization strategy for driving the conversion rates upwards.

Overall everything about Insider is great. The platform is very successful, the team is a delight to work with and you are guaranteed to get a great return on your investment. We would highly recommend Insider to every marketer out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Through Insider, we were able to implement multiple A/B tests at the same time and without any technical requirements or problems. With the help of the A/B tests, we were able to understand our consumers’ wants and needs, and optimize our site to meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had small issues while the tests were running, but the insider team was very quick in solving them through OXT audit tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider A/B testing is such a great tool. It's so easy to set up and understand, and it doesn't take long to see the results. It gives an in-depth way to analyze how your users interact with the site. You get immediate feedback on the changes you make which helps you make better decisions on your app.

Great partner who thinks along with you

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider we have found a great partner who suggests new campaigns to test and they offer a great tool to do some experiments. They seem to care about your website and products like a colleague. Their new support ticket system works nice and the support team replies swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with all technical products, they aren't flawless. However, I do have the feeling Insider is on top of things and fixes bugs quickly and adds new features often. The support system wasn't that great before, but they improved the workflow massively. So basically there isn't much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider to quickly A/B-test changes we want to do on our website, before investing heavily in (expensive) development hours. It also brings lots of scenarios to test with straight out of the box which you can tailor to your needs.

Great opportunities for establishing communications with your mobile app users

What do you like best about the product?
It is great that Insider has a lot of functionality with a number of features. We decided to start working with Insider mainly because of their mobile app capabilities: in-app, app pushes and other technologies which can help us to build a better communication with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we work through the API, we are not able to get statistics on certain key metrics automatically, it is collected manually by our account manager. It would be better to look at the performance on the dashboards within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been almost a year since we started working with Insider. Our primary focus was the mobile application, as it is a channel where we have our most loyal customers. We have set the mobile app push through API, and we have integrated it with IOS. We are scaling the project to be able to trigger cart abandonment and page abandonment mechanics etc. In addition, we plan to expand our user database by launching in-app communications for users who have declined to sign up for push notification. In the future we want to use all Insider capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has a lot of products and technologies which can help you to grow your business, don't stop on using just one feature. Ask Insider business consultants to share with you all their capabilities. But don't expect to get the immediat results, everything good needs time.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are fairly easy to understand and use without much hand-holding from Insider's team. However, the Insider team is always ready to help and give us more insights on various tools we have been using, so overall we have received excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We loved the attentiveness of the support team, however, a bigger support team would bring in a more diverse and fresh perspective. Otherwise, no complaints with regards to the tools, and their outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to drive more sales through a better customer conversion rate. Thanks to Insider’s conversion suite and web push notifications tools, we were able to implement a campaign on our web homepage that displayed personalized recommendations. This translated into a significant increase in our customer conversion rate, which means more purchases and good sales numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked how helpful Insider's team was with every step of our journey. We were in the very beginning of our journey, and Insider’s team helped us create a roadmap and gave us all the support we needed to follow this guide. Thanks to them our transition to digital was very smooth and we were able to create a very successful digital channel.

So far our only dislike is at first the platform was intimidating due to the high number tools and capabilities, however, after we tried some out and found the best ones for our company our problem was solved.

With the start of the pandemic, we had to transition into an online market, and we were struggling to get our customers to visit our newly created online channels. What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, simple reporting capability enables us to report success to the business easily, and it's easy to
segment content with Insider's rich functionality. These factors have made Insider crucial to our success,
along with not having as much IT dependency on our end. The fast response from Help Center when we
request campaigns and real-time reporting are contributing immediate success to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a long response time when it comes to mobile app integration, but we are expecting this to be
improved as the platform continues to grow with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to experiment more on the user journey on the website with an A/B metrics approach, in order
to find what our customers wanted to see more of and how they converted. We also had no automations to
win back abandoned users on the website. Lastly, we were unable to deliver personalized promotions to
certain segments, usually it's a manual process to do this. Since working with Insider, we have seen a 20% CR
Uplift for the experimentation user journey on the website - with Insider Onsite Experiment. We are
activating a Cart Abandonment Journey with Insider’s Architect product, and we have launched Conversion
Triggers onsite, in a campaign to personalize promotions with certain segmentations. We look forward to
building more with Insider and celebrate more successes in this partnership.

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider’s tools, we were able to create a near frictionless user journey on our website for every customer. The omnichannel experiences that we were able to provide were truly remarkable, evidenced by the increased sales and the CSAT scores that were really high throughout the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we are to nitpick, we think the two-three minute delay before we went live could have been avoided, but that was of little concern to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An omnichannel strategy helps integrate digital touchpoints, improves the collection of customer data, and increases customer satisfaction levels. For this, the communication across channels such as web push, SMS, Facebook etc. must be coherent and support one another.
Insider’s Web Suite helped us achieve these requirements, by improving the generation of scenarios, segmenting the audience better, and assisting with the orchestration of customer journeys.
