What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating segments and reaching the customer assertively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated to understand the campaign panel to activate a new customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insider helped us customize campaigns by region, which is helpful when we have a store opening and/or city anniversaries. We can communicate when we have a cheaper product on the APP. We can show the customer a product they are really looking for based on their navigation.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Web Push feature is a useful tool that offers us a range of benefits for our business. Firstly, we were able to set up campaigns with incredible ease, meaning that even those without extensive technical knowledge were able to take advantage of the tool’s offerings and capabilities. With Insider's AI-powered segmentation, we are able to create segmented push notifications for each type of content, ensuring that our messages are delivered to the most relevant customers.

Tracking performance is also straightforward with Insider's Web Push, thanks to its intuitive analytics dashboard. We are able to quickly see how each campaign is performing and adjust our strategies accordingly to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Insider's Web Push also offers great customer support. Their Customer Success Managers are knowledgeable and responsive, ensuring that any issues or questions we have are resolved quickly and efficiently. With Insider’s optimization capability, we were able to predict an ideal time of engagement for our users, increasing the likelihood of prompting positive responses from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just as we were getting started with Web Push, we were in complete awe of the tool. It had so much to offer and all of it seemed extremely useful and handy. However, if we want to include an opt-in reminder in your web push notifications, we will need to purchase a separate feature as it is not included in the standard web push package. That being said, this was a short-lived problem and we managed to utilize Web Push in the best ways possible, thanks to the assistance we got from Insider’s account management team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's Web Push feature has really turned things around for our business in more ways than one. A primary standout benefit is the ability to reach users even after they have left our site. With high opt-in rates, we are able to interact with our customers effectively and keep them engaged with our brand.

As a matter of fact, Insider has even been recognized as one of the top 5 drivers of traffic to our PPTV site. This is due in large part to the power of Insider's Predictive Segments, which have helped us target disinterested users who haven't visited our website in a long time. By delivering personalized messages to these users, we have successfully brought many of them back to our site.

We have also leveraged Insider's web push messages to target users who are more likely to engage when offered discount coupons. This strategy has proven to be highly effective, as we were able to capture the interest of users who weren't even on our website. As a result, we have seen a significant boost in our revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience working with Insider has been nothing short of amazing. We're astounded by the exceptional results we've achieved with our email campaigns. Specifically, our unique click-through rates have surpassed industry benchmarks by a significant margin. This outstanding performance has exceeded our expectations and further solidified our trust in Insider's capabilities.

Additionally, we leveraged their Architect tool and found it to be quite intuitive. The tool enabled us to create more relevant and personalized customer journeys, which further maximized our use of first and zero-party data. While we are still in the initial stages of automating our marketing efforts with Insider, we are eager to leverage the platform to its fullest potential in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that Insider's email template creator is slightly more complex as compared to other ESP providers. When we started using the tool, we did encounter occasional glitches. One such instance was the temporary unavailability of the formatting bar while creating an email. However, despite these minor issues, we still appreciate the advanced features and capabilities that the tool offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the competition in the education sector is fierce, establishing a strong position in the market was not an easy feat for us. Despite our efforts to run multiple email campaigns to reach out to a wide range of students, we were facing challenges with the high input time of our global team and low ROI on marketing spend. However, our fortunes changed when we discovered Insider.

We quickly realized the importance of Insider’s tools, particularly their Architect and Email channels. By leveraging this tool, we were able to enhance our email campaigns and optimize them for maximum engagement and conversions. Insider’s Architect tool enabled us to track user journeys and gain an inside view of unique user behavior. Consequently, we were able to communicate with students in a highly personalized manner at the right time. Using this tool, we managed to deliver personalized pages to different users at their most preferred channel, be it through Email, WhatsApp, or SMS, and get a unified customer view on a single dashboard. The results were remarkable, with a staggering 99.49% improvement in Email delivery rates and an average CTR increase of 8.17%.

