Browsing to Buying: Insider's Web Personalization products skyrocketed our conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Web Suite's ability to provide personalized recommendations and Web Push's effectiveness in reaching customers who are not currently online have been our favorite features. These tools have helped increase and improve our website traffic as users have come back to our website more often.
And this has led to a boost in conversions and we’ve been able to drive revenue growth.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any issues or concerns while using Web Suite and Web Push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing Insider's Web Suite and Web Push, our website struggled to give users a tailored experience, which had a negative impact on customer retention and our churn rate was high. Moreover, there were significant rates of cart abandonment and low engagement rates. But ever since we started using these tools, things have changed dramatically.
Also, the notification function has significantly decreased cart abandonment rates, which has increased average order value. These technologies have been essential in uplifting our revenue growth and optimizing our conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer engagement methods have been completely transformed by Web Suite's ability to personalize suggestions and Web Push's success in contacting customers who aren't online right now. We have been able to boost our overall consumer engagement and give a better user experience thanks to these technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it took some time to put some tools into place, the outcome was beautiful, so the wait was rewarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble maintaining customer interest in our offerings before we started using Web Suite and Web Push. But, after using these technologies, user engagement and conversions have significantly increased. We were able to improve user experience thanks to Web Suite's personalized recommendations, and we were able to re-engage clients who had abandoned the application process because of Web Push. Our customer involvement strategies have been revolutionized as a result of these implementations.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's email send time optimization enabled us to deliver the right message at the right time to each of our subscribers, which ultimately resulted in better customer relationships.Although a small, rather simple-sounding feature, it is definitely one that’s hugely impactful. By taking the guesswork out of the ideal time to send our emails, we have been able to get better results, and ultimately, that’s what Insider is great at - taking the guesswork out of understanding customers and allowing us to serve them better based on data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email send time optimization tool from Insider doesn't currently have any known drawbacks, although the accuracy of consumer behavior analysis can always be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We experienced low customer retention with our products because most of our subscribers and first-time customers did not become repeat customers. By using Insider's AI-integrated personalized email tool, we were able to create personalized email campaigns automatically for our product, increasing client retention.As soon as a customer joins our brand, they are immediately informed of all enticing offers, discounts, and sales dates. Through Insider's personalized and interactive email content, we were able to send our customers emails tailored to their individual interests, which helped boost their interest in the content we were sending them, resulting in them opening our emails and, most importantly, continuing to shop with us.

When you curate and deliver experiences for your customers you are in a way creating memories of a lifetime for them. That’s exactly what we do by creating truly unique dining experiences.
With Insider’s Architect we could design a workflow such that we never missed sending personalized wishes and special offers especially curated for our customers on their special days, festivals, or any special event or food festival that we hosted via Web Push, App notification, and emails.

There is nothing to dislike, in fact the product and Insider’s team has truly helped us perform beyond our expectations.

A growing customer database was making it increasingly difficult for us to keep a tab of each customer's likes and dislikes, special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. In the hospitality industry, delivering a unique and personalized experience at every customer touchpoint is non-negotiable. You miss wishing a customer or their loved one on a special occasion, and you risk losing them to competition forever.
Insider’s Architect and Smart Recommender helped us negate such instances. The Architect created a workflow such that automatic email trigger, web push, and mobile notification is sent to customers with a personalized messages on special occasions with the best deal and discounts.
What’s more, we are even able to promote special food festivals to customers who are genuinely open to experiment with new cuisines or have a particular favorite. With Insider, we haven’t missed to make our customers special occasions extra special thanks to web push, mobile app, recommendation, email, architect, and web suite.

nsider’s web suite helped us to make the customer journey smooth ensuring that our customers enjoy the navigation from the homepage to the cart page. We were able to showcase relevant products and services on different pages of our website, based on our users’ previous browsing history and interests. This helped us get a higher number of conversions faster.

We loved our experience with Insider so far. However, it would be great if they can introduce more use cases for our industry.

