Drove incremental revenue of 100k+ with Insider’s products in no time

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s suggestion to run A/B test campaigns delivered the results we were expecting. As we wanted to A/B test the campaigns to upsell our products and increase our conversion rate, the capability enabled us to determine the best-performing campaigns. The team of growth managers also recommended we change CTAs that performed positively and significantly improved our CTR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we observed a slight drop in turnover of one of our products. We found that the implementation of Hello Bar wasn’t working for us as our users weren’t clicking on the CTA, but with a few color and text changes in the CTA button, we’re able to drive more conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Insider we wanted to build trust and a better user experience amongst the customers who were already in the funnel. We have launched dozens of experiments and A/B tests in the funnel. The main goal was also to increase our conversion rate and revenue at every step of the funnel. This is part of our process of continuous improvement of our e-commerce website. After discussing our requirements with Insider, we decided to leverage their Web Push suite to run A/B test web push notification campaigns. These campaigns enabled us to understand what’s performing well and delivering better results. By sending out push messages to our customers, we were able to uplift our conversion rates.

These implementations enabled us to generate 100k+ incremental revenue in just a few weeks. And this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of team Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that individual retargeting is possible. I am satisfied with being able to send messages segmented to TheBull by customer type.
Using the Insider solution, we are realizing how important sending messages to customers is. We want to use various functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little disappointing that we can't measure the purchase amount separately for each funnel.
It would be nice if accurate data were provided on how much sales the corresponding inflow generates for each push function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are receiving help with a function that identifies the needs of customers who visit the website and reminds them of those needs.
We can also monitor what kind of reaction you are showing when opening a promotion.

What do you like best about the product?
By using Insider's products, we managed to achieve improved retention. Our customers' trust in us has never been this high. And because of this, there has been a significant rise in revenue generated from on app.

Additionally, we also leveraged their Architect tool, an AI-backed customer journey builder that helped us reach out to the right set of customers on the right channel, at the right time. We managed to empower our cross-channel engagement with Architect by creating personalized experiences for our customers across different channels to improve our engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problems we were facing with customer retention feel like a walk in the park now. While there is some issue with tracking the revenue generated through the email feature, we are satisfied with the work done by Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before joining forces with Insider, we were facing problems with retaining users from our mobile application. The Growth Management team at Insider suggested we use their Mobile App suite to improve product discovery and create captivating mobile app experiences.

We also used Insider's Web Push to alert our users about the offers and discounts we were running our beauty and skin care products. This implementation helped us drive our customers to our mobile app and make a purchase.

Also, we were able to improve our retention rates and drive more conversions. Within a short span of time, our revenue through the mobile app increased significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
We wanted a solution that would help turn new visitors into loyal customers by getting them to sign up. One aspect of this strategy involved encouraging newsletter subscriptions through a pop-up campaign. This campaign was extremely successful as we saw a 17% clickthrough rate thanks to customers being encouraged to sign up for the newsletter through the pop-ups. This led to an increase in subscribers.

Additionally, we also aimed to attract visitors to the main promotions page for increased customer engagement. To drive urgency, a countdown banner bar was utilized. The results of these efforts have been promising, and we are satisfied with the progress made towards achieving its goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating the desktop engagement platform into Puma's distinct development environment was initially a challenge. However, the Insider team proved to be up to the task, successfully integrating the platform with ease. The seamless integration has allowed me to fully leverage its features and improve my overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently started using a desktop engagement platform and we’ve been blown away by its features and capabilities. The tab talk feature has significantly increased our engagement rate and made it easier to connect with our target audience.

We also love the scenario wizard as it has made campaign ideation a breeze since we’re able to see a full library of use cases that we can activate and we go ahead and choose the best ones for us. The real-life application is quick and easy, making it possible to execute our ideas in no time.

The best part is the Insider's real-time customer support, as they have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of our projects. Overall, we are very satisfied with this platform and highly recommend it to others.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing that we liked the most about Insider is their Architect product. This is their cross-channel journey orchestrator which has helped us improve our overall engagement with customers across multiple channels. As it comes with several predefined templates, it was interesting to create interactive experiences for our customers with no coding. We’re glad that we had Insider as within just a few months, we were able to drive a 2X return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of products on the website took a lot of time as we are not regular commerce. But to make the process easier and seamless for us, the Insider team provided us with training to get a hang of their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were finding difficulties building customer journeys to provide our customers with a more personalized experience. Then we got to know about Insider’s Architect, a cross-channel personalization solution to create campaigns on different channels simultaneously. Within just 3 months of usage and implementation of multiple campaigns, we saw 2x growth in the ROI.