Currently, we are in the testing phase of using Insider’s tools for lead generation and looking forward to some great results. To sum up, our experience with Insider has been great, and we’re happy with the results we have achieved so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Teaming up with Insider has been tremendously advantageous for our business. From the
moment we began utilizing Insider's app push notifications for our university's growth initiatives,
their dedicated growth team has consistently provided invaluable support with personalized
guidance. Their commitment to our success is truly commendable.

In particular, Insider's personalized communication through Course Application Reminder
notifications has proven highly effective in not only helping us achieve our recruitment goals but
also enhancing the engagement and conversion of potential applicants. The strategic
implementation of these notifications has significantly contributed to our overall success in
attracting qualified candidates.

With Insider’s Journey Builder 360, we enjoyed a bird’s eye view of our potential enrollers’ onsite
experience. This helped us address their pain points and highlight our offerings as a University
up a notch. Insider's exclusive WhatsApp recommendations enabled us to approach student
recruitment through multiple channels easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s tools and products have predominantly catered to retail businesses. Certain
implementations took a little longer to come through than expected. This was totally
understandable and we had all the help we needed from Insider’s service team to resolve the
problems at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To attain the objective of maximum engagement, we were in search of a comprehensive web
suite or platform that would suit our needs to a tee. This is when we decided to use Insider’s
WhatsApp templates and Architect tool features. Insider's WhatsApp product in conjunction
with their marketing automation tool, Architect allowed us to create highly personalized
WhatsApp campaigns tailored to individual user preferences. In just the first 3 months of
working with Insider, we managed to override our own expectations and clocked in 2X ROI when
the target ROI was set at 1X. Insider also offered us extensive support for various campaign types, including promotional,
triggered, and transactional campaigns, and provided us with a range of templates that align
with our specific campaign objectives. Among these templates, we particularly favor the CTA
template and conversational template, as they enable us to deliver a more engaging and
interactive onsite experience to our target audience. The result of this was a 15% boost in 15%
in conversion rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Often scenarios do not work properly, preview and test versions differ. Lack of responsiveness on mobile in android-apple version, inability to duplicate messages in scenarios on hello bar. You have to create them anew, lack of prompts for text height and its placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the insider, we can save time. By implementing scenarios, we can choose from a large pool. Insider has an extensive data collection system, so we can make conclusions and look at which scenarios are best for us. Besides, never ending scenarios do not require us to click on a daily basis, and they are visible to customers and generate profits.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers a plethora of options when it comes to App Push templates such as Slider, Discovery, Carousel, etc. you name it they have it. This has for sure helped us bring a variety to our App Push campaigns, leading to highly engaged customers and achieving a phenomenal open rate and conversion rate. The App Reporting Dashboard is a life-saver and helps us see all important metrics around the campaigns in one place in an easy-to-understand format. All the tools be it Web Suite, App Suite, Email, or Architect have helped us optimize and enhance our productivity and efficiency.

Tracking performance is also straightforward on Insider’s products, thanks to its intuitive analytics dashboard. We are able to quickly see how each campaign is performing and optimize our strategies accordingly to improve our key metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few good features that Insider could introduce can be an option to send an alert on missing coupons or add some new templates with an element of gamification to the App push template library. There's no WhatsApp push and WhatsApp related services yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We at Matahari have been struggling with low App Push open rates and conversion rates for a long-time now. Though we have been quite successful in the traditional marketplace we are still struggling with our online marketing campaigns. Insider helped us navigate this new realm of marketing.

Their seasoned and experienced Growth Consultants suggested just the right assortment of Insider products such as Web Suite, App Suite, Email, and Architect to help us achieve desired outcomes. What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been working with Insider for more than a year now. What we really liked most about them is their team who supported us throughout the integration and implementation process. Their team has consistently provided us with the support that we needed. With their guidance, we have successfully orchestrated user journeys for our customers, created individualized experiences for them, and achieved amazing results. Initially, it took a while for us to integrate tools because of their complexity, But the team of Account Managers has always been available to help to understand and implement their recommendation strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us orchestrate customer communication across different channels to deliver an excellent customer experience. Using Architect we are able to track our user’s unique behavior, such as their recently viewed product and target them through predictive segments like Likelihood to Purchase, Discount Affinity, etc using the right message at the right time on the right channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s AI powered recommendation engine is extremely impressive. It analyzes our customers' behavior and predicts what they might be interested in, making it easy to recommend the right products to the right customers.

