What do you like best about the product?
Attracting new users and converting them into registered users without being intrusive seemed challenging for us. On the bright side, Insider's gamified lead collection templates provide an effective solution, allowing us to incentivize new users to register and make their first purchase through relevant discount codes at checkout.

Insider's recommendation engine has exceeded our expectations in several ways, with a seamless integration process and easy-to-use panels that enable us to set up and test recommendation strategies across different web pages. The analytics are also insightful, providing us with a better understanding of what works best and which products or categories are performing well.


Their omnichannel journey builder, Architect, has helped us design impactful customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including web, email, and SMS. Their pre-built templates enable us to start much faster based on unique use cases like cart abandonment, browse abandonment, replenishment, and more. By delivering the right content to the right user at the right time and on the right channel, we have successfully increased our conversion rates.

Throughout our collaboration, their team has been supportive, offering invaluable guidance to ensure we achieve our goals. Amazing engagement so far with Insider!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a great experience using the tool and haven't encountered any issues so far. As we explore more complex use cases and workflows, we are excited to leverage Insider's other tools and channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in search of a comprehensive platform that could automate the delivery of personalized user experiences across multiple channels while boosting our conversion rates and ROI with a powerful recommendation engine. Insider fulfilled our requirements by providing a single platform with remarkable flexibility, ease of use, and positive impact on important metrics. Though we were able to attract website traffic and app downloads, reducing the bounce rate and app closure rates on first-time launch was a challenge.

Insider's identification of unregistered users with different identifiers proved to be critical in capturing leads at a crucial stage of the customer journey and achieving cross-channel personalization. Additionally, their automated deliverability calculation has helped us fine-tune our email campaigns for maximum impact. With the inclusion of features like coupons, real-time timers, and carousels, our email campaigns are now more engaging and effective at driving conversions.

Insider transforms conventional channels into contemporary with their cutting-edge message channels

What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with Insider for a while, and as a team, we particularly like how it can update traditional messaging channels with amazing features. We’ve found their Email and WhatsApp products to be amazing solutions to boost customer engagement. With Insider's modular email editor, creating email campaigns is a breeze. Simply drag and drop components, such as coupons, real-time timings, and recommendations. These components combined with Insider's segmentation tools resulted in highly customized, effective email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since they have so many templates in their pre-built library, identifying the right template for the right necessity took a while for us. Apart from that, it’s been quite seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were aware that we had some concerns with deliverability and click-through rates before contacting Insider. Insider automatically determines the deliverability for each email and mobile campaign, and we tweak and optimize the campaign as necessary. We are now observing higher engagement for our messages as a result of the use of elements like coupons, real-time timers, and carousels. Our marketing initiatives now drive customers for conversions.

Solution for creating personalized cross-channel customer experiences

What do you like best about the product?
I'm super glad that we decided to go ahead with Insider for personalization and customer engagement. Creating campaigns has been ridiculously easy and fun with Insider's products! There's literally something new to learn every day and that makes it extremely enjoyable.

The CDP is cool as it brings data from all our channels together and creates unified profiles of each customer. This helps us understand and target our customers better as we are able to create better segments to craft personalized campaigns. Insider's cross-channel marketing automation platform, Architect, helps us create journeys for a single use case on multiple channels like web push, app push, in-app, Email, and SMS. Using the Next Best Channel capability, we target users on their preferred channels to increase user engagement. We plan to add WhatsApp also to our channel base super soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities of the product are slightly overwhelming since there's so much that you can do. It's hard to get a full grasp on all the features and capabilities. But when you get a hang of it, it's super cool and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting your users on multiple channels wasn't purely the goal for us. We wanted to understand each customer's ideal channel of engagement and with Insider we have been able to analyze that effectively. We ensure that users don't get messages on channels on which they have given opt-in permission as that would be intrusive.
Insider's CDP is essential in helping us target the right customer on the right channel at the right time with the right message.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is more than just a platform that helps us achieve our targets, they truly care about our continued success. Ever since we started leveraging Insider’s app push notifications, the growth team at Insider always supported us with all the relevant items whenever we needed help. Insider’s Cart Reminder Push Notifications proved to be highly effective in helping us realize our revenue goals and improving the retention of our mobile app users.