In addition, we leveraged their web push and WhatsApp solution which have been extremely useful for us in bringing our churned users back onto our website. Within a short span of time, we observed an uplift of 15% in our website conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve managed to scale our website experience significantly using Insider’s different products for website engagement. We offered discount coupons to get our users to purchase more as they were getting products at cheaper prices. And by combining it with countdown timers, we managed to trigger purchase urgency and this significantly boosted our conversions. We also loved the AI-powered recommendations tool that the team offered to us as we were able to show personalized recommendations that our customers would love to buy. But what stood out for us above everything else was the customer support that was available 24x7 before the holiday season as well. Insider addressed the queries we had about their tools and guided us to a knowledge base which enlightened us on how to use them, particularly the web suite and the recommendations tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing we can think of right now. We are overwhelmed by the response we received from our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had worked with other companies and were struggling to automate and optimize our marketing campaigns. Some of them were not feasible because of the price and others because the features were not apt to the use cases that we had. With Insider, we received great features at a great price and stellar customer service.

Insider helped us push personalized recommendations based on buying patterns and these were optimized over time, based on purchases by customers during the holiday season. So, if a customer got an expensive pair of headphones, then it would push a pair of earpads (as an accessory) or the same product in a different color or with an optional cable upgrade (in case the customer wants to buy another). We would struggle to map such personalized recommendations for each customer, but Insider made it a breeze. And this brought increased traffic to our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Personalization solution, we were able to run multiple campaigns at the same time without the support needed from the development team. Creating campaigns was very easy and we were able to increase the number of journeys we were creating for many different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, there was back and forth in coordination as the Insider team was overloaded with work. But after a few days, we received great support from the Account Managers. We are happy that we chose Insider as our growth partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a partner who can help us provide our website visitors with personalized experience and drive more leads. This is where Insider came into picture and recommended us to implement their Onsite Personalization on our website. They also suggested we use web push to send push notifications to our customers. Within a few weeks of implementation of Onsite Personalization, we observed an uplift of 102% in conversion rates.

Also, by implementing their web push solution, we were able to generate 149 new leads and saw a conversion rate uplift of 16%.

The personalization strategies for websites suggested by Insider seemed quite creative to us. We were able to show personalized banners, coupons, and recommendations to different segments of users.

As we were new to the platform, Insider’s customer support team assisted us throughout the implementation process and this was extremely helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything from implementation to measuring results seemed to be effective and efficient. Even the process followed by the Insider team at all stages of implementation is well-organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting a good amount of traffic on our makeup and beauty product website, but we were failing to engage our visitors, retain them, and convert them into customers. Therefore, we needed an onsite engagement strategy that we could use to target our new users. That’s when the Account Management Team at Insider suggested that we integrate Coupon Code overlay to engage visitors.
All the new visitors who were visiting our website for the first time were getting a special first-time user discount coupon which they could use on their very first purchase itself. By implementing this strategy, we observed that our onsite engagement for new users was gradually improving and more users were buying products on their first visit. Ultimately, we witnessed an uplift in Conversion Rate and Average Order Value on the desktop website as well as mobile web.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature would have to be the ability to edit the font, style and color of every button on our text content sharing website. Generally a marketing tool may not go into so much depth and be so versatile, but Insider’s Web Suite is an exception to that rule.
Design is absolutely paramount to our website and Insider was able to help us in this regard. Another great bit was keeping the customer engaged and Web Push helped us send timed notifications to every customer no matter what stage of

We love Insider’s Web Suite and Web Push for their great features and ease of use. We have no dislikes at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content (text) sharing website was getting in the numbers in the beginning because it was a novel idea at the time. But as competitors came in with better looking websites, we took a hit in customer views and reads. We had to do better, but did not know how.
So we improved the font, style and color of everything on our website down to each button. We also optimized the layout to a more compact one to offer a better reading experience. Insider helped us accomplish both. We also leveraged the

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Insider for every aspect of our website and mobile application, including Web Suite, Smart Recommeder, Email, and Web Push. We’re truly amazed with the results we’ve got after implementing their Smart Recommender technology. In just a week after the implementation, we observed that our conversion rates improved significantly and the churn reduced by 60%.

The best thing that we like about their AI-backed tools is that they help us encourage our users across different touch points. We also received great results through web push notifications as we were able to engage users who were not even on our website. This way we were able to drive more users back onto our website and increase our revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t faced any major challenge so far working with the Insider team. The only thing which we can point out here is that it took us a while to get a hang of their products as Insider has a number of tools to offer. However, with the support of their customer success team, we were able to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a retail chain, we have multiple retail stores across different locations. But since we wanted to drive more conversions online, we were looking for a solution to improve user experience and increase installs for our mobile application. That’s why we decided to try out Insider’s Growth Management Platform. After understanding our requirements, the account management team at Insider recommended that we leverage their Web Suite to improve UI/UX of our website and Mobile App Suite to create individualized customer experiences for our app users.

The team also suggested that we implement their AI-powered Smart Recommender tool on our website to make product recommendations personalized based on unique user behavior and preferences. We also used their Email solution to nudge and encourage our customers to visit our website and install our mobile application. Within a short span of time, we observed a spike of 40% in our Product Page Views.

Furthermore, delivering personalized experiences to our website visitors and app users, which further decreased our bounce rate by a whopping 68% and conversion rates were increased by 30%.