We optimized our website for visibility to become more discoverable online. But we did not understand how to capture our viewers' attention. This had led to a tremendous fall in our retention rate. What do you like best about the product?
Our goal was to boost conversions directly from our website. We were having good traffic but the conversion rate was low since people were primarily browsing products. This is where Insider played a major role in helping us revamp the website experience for our customers. We were able to create gamified experiences to show product recommendations with Instory. This enabled us to show recommendations for different product categories in the form of engaging and eye-catchy Instagram stories. We achieved a conversion rate of over 2.5%, which was pretty solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
While updating our product catalog, we encountered a few minor issues that impacted our campaigns' responsiveness and timeliness. However, these were relatively small hiccups, and we were able to address them without any significant impact on our overall experience. Overall, we have had a seamless experience with no major complaints to report.

By leveraging a range of Insider's website products, we were able to significantly enhance our users' browsing experience and drive higher conversion rates. Using gamified experiences and discount coupons, we were able to entice users to complete purchases, which resulted in an increase in the Average Order Value.

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketers managed marketing campaigns more accurately after integrating with Architect's AI and Machine Learning capabilities. The tool provided us with some crucial information about our customers' behavior based on their browsing habits, product viewing habits, and more. With the use of these insights, we were able to target our marketing suggestions to them in accordance with what could appeal to them. We were able to boost engagement across multiple channels using Architect and by using multiple templates of theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with Architect first seemed a little hard to us due to its extensive library of pre-built templates, segmentation tools, and channels to use but with patience and the Insider team's assistance, we integrate effectively and begin going right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to sub-par marketing tactics, our brand needed to gain a competitive edge. However, since AI and machine learning technologies supported Insider's Architect tool, it allowed our marketers to quickly construct experiences using pre-built templates for the most frequently explored routes. Now our marketers could build and work on better marketing techniques as they were getting precise insights about our customer’s behavior, which eventually helped our brand recommend better products and increase our sales growth.

What we like the best about Insider’s web suite is that its segmentation capabilities allowed us to provide our customers with individualized experiences. The tool enabled us to use rich templates and play around with the website banners to create personalized experiences. It’s amazing to see how it turned our website into an engaging and interactive platform for our online shoppers.

Insider has a wide range of products with several different features and use cases. So, the only challenge we faced initially was the adaptation, but we were able to quickly come through with the help of their account managers.

We wanted to revamp our website in such a way that we could provide our website visitors with personalized experiences and convert them.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app suite from Insider helped us send out timely surveys that helped us understand customer needs and act accordingly on innovating on our products and the associated accessories we provided accordingly.
This was a feature of Insider’s mobile app marketing suite that we really liked and continue to use. Another feature we used was social proof.
Social proof citing the number of users who purchased a given product in the last 24 hours was very useful for us. It helped us reinforce the recommendations that we provided through the mobile app suite from Insider.

The mobile integration took some time which we didn’t anticipate but beyond that the experience since we started using the product was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our online marketplace for sandals and shoes was craving some summer love. But we weren’t getting much. We wanted to know exactly what was wrong. The survey tool from Insider’s mobile suite helped us realize that our shipping options needed to change. We then worked with our shipping partners to offer free shipping to our customers.The social proof tool within Insider’s mobile app suite also helped us attract more customers by letting them know how popular our shoes and sandals really are. The sandals and shoes, especially our summer outdoor and beach footwear were selling really well.The combination of both free shipping and the social proof we provided meant there was an uptick in customer conversions and average order values also. Today our sandals and shoes are a favorite and we hope the trend continues. Thank you, Insider!

One of the best solutions for web and app push is Insider. Thanks to their segmentation capabilities, we can quickly deliver targeted campaigns to the right audiences. With pushes like price notifications and back-in-stock alerts, we have been successful in encouraging clients to make a purchase.
Since adopting several of these efforts, our conversion and recovered revenue rates have increased. We have found that web pushes for cart abandonment and browse abandonment has the highest conversion rates. And the app push messages have helped us retain our mobile app customers in a big way!

Nothing particularly noteworthy comes to mind, although we would like to mention that it can be challenging to adapt to the platform at first. Understanding all the aspects of the platform, however, is simple with regular training sessions from the professionals and ongoing assistance from the customer success team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some early reservations regarding web push and app push as channels due to opt-in requirements and other factors. We are overjoyed and certain that we made the proper choice now that Insider has entered the picture.