The ability to personalize content and promotions with Web Push has also been a game-changer. We have been able to send push notifications that are tailored to each customer's interests, leading to higher engagement rates. These two products together have helped us see a 14.5% increase in conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about using Web Suite, Web Push, and recommendations beyond just understanding how to use the segmentations available to create campaigns that can deliver even better performance than what we already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were faced with improving the high bounce rate, low engagement, and conversion rate on our website, even though our traffic was decently good. With Web Suite and Web Push, we were able to analyze our customers' past, real-time, and predicted behavior to make informed recommendations. This has helped us to improve our website's user experience and increase customer satisfaction.

The push notifications have also helped us to re-engage browse and cart abandoners rates by sending reminders to customers who have dropped off from our website without making any purchase. As a result, we have seen a significant improvement in engagement and a 14.5% uplift in conversion rates. Overall, using Insider has been a win-win for us and our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We did select insider according to 3 main dimensions : 1. The vision for marketing automation because every channel, from direct channels to the front-ends are really connected and coordinated for a continuous and engaging customer journey.

2. the level of personalization and customization it offers. The platform provides us with the ability to create highly targeted and personalized customer journeys based on their behavior, preferences, and interests. This has allowed us to engage with our customers in a more meaningful way and increase their loyalty to our brand.

Insider is helping us address the challenge of managing our multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively. Before partnering with Insider, we struggled to unify data from different channels and create cohesive customer experiences. However, with Insider's comprehensive suite of tools, we have been able to streamline our marketing efforts and gain better visibility into customer interactions across various touchpoints.

Additionally, Insider's AI-powered predictive audiences have been instrumental in identifying new customer segments and opportunities for growth. We are constantly impressed with the platform's ability to deliver on its promises and stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and technology.

3. The ergonomy : insider has an outstanding customer experience, allowing really marketing teams to use it and leverage all the advanced features for the best results. Besides, their customer success program, support and training are amazing, personnalized in a way. At the end of the journey and in less than 2 months, we were able to fully manage the platform : journeys, advanced personnalization and scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect we found challenging with Insider is the learning curve when using some of the more advanced features. It is always a bit hard to upgrade marketing talents into more advanced features. While the platform is comprehensive and offers a wide range of tools and functionalities, it can take time and effort to fully understand how to use them effectively. Nonetheless, we feel that some improvements in the user experience and onboarding process could make the platform more accessible to users who are less tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We selected insider to re-activate our loyalty program and also our connection with clients. As a result of the project, we did measure very soon improvement in key engagement metrics : opens/clicks but also coupon redemption and loyalty card contribution in the overall business turnover.
Insider's platform has enabled us to leverage data insights to create more personalized and relevant experiences for our customers. The integration of Insider's tools with our existing systems has been seamless, and the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. The predictive audience tool, in particular, has been instrumental in helping us identify and target new customer segments effectively.

Moreover, the integration of Insider's tools with our existing systems has been smooth, and their support team has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Insider's platform has also enabled us to analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns in real-time, allowing us to make data-driven decisions and optimize our strategy accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a slew of different and interesting products in our arsenal and our product catalog is endless. Owing to this, it’s absolutely imperative that we are able to effectively merchandise our offerings on our website in an appealing and organized fashion. Thanks to the incredible tools provided by Insider, such as Web Suite and Smart Recommendations, we have been able to revolutionize the way we showcase individual SKUs by harnessing the power of AI to drive our recommendation engine across all pages. What's more, we have been able to personalize user navigation and enhance the website experience to provide our end users with an exceptional level of service.

While it took us some time to choose the appropriate recommendation strategies for our products, we were able to make the best use of Insider’s tool in no time. Initially, we faced little trouble navigating the options available to us but the Insider support team was always lending us a helping hand in shelving and slotting the recommendations to make sure we understood what works the best for different pages.