And, their exclusive in-app recommendations helped us revamp our merchandising strategy with impressive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Insider has been able to demonstrate tremendous results for the use cases that we've deployed. We're really thrilled to see and explore other AI-backed micro-segmentation strategies we could adopt to boost the results further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our objective when we onboarded Insider was to build a comprehensive App Engagement strategy to hyper-personalize every interaction with the brand within and outside the website. Insider helped us design highly-tailored mobile app experiences based on user behaviour, and attributes to improve retention and revenue. We leveraged a combination of various behavioural and time-based mobile app push notifications orchestrated to deliver a unique experience and achieve their specific goals—including first-time purchases and reactivation. And, we also adopted specific recommendation strategies for different app pages, that helped improve the discoverability of items for the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's support for Whatsapp Business has been a game changer for us. The integrated website personalization capabilities help us drive up our subscriber base with pre-built opt-in templates for the channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
And, we were able to successfully leverage the Whatsapp channel to start conversations with our customers on Whatsapp just when they abandoned a search. This real-time triggering helped us boost the conversation rate, and also get feedback with one-touch responses via Whatsapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High bounce rate for product pages had been one of the key areas of concern for us. So it was extremely important to build that personal connect that would help us reduce the friction in the customer journey. And, Whatsapp seemed to be the right channel to achieve that. With one-click responses, not only were we able to set up a continuous feedback loop with our customers to understand what went wrong, but also provide an extra push to drive up conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider tools at different stages of our customer journey. In a market which is already crowded and every other business has been vying for customer attention, we have been able to create a distinct identity for ourselves. With Insider’s InStory, we have been able to successfully amp up product discovery for our customers in a fun and engaging way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-existing InStory templates are great, however, it will be nice to have some new templates added every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a highly competitive industry. Making our products easily visible to our clients was becoming a huge challenge in such a crowded market. But with InStory we were able to do this with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Our user experience has been significantly improved by Web Suite's capability to customize recommendations based on each customer's browsing patterns and interests. Web Push has also proven helpful in maintaining consumer engagement even when they are not on our website. Together, these tools have aided us in giving our users a seamless and tailored experience.
The whole website experience we delivered for our users improved drastically since we start using the Web Suite to boost engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue we had was with customizing the layout of the recommendation widgets, but the support team assisted us in resolving it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website was not giving our customers a personalized experience prior to installing Web Suite and Web Push. Users' attention and engagement were difficult to maintain, and our user engagement was low. However, since implementing these technologies, our user engagement and conversions have significantly increased. We have been able to improve our overall user experience by providing personalized recommendations and push notifications. Our customers feel more connected to our brand and are more likely to make repeat purchases. These tools have allowed us to keep our customers engaged and satisfied, leading to a boost in our business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
With the support of Insider’s team, the implementation and integration process was smooth and seamless. Their experts supported us immensely in achieving what we desired.

The Web Suite product helped boost product discovery and this led to a reduction in bounce rate and an improvement in clickthrough rate and conversion rates. The web push messages we sent out helped bring back visitors to our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it was quite easy for us to understand both products, there’s nothing to dislike about the platform. We’d have liked it if they were clubbed together as a package in pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before partnering up with Insider, we were struggling to create personalized onsite engagement and promote easier discovery. So we were looking for ways to improve user journeys and make them more friendly. Moreover, we wanted to personalize the user experience throughout their onsite engagement.

With the assistance of Insider’s platform, we set up journeys, which were essentially a mix of onsite campaigns and web push notifications.

After incorporating Insider’s Image Overlays into our onsite campaigns, we saw that it helped promote product categories and improve the visibility of trending products on the website.

We also utilized Insider’s Web Push Notifications suite to promote offers and discounts on specific products or to create a sense of urgency among users who dropped off adding products to their cart. This enabled us to influence their buying decision and as a result, we saw a significant growth in click-through rates and user engagement rate, which further increased conversion rates on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has been a brilliant platform to help us create personalized experiences across channels and platforms with its wide range of products. All the campaigns on different products can be activated from a single panel which makes it easier to activate and track the campaigns we’re creating. Their Account Management team has also been of great support as they’ve provided their expertise time and again in helping us set up high-performing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of employee strength for us internally makes it difficult for us to take care of Insider platform so much to use it to its full potential. Insider team’s support is thus extremely essential for us to utilize the platform well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering personalized product recommendations with Insider’s AI-powered recommender tool. Creating engaging website experiences with the Web Suite product. Replicating these experiences on the mobile app for our users with the Mobile App product.

What do you like best about the product?
