Improved product discovery with Smart Recommender

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked how Insider gave us the opportunity to personalize customer experience based on past behavior and engagement on our website. Insider’s data collection capabilities combined with their detailed analysis gave us very accurate behavior predictions which helped us with many things including product recommendations, push notifications and website layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish the platform could support our local language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized that our customers were only engaging with a limited number of our products, and we didn’t have a great way to recommend related products to them. Thanks to Insider’s AI-backed Smart Recommender, we were able to analyze user behavior, and offer them related products that would match their taste. This way we were able to engage customers on a higher level and improve our product discovery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s team is great at offering solutions for every problem. If you don’t know the pain point behind a low performing metric, they are great at identifying the problem and coming up with multiple solutions that will fit your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Their partner success team is amazing. We can reach out to them for any issue and they’re always so happy and quick to respond. They’re also very good at account management, easing the process for the whole team and showing us different growth opportunities. We love their product Instory for our website. It was so easy to integrate and it created a gamified experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re still figuring out they’re tools for making visuals as it was a bit challenging at first. But other than that, we’re satisfied with our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to give a new look to our website and make the experience more fun and engaging for our visiting customers. Insider offered us the most variety of tools and parameters to pinpoint important areas and grow towards them.

What do you like best about the product?
We were very satisfied with the level of return we got from our investment with Insider. When we first started working with them, we were expecting some increase in our conversion rate and overall higher customer loyalty. However, the results we achieved were much higher than anticipated, and we are so happy we started working with Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not adapt to our local language, so hopefully in the future we can see our language on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing strategy was okay, but we were looking for ways to increase our overall performance and uplift our customer experience. Insider gave us the perfect tools to achieve this. With their web suite and mobile app, we were able to craft engaging channels, and communicate updates with their web push and app push tools. With their help, we were able to take our marketing strategy to the next level.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly, customer success teams are very attentive and helpful. Their ticketing systems works very efficiently for requesting expert help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only drawback is that we can’t use the same campaigns on mobile and web, we have to create the campaigns separately for those channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Insider covers almost all our needs regarding communication with our clients. We really like their account managers — always quick and skilled support. And the panel itself is very user-friendly, there you can find all the analytics you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Due to the special nature of the medical field we can not transfer the information about purchases, because it is a medical secret.That's why we can't use a part of the segmentation functionality of Insider. We definitely dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Insider to provide an effective engagement with our users. This plays a special role in the medical field especially in our time. This is a very relevant topic during a pandemic. Depending on the wave of morbidity, health care requirements changed, and it was necessary to quickly adapt to this. With the help of Insider, we could quickly place informational banners for different cities (many time zones) with the requirements for each specific region in order to regulate the flow of people and comply with safe testing. This is only one case, but we launch a lot of different campaigns every week.

Focus on the products that bring the best results. You should first think of the industry you're working in while building a roadmap. Insider has a lot amazing products, I recommend first testing all of them and find out which one suits your business more.

What do you like best about the product?
Happy with the team and support walking through us on the journey. We’ve used a lot of tools from a lot of companies but often lack the guidance on how to make the most
Didn’t imagine the platform would be able to do as much as it does. We’re so impressed.

We are currently using smart recommendations, onsite personalizations and their customer journey orchestration tool, Architect.

Onsite customer experiences have proved the most effective for us so far, countdown timers create urgency and drive conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been brilliant but the integration took longer than expected.
But considering how big the product is, we can understand why the process took as long as it did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reading a blog about personalization and recommendation engines - 5000 SKUs on our website - the biggest challenge we’re always dedicated to is how to continue to improve customer experience. There’s only so much we can do manually. As we deployed more campaigns, we realised there is so much more we could do with the platform than our initial scope of work.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how Insider offers the whole package, from integrating the platform to analyzing user behavior, creating 1:1 journeys, and collecting customer feedback. Since we know they take care of every step of the customer journey, and they give us the best recommendations to improve the journey, we can trust them with all our website and app improvements. So far all the recommendations they’ve given us have been very on-point and we’ve seen results in a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we were a little confused with navigating the panel due to the high number of features and functions. After working with the support team we were able to find our way around the platform and now we are not experiencing any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to create more personalized customer journeys, but we did not have the data to build these journeys. Insider’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) helped us understand our customers and find new and engaging ways to engage with them. After working with Insider, we saw a considerable improvement in our customer satisfaction, which we analyzed with Insider’s NPS surveys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider was one of the best decisions we’ve made regarding our customer experience. It was a very low-effort but high result partnership. We are very satisfied with all of the results.
